Kelby is fantastic! He was so communicative throughout the entire process, and he provided a very fair price for my battery replacement and upcoming oil change. It was so great to be able to stay home and have Kelby take care of everything right here. I have yet to experience such an honest and helpful mechanic, and I will refer him to everyone I know.

I really don't have enough room here to express my gratitude for Kelby's work in installing my alternator. What should have been a simple install since I purchased the required part for my Acura MDX......turned into quite a lengthy ordeal due to a slight manufacturing sizing glitch which made the install challenging! But Kelby was very patient and determined to not only complete the install, but to make sure that he did a top quality job! The hurdles that the install created pushed him well past 2 hours of work time, but he pushed thru inviting me to watch as he worked, so that I would know what and why he was doing thru each step. Very, very professional and courteous. I can't imagine allowing anyone else service my vehicles. I'm a new repeat client with referrals on the way! Thanks a mill Kelby for caring to be Top Notch! Kelby is incredibly knowledgeable about car repairs and one of the most honest people I've ever met. When I asked him to check on my European car, he immediately knew what to do. He works quickly, and he never tries to upsell unnecessary services. Because of his excellent service, I asked him to come back for a full brake job on the same car, as he quoted me under $400 for the work—while other shops were asking for over $800+. Kelby is truly honest and upfront with his pricing, and I highly recommend his services for anybody who is looking for a local trustworthy mechanic. I will provide a follow update after the new brakes have been installed in the same vehicle Thanks Kelby for being so kind and an incredible honest human!

If you are reading this and need someone to work on your vehicle contact him immediately! Had an alternator replaced in a 2013 Mercedes E350 4matic literally took him less than an hour! The battery light came on in my car and, of course, I needed to find someone to help me out. Because I needed my car as soon as possible, I started to look for a mobile mechanic. I found a few options, but one of my neighbors recommended Kelby on our subdivision FB page. Kelby was extremely polite and professional throughout my experience. There was no flip flopping on the price. He gave me a flat rate to replace the alternator. Once the time was decided on, he sent me a confirmation with all details. When one of his appointments changed, he sent me a message to let me know he would be there earlier than expected! On the day of my appointment, Kelby kept me updated with his arrival time. He was kind and empathetic when it came to me and my car and made sure I understood what he was going to do. He even offered me the opportunity to watch his work and educate me while working! As he finished up my car, there was a minor glitch and what did Kelby do? He fixed it immediately on his own dime! Most mechanics would try to hide the issue and make more money later. He didn’t. You can tell Kelby is proud of his work and wants to make sure he honors his commitment to fix your car. Kelby’s goal was to get me on the road that day, even though I offered to wait another day. I was on the road later that day! The next day, Kelby called me to make sure my car was running smoothly! I say all of this to say, I have a new mechanic! I will reach out to Kelby for future work on my car and will recommend him to my friends!

Great experience! Excellent service at a fair and reasonable price. Best of all I didn't need a tow or need to get picked up or dropped off at the repair shop. Kelby was well knowledge about my car and got the part that I needed. He came to where my car was broken down and fixed it. He is quick and told me things about my car that I needed to know. Very affordable and I felt like I got my money worth. My sister was there and he looked at her car and told her what she needed to do to keep it running. She now is going to use him for her car needs. I would suggest him to all my friends if they need their car worked on. Very happy with my experience and met all my expectations.

My car overheated, leaving me stranded on a HOT atlanta day. Kelby was able to provide advice over the phone so that I could make it home safely before scheduling an official appointment. The diagnoses went smoothly and the car was fixed within minutes. I took the opportunity to schedule another appointment to take care of some other issues that were on my list because of what great experience we had!
