Dropped in to have them check out a noise perhaps coming from my muffler. They were very courteous and investigated the noise. It ended up being from something else but cannot say enough kind things about their service and attention to my concern. Definitely will use them again!

Greg and Ryan have been so great to work with, I’ve been in and out of there many times for several different vehicles and each time it has been an excellent experience. They are kind, honest, and very fair priced. I won’t even consider going anywhere else.

These guys were highly recommended to me so I brought a nice type R muffler to them. It was the first time I had used them and when we got it back from their shop, it was done substandard and had an exhaust leak. I showed this photo to the owners son Ryan. I told him I didn't wanna bring it back to them since they had done it incorrectly and we had to take it off to grind it back down so I had my mechanic redo the weld. Son made it sound like they were going to at least partially reimburse me. I just spoke to the father and he was completely rude about the whole thing saying I had to bring it to him or get nothing. He looked at the photo agreed it was not done incorrectly and refuses to give me a small refund for having to pay for it twice by somebody who cares more about their work than him.

Best place to have the work done an always friendly an helpful with anything that they csnt do an will recommend a place also I've been using Greg an his son since I've lived in Tennessee for over 12 years now an will always go back am recommend them to all my friends an family. This place is a joke! I would not recommend this place to anyone. First of all, my husband paid to have his truck fixed but had to return again because it was still making the same noise. Second of all they refused to look at my car because thier friend had worked on it before. Very Unprofessional customer service!!

Wow, wow, wow! Kar Kare on Broadway is a wonderful muffler shop! Although they messed up the first time, they fixed the issue promptly and didn’t charge me the second time which is spectacular. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a muffler shop.

Brought truck for exhaust work, arrived right after opening. Man at front desk was very friendly and helpful. Had several vehicles in front of mine but still got to mine in a good amount of time. Work was done fast, price was reasonable. Would definitely recommend this place.

This is the place to go! They replaced a 02 sensor for me that i couldn't get out myself. Very nice guys in there & had it done in less than 30 minutes.

2 for 2! They really know how to make a car sound better. First time going was back in 2016 for my black 2000 Ford Mustang and they hit it out of the park. It ran really sloppy because it needed new exhaust but after they redid it, it ran like a dream. 3 almost 4 years later, they made my red 2002 Ford Mustang run like a dream. I brought in my own Flowmaster mufflers and now the car sounds better than ever. Only thing I had trouble with is having to wait so long both times, first it took forever to do the exhaust. This time it took forever for them to start. But, with the effort they put into it, I can't complain. This place will always be my first place to get exhaust work done if I am too lazy to do it myself, or if I want it done right. Thanks again and hope to deal with y'all again soon! Edit 4/13/24: I had to come in to get a pipe welded on my truck. The tip that bolts on the header got a crack in it, probably because of rust, and I tried to replace it. Well, I replaced the pipe, but couldn't get it connected to the back pipe because it had to be bent or something stupid. And exhaust adapters wouldn't work. I spent all day in the rain on Thursday trying to get it fixed, but couldn't. So I finally got pissed off, said screw it, rested all day yesterday, and took it in here today. I felt so embarrassed when he asked me what I needed, but if I don't have the tools, what else am I supposed to do? It had to be bent. Something I could've done myself, but I didn't have the patience to figure out how to bend it the easiest way. So, I took it in here, and I was in and out in no time. These guys are always my last resort people. It always seems like it's best to spend the money and get it done the right way. Sometimes my way ain't always the best way. Thanks y'all I really appreciate it!!! Edit 5/24/24: Came in here for new mufflers because I had a hole in one of mine and they weren't loud enough anyway (Flowmaster Super 44s). So, I bought Flowmaster Original 40s (offset in/center out) from Advance, but I was right, they were gonna be too hard to put on with the dual exhaust I already had on it. They would've had to put all new pipes in and everything. Well, Ryan suggested a Flowmaster Super 10 dual in/dual out muffler, and it is even louder. I feel kinda dumb because it took me a while to catch onto what he was saying by using a dual in dual out muffler because I'm used to using single in single out mufflers. But, I finally caught onto what he was saying. I thought that was kinda weird that he didn't suggest 2 single in/single out Super 10s, that's why it took me a while to catch on. I was kinda shaky too because I didn't know what the difference would be because of it being all 4 pipes in 1 muffler. But, when they started it to see if there was any leaks, I thought it sounded great. The way he said, "That made a big difference in yours." and gave me a thumbs up made me laugh. This place never disappoints. At least Ryan knows what he's talking about because he's been there so long. I shouldn't have questioned him like I did. But, that tends to happen when I go to places like this around once or twice a year. This is my number 1 place and I will always be back when I need them

These people are the most amazing, friendly and most knowledgeable mechanic I have found. I got the struts, sway bars, and basically the entire exhaust system from converter to tailpipe. They found a major danger in the tire assembly and possibly saved my life in the process. They did not over charge and they answered every question with patience and knowledge. I will recommend them to everyone!!!!
