Always honest and thoughtful people. The business is built on reputation of customers being treated well. They changed oil, noticed the need for a fuel filter, and put a hitch on my truck. All cost was reasonable including labor. Helped each other and demonstrated good teamwork. Everything was a positive experience.

Honest, down to earth people. The prices are fair, the guys know their stuff, and warranty is better than anyone else in town. If you need tires or work done, go here. They will treat you right.

Everything went well. In on Monday am, ready at 5pm. Lots done, oil, brakes, lights, wipers and broken things. Cost was very reasonable. Totally satisfied and would recommend. Paul.

I’ve been taking my car here for about 6 years now for oil changes, new tires, tire rotations, brake repairs, etc. and have never had any complaints. They are always very friendly and accommodating to my schedule. It’s a bit of a drive from my house but it’s worth it every time for peace of mind. Their pricing is also very reasonable in general and compared to other places I’ve gone to in the past! Highly recommended these guys!

My neighbors recommended Kaiser for some brake work. From the time I walked thru door, Scott was friendly, listened to my concerns and made me feel comfortable with leaving my car with him. I took my Kia Sedona Van into Kaiser to have an oil leak checked. Scott and the crew worked to clean off the engine and under side of the van to locate the leak. The leak was found quickly. And I was pleasantly surprised at the low and reasonable price to come from the final diagnosis. The moral to the story is never take your car to Valvoline for an oil change. Stick with the experts at Kaiser tire. This was not the first time they diagnosed a problem with one of my vehicles and saved me a lot of money. As always, the mechanics at Kaiser are the best. Amazing service!! I got a piece of metal in my tire on my way to a meeting and realized it so quickly I drove to a couple of nearby shops and most told me it would be days to repair. Pulled in here and they were so helpful and kind. Got to me quicker than they said to patch it and I was back on my way. Thanks team for all your work and customer service!!

I bought a wheel/tire package online from another company. They offered balance beads at no cost(big mistake). Started to have vibrations at certain speeds, but chalked it up to knobby tires. Kept getting worse. Took my truck to Kaiser Tire on Southside Drive. They rebalanced all the tires. Which meant taking the beads out(these wheels are freaking heavy), put standard weights back on. Truck now drives amazing, super smooth ride. Definitely will be a repeat customer.

I came in at 8 am sharp to drop my car off because I knew I needed a new battery and my brakes felt weird. Scott was so kind and got my new battery and brakes on before I got off of work to pick it up the same day! They kept me updated and gave a discount for my service. Will definitely be coming by again!

I am new to the area, so Glaser Collision initially recommended Kaiser to do the underbody evaluation for an accident impaired vehicle and there was another patron at Glaser's seconding that recommendation, so I went with Kaiser over the dealer...and I am glad I did. Scott was easygoing, very clear about what was needed and at a reasonable price. My vehicle was returned with all issues remedied and Scott checked on it the next day. A1+ customer service. I've found my new shop.

I had a great experience. Was a walk in, with check engine light, They were able to diagnose the problem and got me taken care of. Also had them do some regular maintenance on car. Very knowledgeable and courteous staff. Felt like they were family.
