I had an amazing experience at Kelley’s Automotive! The rain was seeping in through my sunroof and I was in a tough spot trying to get it fixed quickly. The team here was so kind and helpful! They assured me that they would be able to sort out the issue. They took care of it and it was quick n smooth. I really appreciated how sweet and understanding they were. Highly recommend them!

Kelley Auto always takes care of my fleet vans. Jason and his crew get work done fast and done well. I have never had to bring back a van for a follow-up repair on any work they have done. Highly recommended 👌

We came from out of town to have a car inspected before we bought it. They accommodated us on short notice and did a thorough inspection which gave us confidence to negotiate with the auto dealer. I highly recommend this shop. The owner was very knowledgeable and helpful with integrity.

Can’t say enough good about Jason, Logan, and this shop! They worked on and fixed a problem another shop couldn’t diagnose. I called 3 Central Valley Ford Dealerships - they wouldn’t even take it on as it’s a 1995 F150…how lame is that, when a dealer won’t work on their own product. They found the issue, and now my Trucks on the road again. Use them- they are fantastic!

Jason and his team having been working on my cars, trucks and vans for over 10 years now. Even if he is busy, he takes the time to treat you as a friend and if things are going poorly for your vehicle he takes the time to walk you through the 'what, why and hows' of the situation. I have a1994 F250 Diesel and I took my truck in because of cost and needed a fuel pump. Prior I had maintenance done at another place of which cost a lot more so I gave Jason a try. The fuel pump was done and no issues! Now as per Jason I drove my truck to a tire store to get tires and as I pulled up my truck dies. I called Jason and he came out and checked my batterys and my alternator and said it was bad but noticed that his mechanic broke a wire behind it so from his store to the tire place I was running on battery power and Jason replaced my alternator but battery’s wouldn’t charge so at a cost off over 400.00 plus alternator I was into over 700.00 dollars! Note prior I had no issues with batteries or alternator so since his mechanic caused the issue I shouldn’t have paid for batteries or alternator but I did! Then to top all this after getting batteries in I drove home and guess what the truck wouldn’t turn off so I drove back to Jason’s work and it was the switch under the column! Note was all this an act of God! Well I have 2 other vehicles but I will still take to my other repair shop even if it cost more! I wish Jason well in his business but I never had this much trouble!

With the high rating that they have I was hoping for a good place to help me fix my truck instead my truck sat for close to 3 months and it’s still broken ended up pulling the truck out and I’m looking for another place wouldn’t recommend these people to any one going to get my truck after already having a hard dealing with how the owner Jason has chosen to run his business they add insult to injury by leaving garage in the bed and oily and greasy parts on my cloth seats and taking the gas caps that were on the truck how this place is open is beyond me

Best Automotive repair in Sac Period!!! They got me in quick and didn’t try and Upsell me on anything I didn’t need which I appreciate because a lot of mechanics will tell you anything next thing you know you’re paying a million $ but only came in for an oil change lol oh and the customer service was exceptional I definitely recommend them and this is my new Go 2 for all my Automotive repairs!!! Thank you Kelley’s Automotive you definitely gained a lifelong customer!!!!

Great service! The owner was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and willing the answer all of my questions (without judgment haha). The service was quick and very reasonably priced. I was able to get my car fixed and return to work...During this time it was a relief not having to make life decisions and sacrifice just get my car fixed.

My F150 was having some issues with the A/C, so I called the Meineke down the street, explained the problem, and they told me to bring it in the next day. I go there and suddenly, after I recap the issue, they tell me they can't fix it. Nice move, guys and thanks for wasting my time. Sooooo, I call another place which seemed nice enough and I head down there. Well, trying to get into their parking lot is like trying to parallel park a battleship in a matchbox. I made three attempts to get into the lot and after the third, I gave up and headed home. As I was driving down Folsom I saw Kelley's sign and decided to turn around. I went in, explained the issue, got a quote on diagnosis, left my keys, and a few hours later, had ice cold A/C in the truck. Jason is up front, customer-centric, and a true professional. Best experience with a repair shop I've had in ages and am glad I found a place that specialized in Fords just down the street.

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience and will no longer refer or do business with them. They had a simple task to do which was flush transmission fluid and change a few parts with my water pump and hose. After getting my truck back the truck did not start. For some reason the battery was loose, but after getting that all connected the trucks rpm was jumping. I wasn’t concerned because it is a work truck and I assumed that’s how it drove before. Once the worker got the truck back it stalled twice on the way to his home. We then towed it back to him to look at which he couldn’t figure out after two and a half days of work. I then decided to bring it to the dealership because, well they make the vehicle they will know how to fix it. I forgot to mention we dropped the truck off in running condition terrible running condition but it could still start. I personally went to get it and they let me know I couldn’t take it because it no longer could even start. After $2,500 in repairs the mechanics at this new shop found silicone in the transmission pan in replace of a bolt. Leaking water hose and a crank shaft sensor broken. Also a few other items that I won’t get into in this review. After all his original work that wasn’t completed properly the first time and breaking a sensor he offered to pay the labor he charged me. He refused to pay me for the sensor he broke that the dealership had to fix. Unfortunately I can’t say it was one hundred percent his fault for everything that happened but the spotty work that was done had to get fixed by someone else and they charged us to fix his work! He didn’t even pay us back for the sensor he broke. Sad to leave such a bad review but right when I thought I found a perfect mechanic it all fell apart. I will be using Ford Folsom fleet. They took all responsibility on fixing and spent many hour FOR FREE! To get this resolved.
