There are 2 people here that I like and tried to help me. But for that one person that didn't tighten up my lug nuts (richard) on my tires and had to have my dad go up there. I hope you know that I have PTSD now to drive my car. We went on the dang highway like that. I have drove my car a total of 4 times in the last 4 weeks due to that. Thank you to Mark and dale for helping me.

Excellent service. We were heading back to Wisconsin when we ran into tire issues on our flatbed trailer. They got us in and back on the road quickly. We would highly recommend them.

Down to Earth guys. Pretty good service and on time. They DO have a habit of changing prices on you it seems without courtesy of giving you a call first. Did diagnostics for 9 years myself and in our business we always called to get approval if a change needed to be made. Not arguing with quality of work, I am thankful...but always good to be transparent. Will probably use them again!

I scheduled an afternoon alignment for a tenth generation Ford truck, an estimated time of about an hour. Really close to the hour marker, the shop tech Dale came in concerned about the wear pattern of the front tires, affecting his ability to make a mechanical adjustment to the suspension components. This reasoning made no sense to me & after coming into the bay to analyze his claims, he concurred with my suggestion of maybe rotation of the tires. Still wasn't following his logic, but fine, let's do whatever it takes to get this service completed. A while later, Dale comes back in to tell me he will not be able to service the truck due to one worn tie rod end. Again, he leads me to the bay to verify the condition of the part. I asked him if this is a service they provide, and if so, what the new cost & schedule look like. After a brief discussion with his supervisor Mark, Mark said they could fix it, but it will be a little longer. He diagnosed the other side to still be functional, but at the end of the part life, so a seemingly fair quote to do both was accepted by me. With this unexpected but justifiable pushback, I call a rideshare to finish my errands & leave them to their devices in peace. I return at approximately 4:30 & Mark says it's pretty much complete as his tech is tying up a couple loose ends(quite literally). I notice Dale and a younger technician leaving together in a small older truck. 45 minutes go by & Mark comes in to explain the less experienced tech made a miscalculation with steering wheel position but it was close to completion & apologized for my extra wait. I was patient and thanked him for keeping me posted. More time goes by, it's after 6:00 at this point and Mark comes to explain that the less experienced tech was not able to get the adjustments within specifications. He further suggested that I bring it back while Dale is on the floor to get it perfect. While inconvenient, I thanked him for being honest & kindly told him I was willing willing to work with them on the matter(not much of a choice on my part). I paid him full price anyway & walked out of the main entrance expecting the truck to be backed out of the bay. Several minutes go by and I witness my truck coming through the parking lot from the west(which i never authorized). This kind of took me off guard & I thought it was strange as I walk over to the driver side door. The young tech gets out acting suspicious & visibly nervous as he tells me the wheels aren't straight & the steering wheel is not clocked correctly. The younger tech painted a for more serious condition than the manager Mark claimed at billing. At this point clearly nothing could be done that day & this was in preparation for an out of state weekend trip I was polite as I figured it probably wasn't that bad, I would follow up next week for the corrections. None of these things are the problem yet. I get home as I'm many hours behind schedule to unload my personal work tools from the cab & I can't find the battery I was using that morning to put on the charger. Then I realized the cordless drill & impact were also missing, both of which I used that very morning. I call the shop the next morning in as an understanding demeanor as possible to let the management know of the situation. I stated to Dale I didn't want to blow this out of proportion but I needed my things back, nothing more & nothing less. He seemed sympathetic as he assured my he would pass this information up the chain of command, review the security footage and return my call as soon as possible. It is now Wednesday of the next week, I'm back in Wichita and I've heard nothing back. I call the shop for a follow up. Mark answers the phone, is rude, dismissive of any professional duty of care & reluctant to allow me any access to the security footage, suggest any solution or provide contact information to the owner. I gave them every benefit of the doubt, stayed calm & polite but the thanks I get is this shady behavior. The truck pulls hard to the left, I'm out for service not given, time & $550. 😠

Several places were closed for the holiday weekend, but tire service for a flat was still needed. Thanks to Karl's they got me in right away with quick, friendly and affordable service. I will be returning for other services. Thank you Mark and others.

On the way back home from the Mighty Dog Roofing conference in Omaha, we got a flat on 35 in Wichita, KS. We were eager to get home so I googled for nearby tire shops. Karl's got back on the road quickly and at a reasonable price. Our tech, Spenser, was friendly and professional.

Tell you the price before they start the job, then changed it up when it’s time to pay without telling you ahead of time, and price had doubled for only being a few months since the last time I came.

Considerate people that took the time to put things in order and helped me get my car figured out. Worked with me on pricing and were fair. Got things done in a timely manner even tho they were busy! Great place to get work done.

Got brand new tires put on today, staff members are very nice but I was quoted a time of 2 hours but it end up taking 6.5 hours to get tires and alignment done

I had an emergency type job and unfortunately I couldnt find what I needed but Preston was a real big help and the prices were good. I'd recommend this place to anyone who likes a friendly staff.

Wow am I impressed! I had a flat tire south of Wichita late Friday afternoon . I was traveling through on my way to Oklahoma All tire stores closed by then Found a hotel and googled Wichita tire stores Found that Karl’s was a half mile from my hotel I called and explained what I needed and they had tires in that size As I walked in the door they greeted me, recognized they had just talked to me They had me on the road in45 min Extremely professional and personable The shop was spotless AND they were very patient and kind to a man who did not speak much English I am very impressed Thank you for taking such good care of me
