Best suspension, accessory shop in town. They’ve worked on both my trucks multiple times and always extremely honest and knowledgeable. Darrian is one of the most knowledgeable, honest service managers I’ve ever met. Can’t say enough good things about them they’ve put a 10” lift on my Chevy and it rides better then it did stock thanks to his knowledge and recommendations!

I can't say enough great things about KC Customs! After hitting a pothole on my drive home, my tire went flat, and I had to pull to the side of the road. After a long day and facing an hour-long drive home in freezing conditions, I was dreading the idea of having to change the tire myself. It was that moment that I saw the sign with the word "tire". I pulled into their parking lot. It was well after 5 PM but they were still open. The team at KC Customs went above and beyond. Without hesitation, they quickly offered to put my spare tire on and had me back on the road in just minutes. What amazed me even more was their kindness—they refused to accept any payment for their help! If this is the kind of service they provide to someone who wasn’t even a customer (yet), I can only imagine how well they treat their regular customers. I would highly recommend KC Customs to anyone! Thank you again for your incredible generosity and outstanding service!

good work at a good price. they did a 2/4 drop for me about a month ago and ive been loving the look at feel, very satisfied. definitely retorque the wheels after 50 miles tho lug nuts on my front passenger were pretty close to flying off lol

I can only speak to their service and they are tops in my book. My wife purchased rain guards and their installation for my car about 5 years ago from these guys. Due to a manufacturer defect with the rain guards, just about every year I would lose one. They would happily order and install a replacement each time, without giving me any grief at all. The car is now gone now, thanks to an inexperienced driver destroying it for me ... and these guys, they will probably be happy to not see me every year for replacement rain guards. I will be back for other parts though. :)

KC Customs installed this rhino sports bar with a light rack on to my 2024 F150. They got it installed in one day. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and patient. Sadly, one of the KC Highlights they installed was brighter than the other four lights. Unsure if it was going bad or not but KC Customs had me come back and replaced the light at no extra cost. Highly recommend them if you are looking to upgrade your truck!

This shop is without a doubt the premier business for aftermarket and custom work on all vehicles, you get a sense of that feel when you walk into the showroom and see all the options out for display. This is a local family owned business built from the ground up and they pride themselves in word of mouth being their advertisers. They have done work on multiple vehicles for me and I won't go anywhere else! The owners Darin and James are without a doubt 2 of the best in the business and they stand on their reputation, have doubts? Go check out some of their custom builds.

Took my New 2024 Silverado LTZ 4X4 with 200 miles on the odometer to KC Kustoms for a 4 inch lift, new wheels and tires. From start to finish everything ran smooth, my experience and opinion with KC Customs is this is an extremely organized operation and highly recommend them. Came in with a very broad idea of what I wanted to do to my jeep, I can’t say enough of how well I was treated. Tons of ideas and suggestions, when I finally pulled the trigger I was all ready to go. After another call I ended up doing even more, and was even talked into different tires from what I was originally looking for, which were cheaper and from what I can tell, much better for what I’m doing. Ended up doing fenders, fender liners, front bumper and new tires, too say I’m happy is an understatement. I won’t be going anywhere else for anything jeep related. Thanks guys!!

Great service! They took good care of my Xterra that desperately needed a new suspension. Rides great! Thanks KC Customs! Update 8/27/24. I am doubling down on my 5 star review. There were manufacturing defects on my suspension; however, KC Custom staff went out of their way to address the problem. They got my Xterra in a few times to repair the issue. They were understanding and patient with the issue and worked hard to resolve the problem. Thanks you KC Customs!

I've been a customer for years (since 2009). I've had just about anything and everything installed at some point. Cab lights, brush guards, bed liner, lifts, leveling kits, wheels and tires ect. Never had a reason to take my truck anywhere else. Appreciate the customer service and quality work 👍

Bought four tires from them about 3 weeks ago. One of the tires blow on my way to work. I didn’t hit or run into anything. I called to ask about the warranty and told him I believe it was a faulty tire can I bring it in and you look at it so I can get a new one or a refund. He told me there is no warranty on the tire. I emailed the manufacturer of the brand tires and said they are supposed to look at it to see if there was any foul play and if not replace it. Long story short I got a new one somewhere else. They didn’t care or want to help if I was you take it Business some where else.
