The kindness and generosity shown to me by the staff at KB Collison was out of this world! I just moved here, and got in a fender bender, and was unable to get all the repairs I needed until my finances get sorted out. Yet, they helped me in all the ways they could, made me feel safe in driving my car (and just getting around the area), and made me feel very welcomed. I can't wait until I can afford to go back and finish the work, just so that I can also bring them a thank you gift and treats for all the generosity and kindness of spirit they showed me.

These guys are great in auto body work. I got my bumper replaced. Fixed it like brand new and paint was exactly the same. Friendly staff and good pricing. The owner is a very friendly guy and does not try to rip you off.

I was sent here through an insurance company and they went above an beyond to make sure my car was throughly cleaned inside and out. And the body work was done extremely well, not to mention the staff is very polite and informative. Y'all they even gave me an alignment ! 10 out of 10 would recommend !

Breanna at the front desk was so helpful when I called. She was able to give me information that my insurance had not given me due to their negligence and in turn jumpstarted the process to determine the total loss of my vehicle. She was professional and in communication with both insurance parties of the other person who totaled my car and myself.

Rear ended on interstate. KB worked with my insurance and the rental company, and overall I barely had to do as much as make a phone call. They were quick, worked with me, and they kept me updated along the way. Extremely clear, transparent, and seamless.

I have yet to have this facility perform and real repair on my vehicle - and this is I'm sure ONLY going to get "better" [I'm being facetious]. The interaction I had with their owner/or/manager was so out of this world, I'm shocked this is how they do business. I drove over an hour to take my car in for repair after an accident [not at fault, so their insurance is covering it, and this was their closest preferred provider, extra warranty etc.]. The date was set, and we arrived at 830 in the morning only to be told, they are backed up, and cannot get us in until march several weeks later. If we decide to drop the car off, we wont be comp'd a loaner for the full time of the repair, so just wait longer. When asked why nobody bothered to call us, they said we are too busy to call people, and its usually not an issue, people usually don't live this far, so its not an issue for people to waste their gas/time to find out we cannot service them for weeks because we are backed up. I'm not sure where they learned customer service, but its seriously was from a cracker jack box. At this point any logical place would be like, OH CRAP, we are sorry for not contacting and wasting a TON of diesel fuel, here is a gift card for your trouble, taking time off work, etc. Instead he had an attitude with me as if it was my fault and told me I should have called before I came. Lesson learned, this business puts customers last. Don't use this facility if you have better options. Will also follow up with other networks so others are aware like BBB. After further working with this shop owner he did make good at trying to resolve this problem and surrounding inconveniences.

I was at a military school for 3 weeks, my beautiful wife backed my car into another one and KB Collision fixed her fender bender before I returned and they did a fantastic job. I would 100 percent recommend them to anyone THANKS KB COLLISION

I would enthusiastically recommend KB Collision to anyone in the area. Brianna (spelling?) and Ken were so incredibly helpful to me. Ken took the time to explain everything to me about how the insurance process worked after someone else backed into my small SUV because I was horrifically clueless. He was ENORMOUSLY informative. I could not be more grateful for their help. They really know what they're doing and anyone would benefit from their kindness and expertise.

My beautiful Platinum Highlander was run into by an uninsured teenager and KB Collision was recommended to me by my auto insurance company. I was impressed from the first contact. Briana, Ken, and Joe were all very kind and professional, explained the entire process, and was able to get me in for the repair quickly and returned my car to me within a week; all while maintaining phone and email contact which is very important to me. There were two small glitches that Ken immediately took care of and my car looks as new as the day I bought it. Thank you to all of the staff at KB Collision for making a very stressful situation quick and easy. I truly appreciate all of the communication, care, and professionalism and would highly recommend your services to anyone needing auto body repair.

Our Buick was repaired under a Geico claim. KB did an excellent job. We worked with Brianna and she was friendly and helpful. When we picked up our vehicle, an owner/manager came out and told us if we need anything to just let them know, ensuring us that they stand behind their work 100%. Geico allowed us to pick any shop we wanted and I chose this one after reading similar reviews. I wanted to return the favor. There's a reason they have almost 5 stars and over 100 reviews.

Overall very good experience from this companies staff and quality of service. Ken was forthright in all of his dealings with me, through in his explanations and dealing with expectations (Time Lines, Processes, Etc) Very Professional in all aspects of their operations. First off I want to start off by saying THANK YOU!!!! Thank you for your excellent service! I can’t say it enough!!! This family owned business did an incredible job fixing my Camry that was damaged by a deer. I am so thankful my insurance company referred my car to this wonderful business. I have never experienced having a car damaged before and heard so many personal horror stories about repair shops that it had me terrified before I even got to this shop but from the time I stepped foot into lobby they explained every detail of the process and made sure every question, apprehension, and anxiety I had was at ease. They were even kind enough to work with my vacation schedule to ensure I wouldn’t have to endure any additional expenses so close to my trip and that I would receive my car back in a timely manner. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and above all customer service is top notch. This is the Number 1 body shop in Knoxville!!! I will always recommend this auto body shop to anyone I meet and will use them in the future!!!

Our insurance sent us to this place to have our vehicle fixed. We took it there to get the bid, then had to bring it back about a week later to leave it to supposedly be repaired. We got a call from them within 48 ours of dropping it off, saying they could not get a bumper bracket, and we needed to come get it. They didn't attempt to repair anything. The headlight was still loose, and now the bumper is rubbing when making left turns. They should not have bid the job without knowing if they could get the key needed part. Huge inconvenience.

These guys did a wonderful job on our Fiat, and when a small snag popped up, they were on it immediately. The whole team responded quickly, staying past closing time to make sure everything was resolved. You won't find better service anywhere! Top notch!!!

Very informative friendly and timely. They did exactly what they said. They told me it would be approximately 20 days and it was 21. The work was perfect.
