At Kaizen Collison Center in Mesa we offer comprehensive auto body repair services, from minor dings and dents to repairing your accident damage. They will call you to review the damage discovered, answer your questions, and set an Estimated Completion Date. We will communicate with your Insurance Company and work directly with them until your vehicle is repaired and the keys are back in your hands.

If there were a rating less than 1 star, my experience with them would earn it! I’ve been waiting 2 weeks JUST to get my estimate back from her at the McKellips location.

I want to personally thank Zakkre who handled my collision repair from start to finish with professionalism and great customer service. He worked with the insurance company from day one and kept me updated throughout. I would highly recommend anyone who needs a collision repair to use Kaizen Collision.

We have done business with Kaizen's predecessor (Impact Auto Body Shop) for a number of years. Today we stopped by to get a panel at the rear bumper repaired on our 2008 Honda CRV and were helped by Tyler Strang, one of Kaizen's service advisors. Tyler was great in assessing the damage and actually saw that the panel could be popped back into place. So the damage wasn't as serious as we thought. Kaizen is a great place to do business and is staffed by some fine people.

Took my 16 year olds truck in this morning after he swears he doesn’t know what happened!! 🙄 Zakk came out, looked at it, took it to the back, and 10 minutes later brought it back out good as new!!! Pulled the bumper out so the the brand new tires aren’t rubbing on the fender. Looks fantastic. Price was amazing…didn’t want to go through insurance, so Zakk and Kaizen are my new spot for when my son “doesn’t know what happened” 😂. Thanks guys!! Enjoy your CRUMBL!

Had an over all great experience getting my car repaired, the staff was friendly and helpful, and my car was fixed in a reasonable amount of time, the only reason I did not give5 star because they don't except cash, it sucks places dont take cash. It was a small amount (500) its un-American to have restrictions on payment,

Stopped over there and spoke with zakkre tardiff.... Very professional in the way he handled himself my truck had a little bit of blemish on the back door he took care of it quickly and efficiently.....did an awesome job!!!!!

Zakk, Nate, and Austen were fantastic to work with. They kept we well informed and did high-quality work in a timely manner. Zakk did a great job handling the insurance communication and making sure I did not get shorted by my insurance. I highly recommend using them if you find yourself in need of a repair.

If your needing repairs done to your vehicle, Kaizen Collision Center is the place to go! We have taken a few vehicles here to be fixed and they gave us the best service.
