THIS PLACE IS AMAZING. I use my car for my business, so I needed it fixed asap and not sitting in a garage for a week. The owner was super understanding and we made an appointment for my car to be diagnosed. He was literally waiting at the door for me. He diagnosed it and gave me an accurate quote. He fixed my car asap and showed me pictures and videos of what he fixed. He's the nicest guy to do fix your car. This place is a gem. Furthermore it's mom and pop...support local Chicago.

Today I had an emergency with oil. I needed to change it ASAP. I visited several service centers before and they were all busy and not ready to take my car for work. And I'm glad they were busy because that's what brought me to this service center. The guys here are very friendly, polite and helpful. I will definitely contact them again when needed.

Best experience I had with an Auto shop. Ali is very professional as well as all the other staff too. They get the job done and are always honest, straightforward and never sugarcoating anything. For a reasonable price too! If you have a car problem I definitely recommend this shop, you won't be disappointed!

When I needed to get my brakes done, my mom recommended Kars. I'm glad she did, because they were very thorough and communicative. Not only did they replace my brakes, but they also rotated my tires due to uneven treads. I already knew I needed tires, but Leo and Ali let me know how urgent it was to replace them. They even recommended a shop they frequently use for their own vehicles. Leo, especially, kept me in the loop when the job took longer than expected. I drive a VW, which comes with sensor pads, so it was a two person job to adjust the brakes/sensors appropriately. Kars also topped off my fluids and threw in an oil at no charge. If you need automotive work done, definitely check out Kars!

I am so grateful for finding Kars Auto repair when I really needed them. I'm a single mom on a budget and I suddenly had to come up with a significant amount of money to fix my car. Found Kars via Google and it was litteraly down the road from my house. They were very clear with me about their process and would keep me informed. They did exactly what they said they would no surprises like you normally get from auto repair. The cars running great no issues. I've finally found my new mechanic.

I was very pleased to receive fast and safe service. I definitely recommend going and using this service. The prices are cheaper than outside services and they only fix whatever is wrong with the car. They do not charge you for work they did not do.

Very great experience at Kars Auto Repair. I called to see if i can get oil changed done and they made me come in and did it in less than 40 minutes. They also checked my fluids and made sure everything is okay. I really recommend going to this place.

I hit my car underneath and started hearing a strange sound. The mechanics found that the - flex pipe - catalytic converter were the issues. They fixed everything quickly, in about an hour. Their attitude was great, and the price was very reasonable.

I took my car in about two weeks ago and the service was nothing other than fantastic. The customer service was incredible, and the mechanics were very friendly and honest about the service they were doing. I wouldn't go anywhere else...these guys are great!

Kars is absolutely wonderful! The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and easy to talk to. Ali was thorough in explaining any issues, and made sure to communicate with me every step of the way. If there was something I needed explained in more detail, he didn't hesitate to explain again. Kars did not do any work or charge for any "extra repairs" and only stuck with the problem we were focusing on, while still being very informative and helping me make decisions on the next steps to take with my car. The prices were also very fair, especially for the quality of work that was put in. It's hard to find a truly "great" mechanic, but I feel very comfortable in saying I have found one with Kars. I would recommend them to all my friends!

Needed my front struts and shocks replaced. And even though they were full from the holidays they still took the time to check out my car and squeeze me in for repairs .They showed me the problem, showed me how much all the parts would be and got them shipped overnight and car fixed by the next day. Fast and reliable. Definitely will be coming back for all car needs. Thanks guys.
