We brought our Toyota Highlander there for a persistent problem with a problem with the automatic hatch sensor. The technician and owner were really patient with testing out the nature of the mechanical problem and fixed it! Multiple visits with a different auto shop could not fix what Karle Coachwork managed to solve. They are trustworthy and professional experts and we recommend them highly!

Had my 2013 Mustang in for repair, because it was damaged during transport from FL to CO. They were very helpful from getting the estimate to picking up my vehicle. Everyone was super friendly and the repair was fast. I think last time my Mustang looked this good was in 2013! Can only recommend them!

We had a fantastic experience at Karle Coachwork! Ours was a rather complex repair from a car accident, with a great deal of damage and a lot that needed to be replaced, plus a fairly complex multi-layer "white pearl" paint job. We couldn't be happier with the results...the vehicle looks good as new, absolutely flawless repairs and paint job. Body panels are aligned well and look original. Paint matches perfectly. Everything is functioning as it should and we haven't had any issues since getting the vehicle back. The process took longer than we were quoted and that we had hoped, but Chris and the team did an excellent job keeping us updated throughout the process and setting expectations about timeline even when it took longer than expected. It seems one just needs to expect that auto body work is going to take a long time. The team is friendly and knowledgable, and it seems like they genuinely want to do an excellent job and provide great customer service. If you are trying to decide where to go for major auto body work, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Karle!

I brought my brand new Toyota 4Runner in and within 20 minutes or less the scuffs and scratches on my front and back bumper were completely gone. Their service is top notch which is hard to find these days and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone needing any kind of bodywork done. Thanks guys!!

Karle Coachwork did amazing work on my older truck after I hit a deer. It was difficult for them to find the parts needed but they came through. 100% would recommend. Kris, Adrian, and the whole staff were amazing and super accommodating.

Top notch. I came in with a 2004 toy 4 runner driver door not shutting. Off a bit. Daughter hit. Very slight damage. They easily fixed it. No charge. Highly recommend.

I had an extraordinary experience working with Chris. He was able to repair a damage to the rear bumper that collects all the data such as the BSM and after one year of searching an answer for this problem he was able to resolve it. Toyota Highlander 2022. Mario Oliveira

May 2024 Great customer service and expert Body Shop work performed again by Karle Coachwork on Pecan St. This time it was my 2024 Subaru Outback Wilderness, just adding some cool exterior bling and additional parts and decals. 5 Thumbs Up again and I need to take the entire staff a few dozen donuts first thing in the morning to show my appreciation. January 2024 And another exceptional customer service experience today at Karle Coachworks. I had their staff install a custom hood scoop on my 2017 Tundra and I could not be more pleased with the installation workmanship and final cost. 5 Thumbs Up for John Karle and his great crew at Karle Coachworks. And another great review for Karle Sept. 18, 2023 I can't seem to get enough of Karle Coachwork's great customer service and excellence in everything a body shop is supposed to do. I needed a replacement bumper "properly" installed on my 2017 Tundra, so where would I go? Only to the best in the west! From their receptionist, to Chris who handled all my estimator and assembly work, to the knowledgeable body shop staff - they all all walk on water and eat fire in my book on exceptional customer service. Another 5 Thumbs Up! And another review now, August 16, 2023: I had a noisy rattle in my rear fender area on the driver's side that I have not been able to locate the cause of. I finally decided - Hey, I know the best collision and body repair folks in the entire world - Karle Coachwork. I stopped by this morning and they had me fixed up in about 5 minutes! One of my small rear fender wheel-well plastic keepers was worn out. It was replaced with a new one by Karle and they refused to charge me anything! 5 Stars, 5 Thumbs Up! Been in an accident? I was. And I will never take my truck anyplace else! Exceptional customer service from the entire staff, amazing communication throughout the repair process, and as advertised: "Excellence Guaranteed!"

A few months ago I had a crash on Gold Camp road. I reached out to this group for a good body shop that wasn't caliber collision and was not in bed with the insurance company. You guys recommended Karle Coachwork. Honestly repairs were just shy of four weeks. This is 50% less than any body shop I've dealt with. This car has had the unfortunate habit of attracting people to hitting it. I have done repairs with Calibre Collision and it was a complete joke. Karle Coachwork repaired my car timely. They matched the paint which many shops said was hard/not possible. The repairs are the same place as a previous repair and they are 100% better repairs. I really cannot find much to complain about. Everything is repaired and when I go to grab it it is also sturdy. I highly recommend these guys. You can let the insurance companies scare you about how they will only cover 30 days and then it's out-of-pocket if its not their shop. It was worth the repair and the risk.

I have put off writing a review for this business for quite some time. I have used them three separate times. The first time, I had to return to get my hood adjusted right, the gap wasn't right. They over sprayed paint to tires that was impossible to get off. The work was done fairly well, and I did not want to complain. The second time I had work done the front and passenger side door on another vehicle. On the way to Missouri, on the highway the door was unbelievably loud. Come to find out they did not put the door rubber trim back on. It made for a loud trip. Through a few carwashes, I noticed the paint did not match where they painted the front and passenger side. I again kept this to myself. The third time, I specifically went over two issues with my car. One was the rear taillight had surface scratches about the size of a quarter dollar, and my exhaust tip one of two, was broke from the accident. I told them I love my car and I am very detail oriented. Please buff the scratch or replace the taillight. I also said I didn't want a new exhaust tip on one side and the old one on the other. I went to pick up the car and my two issues were not resolved. They put a new tip on and didn't buff out the taillight. I brought it to their attention and the guy said, do you want me to go buff it? I said no I will do it. It should have been done right the first time. They should have called, and I would have purchased another exhaust tip. I believe this place used to be detail oriented and cared a whole lot more. In my opinion, this place has lost its value and is no longer the place it used to be.

John and the team at Karle are incredible! My vehicle was hit twice within 6 months and Karle was there to fix and repair it quickly each time. Even handling my rental car for me when I picked up my vehicle. Very easy and communicated through the entire process. They are my go-to body shop!

I took my car here after an accident. I was referred by Mike from Japanese Auto Specialist. Karle Coachwork did such a great job. Debbie and Laurie were so helpful from start to finish. I was recommended by a local Toyota dealer, to go to this business for a issue (scratch/paint) on my vehicle. I conversed with Chris, about my issue. He took a look at it, took it into his shop and my vehicle came back out, and the area looked liked nothing ever happened to it. I truthfully recommended this business for paint repairs. Moderate damage to my Subaru after someone backed into it. Professional quote from karle coachworks with a completion time of a few weeks. Did not get car for nearly five weeks. Once received they failed to put on bumper cover and caused me to wait 2 plus hours. Once car is home I realize dirty hand prints all over headliner, door bumpers put on incorrect, steering wheel not centered after alignment, rear door will not open from inside. Karle did correct the issue but I had to Drop the car of for a full day. Poor quality control and poor customer service. I will not state the price of the repair as it was insurance work but seems extremely overpriced. Only reason for 2 stars is the paint and body work appear professional and they corrected the issues. Very unfortunate.

We got rear ended by a drunk driver and were recommended to go through Karle for the repairs. Just picked up our vehicle today and I am very pleased. The car feels like it did before the wreck. The staff went above and beyond during their time working on our car. Very pleased with the overall experience.
