Jeff has worked on my car and my son’s car. We have had nothing but great experiences. Jeff is patient, understanding, honest and friendly. We recently moved to Keller and I was looking for a full service auto shop to take our cars to. I considered 3 different shops in the area and went with Jeff at KNAS after visiting with each of them. My Acura has 105k miles and needed the 100K maintenance package, as well as new struts, brakes and some other minor suspension issues addressed. Jeff clearly communicated what work he recommended along with the prices for each item. Jeff's labor rate was more than reasonable compared to the other quotes I had received for the work. I got the car back in a couple of days and the drive is much improved. I will go back to Keller Neighborhood Auto the next time I need maintenance or repair work on my vehicles. Thanks Jeff!

Jeff and his team were very professional. I brought my car in on short notice, and they worked it in almost immediately. Jeff provided a diagnosis and provided a reasonable estimate before doing any work. Jeff also shared his personal opinion of whether the repairs were necessary and cost efficient. He could have easily gave advice that would make his company a lot of money, but instead provided guidance on what I could do to save the most money. This will be where we go for all of our vehicle maintenance needs in the future. Thank you, Jeff and team.

What can I say, Jeff and the team at Keller Neighborhood Auto Service provided AMAZING SERVICE! MY daughter’s car sprung two leaks a week before she had to return to college. Jeff took the time to show me the leaks and explain the work involved. Our time line was tight but guess what, the Team at Keller Neighborhood Auto Service made it happen! After paying to have our car repaired at a large franchise auto repair shop, our car continued having the same problems. This led us to searching for a local shop with high customer reviews. And straight to Jeff and Keller Neighborhood Auto Service. Jeff found the problems and had our car back to us the next day. So far this shop is living up to its reputation. Honest and upfront from the very beginning! We had an oil drip in the garage and took it to the dealer and they wanted $8500 to replace the headgaskets and almost overhaul the engine. Took my car here, he had it diagnosed the next day, valve seals were the culprits. Car was fixed in no time! Very fair prices and honest craftsman. So happy to have found this local small shop. They gained a forever customer! Thank you!

I have had Jeff and Carl (If I remember his name correctly) do alot of work on my 2009 Mercedes on two separate occasions in 2024. I always went to the dealerships, but decided to put my trust in Keller Neighborhood Auto Service. Oil and filter change, front end work, motor mounts, stabilizer bushings, alignment, intake manifold, and they found issues and repaired we weren't aware of. Courteous, professional, and work was done in a timely manner using OEM Mercedes parts. Thank you.

We had previously taken our vehicle to Firestone to get an estimate. After getting an estimate for only the things I mentioned to them, we decided to shop around. I called Jeff at Keller Neighborhood Auto and was quoted a price that was a little higher than half of Firestone. With a 5 star review online, we took the chance and were so glad we did. Jeff completed the work quickly and even did some other things we had talked about. The total for his work was barely over the original estimate by the other shop and almost twice as much work was done. Jeff made sure to explain things to my wife who picked up the vehicle in easy to understand terminology. She was completely impressed by the level of customer service and detail he gave. ‘19 Ford Expedition These guys helped me diagnose a significant transmission issue that 2 dealer service departments were unable/unwilling to resolve. The issue posed a danger to my family (complete loss of power on the highway) so I’m very grateful these guys were patient with me when trying to replicate it. The transmission ended up needing a full replacement. Fortunately, it was covered by the third-party extended warranty I purchased with the vehicle. These guys made it very easy to file the claim and get everything moving. I’m really happy with their work. They’re clearly the type of people who will go the extra mile to take care of their customers. I highly recommend them and will go back for any future automotive needs.

My check engine light was on. I took my car to 2 different auto repair places. After 2 months of frustration and $1800 later, the light was back on. Within a few hours after leaving my car with them, Rick called and told me exactly what was wrong with it and what the cost would be to fix it. Took my suv for a check up. They checked brakes, belts, hoses etc… gave my car an oil change. The service was great and quick. All I paid for was the oil change. Highly recommend.
