Great work! In and out quickly! Had some issues come up with my car, was able to get it towed here, and they quickly figured out the problem. After finding out it was minor, and taking care of it, they stayed a few minutes after closing to make sure that I could pick up my car, which was running flawlessly!

Honestly, nothing bad can be said about them. They’re fast, understanding, and friendly. A lot of auto shops can make you feel othered if you’re a woman but they’re great and never judgmental. The people there are really knowledgeable about all the things they do and they make sure you’re equipped with all the necessary knowledge when you leave.

Just got back from having my new tires installed at Kc Autoworx. My van is now quieter on the highway and does not shake anymore at any speed. The guys got me in quick and did a fantastic job. I could not be any happier.

Check engine light came on flashing yesterday morning so I booked an appt with this spot after seeing the great reviews, they got me in quickly and absolutely lived up to expectation. Gave a fair price estimate then got it fixed up quick. Really chill crew too. I’ll def be going back for any future car troubles

I've been bringing my '09 Toyota Prius to KC AutoWorx for about 5 years now. Bret and his team have helped extend the life of my car with affordable, quick work on multiple issues I've had, as well as standard maintenance. I never feel like I need a second opinion, because they're extremely transparent about cost/options for everything I bring it in for. Can't recommend them enough!

If you are looking for an auto mechanic and shop please go to @kcautoworx on 39th street. I’m going to start this post with I’m not a car person and I don’t speak car. I want my 2011 Toyota to last as long as it can. Lots of reasons, one might be the looming Tesla truck in my future. The whole team at the 39th street store got my whole situation. My current car story started with an oil change that lead to general wear and tear work. First they completed all the work for less then they quoted and in a shorter time. Then while traveling my car ran into an issue. Johnny was amazing. He called the other auto shop and spoke car for me. He then went above and beyond to make the whole situation right. I will forever take my cars to Johnny and the 39th street store. I trust them and their work.

This is my neighborhood place and I’ve always had good experiences. I unexpectedly had a flat today and they squeezed me in to get it fixed even though they were super slammed. Will be coming back!

I came to KC AutoWorx for a second opinion on a quote I got from a different shop, and boy am I glad I did! Instead of paying thousands for new struts, shocks, and all that jazz. KC AutoWorx recommended a tire change, wheel alignment, and caught a coolant leak that could have left me in a bad spot. They were fast, professional, and honest.

These guys are great! We were passing through KC on our way to MS and had a little car trouble. They quickly diagnosed the problem and then promptly repaired it. Great people. We highly recommend them.

I could have very easily been taken advantage of today. Due to the nature of this shop being stand up, honest and trustworthy I was not. They showed me exactly what was wrong, fixed that part and sent me on my way. It's hard to find shops like this. They were on-time, courteous and efficient. Thank you to Brett and the guys for renewing my faith.

I’ve been going to KC AutoWorx for coming up on 10 years now and I can confirm they are hands down the best, most trustworthy mechanic in Kansas City. Their location in downtown KC on Southwest Blvd is convenient and the team is so friendly. I have always trusted Brett and the team to tell me exactly what’s wrong with my car, what needs to be fixed right away, and what can be pushed down the line a little. They are never pushy, very reasonably priced, and work efficiently! I recommend KC AutoWorx to anyone and everyone needing an affordable & trusty mechanic.

All women should go here!!!! I slid on some ice and hit a curb pretty hard. I called and they got me in the same day. They fixed what I thought was wrong, but told me to fix the alignment and a new wheel was 2k, but the alignment was "okay". I decided to take it to the dealership to try and get it covered by warrenty, it was declined but the dealership quoted me 2.5k. I went back to KC autoworks, and the man told me the numbers were off so minimally that if I cant feel a difference I shouldnt do anything about it. For the wheel, he said they can replace it, but that I should go to this other business to see if they can repair it before I decide to replace it to save a litte money. I did, and they repaired my wheel for $215. TLDR: KC autoworks could have 100% had me pay for everything right then, which I was prepared to do, but they explained everything to me so well and helped me find a cheaper option, even though it meant I was giving my business to someone else. If I EVER have a problem in the future, I wont even think twice about going somewhere else. I cannot reccomend them enough, especially to women who are worried about getting one pulled over on them by other body shops. They are so trustworthy and really help you do whats best. I love this place!

I called KC Autoworx at 4:15 on the Friday before the Christmas weekend. Even though they were absolutely booked up and trying to get all their scheduled appointments finished on time before closing for the holidays, they were adamant that I bring my car in to ensure it was safe to drive prior to leaving town. Nobody else in the city would even take my call. When I arrived, they found the source of the problem quickly and repaired it for free requesting that I simply have a great Christmas. This team is the real deal and truly care about their clientele. I have no doubt I will be returning with all my future needs. Thank you guys for everything you did for me and everything you do for the city.

They are quick, down to earth and are there to help you. Today 4/8/22 they were even better. They took my elderly compact with custom suspension and they took the time to understand it and align it to spec. Kudos to Joseph that is skilled, great service person and even better car nerd. Next chapter, 10/13/23 I refreshed a new to my SUV engine and they installed it. Have been driving her for a couple weeks now, I am satisfied with the outcome. Hopefully it will hold another 5 years ... Brett, got the KC Autowrx stickers? Update, today (1/24/24) I got the SUV inspected and got mi stickers.
