Very efficient, replaced two TPMS sensors at very good price, less than $100 spent out of pocket and less than an hour spent in the shop. Knowledgeable staff friendly and very happy to help, will return for used tires soon for my fleet

If you see these guys using floor jacks instead of a lift run and go elsewhere. They allowed me to drive off the lot without telling me they damaged my car and then played dumb when I returned one hour later.

I’ve been to Katz a couple times and they always provide quick service and very professional, but my most recent visit there the older gentleman that was at the front desk was very rude. The technician that actually worked on my tire was really nice so I guess that made up for the bad interaction earlier

As a mechanic, these guys are my go too tire guys. Even when I bring my own tires they don’t hesitate to set me up right away. Will be back for sure!!

Had a problem with my tire, early this morning, and when I got to Katz tires, they took me right in, showed me what the problem was and took care of it within 20 minutes to 30 minutes I was on my way. Thanks for all your help

HORRIBLE. Jacked me up so I couldn’t leave and had 2 guys working but doing nothing. Waited 20 minutes in silence then demanded to be let go. Go downtown to the guys on main, they actually care about being there!

I had an appointment to get new tires. Guys were waiting for me and had me in and out in 30 minutes. The guys working there were professional, personable, and genuinely nice people. Great experience. I won’t be going anywhere but to Katz tires.

Amazing service, I came in with multiple requests beyond just tires. Due to being a mother timing is not my best, I came within minutes of the shop closing. They were able to address all the major concerns, and then for the minor repairs come back their next business day. I’m beyond satisfied with the staff, the quality of the work and how friendly everyone was! Will definitely come back, and telling everyone that needs anything done to come here 😊

They were wonderful with very quick service. I was missing one of the lug nuts on my car and they kindly replaced it for me after replacing my brakes and rotors. Great service would definitely recommend.
