I didn’t really get the best deal and then they mounted and balanced my wheels and tires all wrong and when I went back to complain they told me that I needed a bunch of suspension work that was totally not the case, I had just got my car out the dealer like 2 years ago so I knew that wasn’t the problem but I still went to my mechanic to check things out and he said they was just trying to sell me on parts.. very disappointing

On 10/05/2020 I went to Kalifornia Wheels & Tires located at 1132 Chico St. I needed to buy new tires for my vehicle Mercedes e400 2017 AMG package. I ordered the tires with Alfredo who's the manager of the shop. They installed my new tires and I paid a total of $1336. When I started inspecting the tires and wheels I notice that 2 of my wheels were scratched up after their installed new tires of my vehicle. I immediately talked to Alfredo and showed them the damage they did to my wheels. I asked them to give me a paper that states property damage. Alfredo refused to file a property damage report; as he said don't worry we will take care of you. Alfredo agreed to fix 2 of my wheels the next following up week and promised me that they will look as before which is a brand new condition. Next week I dropped my car off to repair the damage that they did to my wheels. They couldn't fix my wheels, and only made them worst, and the explanation was that they couldn't match the original Mercedes color. Alfredo offered me to wait one month for him to get new wheels. I agreed with that and was patiently waiting for him to call me back as he said he would. After a month of waiting, Alfredo never reached out back to me; so I had to call him to follow up. He was promising me every month that he will get me replacement wheels, but that never happened. I offered him to buy the wheels from the dealership and he refused. He was very disrespectful, and he refused to cover any cost of the damage they did to my property. I traveled at least 10 times to their shop to check up when my replacement wheels would arrive, and kept hearing lies. I wasted my gas and time because all I kept hearing is his lies that it will arrive in 2 weeks, but never ended up happening.I have never experienced such disrespectful customer service and a bunch of lies from the operating CA business. Alfredo resolved the case by refurbishing 2 of the wheels they scratched.

Terrible service and a scam on prices. I called about a replacement tire and I was told a new tire would cost $30 but when I went to the shop to get the tire they said $50 it was only when I told them I called earlier they changed to $30. terrible workers who only spoke spanish. Please stay away from this place, hopefully they close down. Karma will get them for ripping people off

I always have a good experience at kalifornia wheels. I have been going with them for years now. Prices are reasonable. Employees are always working. They also offer credit. for those who don't have a really good credit you can still apply and can still get approved. Make sure to ask for Jessie. He's always very helpful and polite. Kalifornia wheels has a loyal customer
