This day I dropped my vehicle at the North Rock Kansasland Tire for tune-up. It was ready sooner than expected, clean, and runs so well! I'm happy to have found an auto shop we can trust!

Every time I come into this particular location, N. Rock Rd. all employees have been very kind and professional. They are fast and efficient. They squeezed me in for an Appointment multiple times last minute when other places do not. They are very reasonably priced and I trust them. I will only do my car care here! I highly recommend them!

This group of people are fantastic. Reagan and Zac were so helpful and great communicators, they worked with me when I wasn’t able to pick my car up right away, tucked my car in the shop over night so it was safe, and even helped cut the price down further and worked with me on the parts I could afford. Overall, I completely recommend this shop and as my husband said, “we will be going to Kansasland for everything now on.”

I had the best experience at this place. I had bought 4 new tires at another place and the balance was way wrong. I was traveling from out of town and needed it done pretty quick. And I know how busy these places get especially on a Saturday. They were as expected, super busy, but they fit me in. Everyone from the front to the mechanics in the back were very professional and efficient. It’s a rare thing to see this level of service at tire and automotive places. But I’ll come back here for sure. Thanks guys for helping me today!

I went into their shop a month again explaining my car was shaking and hard pulling to the right naturally. I took it in for a simple wheel alignment thinking that it was the issue but they took my car back and came back out saying had close to 3k worth of damages on my car that was causing the pull in my car. I left because I couldn’t afford that at that. Fast forward two weeks later my tire popped on me and I replaced it with a new one and now my car doesn’t shake and drives like it’s brand new. A simple tire change was the problem of my car pulling and they tried to say it was 3k worth of damages……. I would recommend you taking it somewhere for a second look before they try and screw you out of money

I just have to say that when things don’t go well and parts take longer to get in than expected these guys step up to the plate big-time! Walker and his team at the North Rock location got us into a rental car No hesitation to do the right thing by us. They got the part in as quickly as possible, and got the car returned fixed, and ready to roll! It’s nice to know that there is a shop that stands behind their work and when things don’t go as planned adapts and always has the customers experience top of mind Happy customer for life!

Had got 4 new tires with alignment, They have a super friendly staff that really dose cares about your business a safety, Dose seem to be a busy location so scheduling maybe a day or 2 out. YET they make up for that with the work time , was able to perfectly manage my day without missing a beat . I highly recommend! It’s a good place.

I brought my vehicle in 1st thing in morning. Was told the job would take about 4 hours. Only problem was they didn't start working on it till late in afternoon and didn't finish till noon the next day. It drives great. Just disappointed on how long it took.

A week ago, as we were driving down I-35 from Kansas City to Wichita, my car developed an intermittent strong shimmy in the front end. I feared it was something major. Kansasland got me right in for a quick check, and they determined I only needed a rebalancing of my front wheels. They did all of this while I was at a business meeting and had my car ready to go when I returned a few hours later. I begged them to let me pay, but they refused saying that balancing is always free. Even though I had not bought my tires there, they took GREAT care of me and would not let me pay them. How often does that happen in life? I am a big fan!
