You find a garage like this once in a lifetime.... no more worrying about getting ripped off or upsetting for things you don't need. These guys are honest, efficient, professional and just good folks! For the first time in my life, I actually trust a garage to do a great job, at a great price...and if it doesn't need fixing or replacing, they'll tell you exactly that! I know, this sounds like it's too good to be true...but make an appointment and see for yourself. Recommendations are everything these days....and I highly recommend. Johnny D was super helpful the first time I stopped by and the folks that were in the second time were equally as friendly and accommodating! They are transparent, quick to help, very informative and very fair. I’m a happy repeat customer and have recommended them to my family and friends - only place I’ll go in San Antonio! John was fantastic to work with. Was forthright about the scheduling and managed to fit in some time to look my vehicle over. His assessment was thorough and even allowed me to look underneath the vehicle to review and talk about what his check points were. I was glad I went to Kastis for service.

arrived and asked for John to look into my Lexus. A little fellow calling him self the owner would not let John come outside, so I left. Kastis was recommended to me by O'Reilly.should not have listened. Totally unprofessional .

Kastis is great! The service I received for a simple oil change was perfect. From the counter staff to the mechanics, everyone was friendly and took a moment to share what was going on with my Jeep. They checked out everything else also. Great service, honest mechanics, great price! thanks Kastis!

I was told by the dealership that I needed to replace my control arms and tie rod while getting an oil change. Of course, the dealership quoted an insane price. Today I took my vehicle to Kastis and not only was I quoted a price far less but they also took the time to put my vehicle on the lift and take a look. I was then informed neither item was needed and my vehicle was just fine! I appreciate the honesty and will be returning when I do need work done. It's great to know this place is honest and friendly!!

We have been using kastis Automotive services for well over 25 years. They have provided technical services for all of our cars and have even given upfront advice on issues to prevent foreseeable automobile problems. Mr Mike and Mrs Paula are a family owned business and will never take customers for granted.The rates are extremely reasonable and they will and have made house calls in many circumstances. We have no intentions of allowing any other automotive service to touch our cars.They employ only top notch Professional mechanic staff.

I've been looking for a place that can take all my car needs. I had a plastic push pin broken holding up my back undercover. Ryan helped me immediately replacing not just the broken one but another loose one, too. No charge! I'm doing all my car business with them. Now I don't expect people going in for free service. Friendly and wonderful service.

Always a great experience at Kastis. We have an older Toyota Rav4. Kastis goes above and beyond with our vehicle where other automotive shops would stop short. I ended up not leaving my car cause a family member was able to help me in a faster turn around time for a tune up, but John DeKing was extremely helpful and honest about what was wrong and the price it would cost for repairs. At no point did I feel uncomfortable or like he was selling me on things I didn't need done. Although I didn't end up getting my repairs done at Kastis, the experience and professionalism was absolutely a 10/10. Give that man several raises and plenty of PTO for an extremely job well done.

Service was prompt. Communication was great. You can trust the mechanics. There were no issues after I picked up my car. If you’re on edge about choosing a mechanic shop know Kastis is trustworthy and honest. All around 5 stars.

The place was clean and convenient and the staff were friendly. I was there to have a diagnostic done and estimate for potential work. I paid the $140 for the diagnostic which shown I needed a "master fuse" and my positive battery post was loose and a serpentine belt. I was quoted $1300 - $1800. And told that they had to order a "kit" from kia, or another kia kia offered the parts individually (saving me $500). Notably was this, misleading, it was a flat out lie. I feel lime they tried to take advantage of me. I ultimately spent about $45 on parts and dd the very easy work myself. Edit/Response When did you have your mechanic physically go to kia and get prices? On the 4th of July? You called me early on the 5th to let me know it was ready. That doesn't even sound right, especially since you told me you CALLED them. I forgot to mention the alternator because I didnt get one. I had a second opinion and he told me my alternator was fine AND it was confirmed when i took it to O'Reilys to have it tested. Even with a brand new alternator the 1300-1800 quote is outrageous. I politely declined your offer and still gave you 3 stars
