I brought my car in to get my rear passenger door fixed after an accident. They said it would take 10 days, they finished a day early. My car looks amazing as if the accident never happened. Paint is flawless. Exterior and Interior was cleaned very nicely! Staff was quick and efficient with getting my repair claim setup and assigned. Great overall experience!

John is unhelpful and extremely unknowledgeable about car engines. Told me all jeep cherokees (2016) have a different engine and then hung up on me. He thinks its funny to lack intelligence, and refuses to answer the phone. Go here if you want someone without a brain to be responsible for your car! 0/5

UPDATE 9/4/24: Kelly's took my car in promptly to check what was wrong and it's bushings unrelated to original service call. Was informed that my Kia make/model is known for having this issue, so I'm checking now for recall info about this. *5 stars* UPDATE: I’ve taken away 2 stars because my steering column rattles really bad now every time I apply the brakes regardless of distance and there’s lots of play in my steering wheel. It was hardly noticeable when my car was returned to me but has progressively gotten worse since then. My car still looks good and is drivable but I’m not sure for how long at this point. *3 stars* Initial review: Kelly's was prompt, timely in their followup, and professional. My car looks great, I'd call on them again if needed. *5 stars*

I have had one of the worst experiences with this auto body shop. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I got my car serviced here in November 2023 based off what ended up being a horrible recommendation. Upon getting my car back, the problem was not fixed so I decided to bring it back under the warranty they gave me for them to re-diagnose what was wrong and actually fix the problem. The mechanic John, was giving "I hate my job"/Mr.AngryPants. The customer service here was horrible which didn't make sense especially with me spending over $500 initially for them to fix a problem that they didn't fix. Upon getting my car back the second time, I asked him a few questions to make sure I understood what he had done and if an actual replacement was needed. He was clearly irritated by me wanting to know what was done to my car to ensure me not having to return to this place. His response was "I don't know (if it's fixed or if that was the problem), you told me it was "this" so I fixed it which I did not. Again I asked him to re-diagnose and check the part that he supposedly replaced because that was the alleged issue. I asked for a receipt of service and he was vocally irritated by that. I genuinely believe he allowed my car to sit in the shop for 3-4 hours and then called me to pick it up. Nothing was done to my car because it is STILL doing the exact same thing it was before I brought it. I was never rude or irate with him and couldn't understand why he was so defensive and verbally attacking. It sucks because as woman it's already hard to get good, knowledgeable, honest, and quality service at a mechanic shop. Bottom line is that I will never return here and don't recommend it at all. No response needed from the business. I'm sure it'll be right on brand with the service I received.

I have to give them one star to leave a review. This company is fraudulent. scam please Do Not use there service I had to report them to the attorney generals office as well a sue them they lied about doing service on my car collected the money continue to lie to the point of having to sue them instead of just fixing their mistake.. they are in cahoots with State farm in covering up this fraudulent behavior. Jesse is a scam artist and very rude. I have recorded them to the Better Business Bureau. And the insurance commissioner office Kelly's blatantly lied about doing work on my vehicle that they never did took my money and continue to lie. They are a disgraceful business and don't deserve one star save your time and save your money!!!

Initially left a 5-star review because of how quickly they repaired my car after being rear-ended. However, they missed some pretty obvious repairs. When Kelly's had it, I mentioned there was an issue with my car not recognizing my key while outside of the car. It wasn't unlocking when I approached it, or locking as I left, like it was supposed to. Kelly's told me they weren't able to replicate the problem (which didn't make a ton of sense), so I must need to get my key reset at the dealership. At the dealership, I learned that sensors within the rear bumper were obviously broken and cracked (see photos). Another $2k+ AFTER Kelly's repair and several more weeks of my car in the shop and it's back to normal. After seeing the photo, I can't help but think this was an open and obvious problem that Kelly's could have diagnosed and repaired--especially considering I pointed out the very problem tied to that sensor not working. If you get your car repaired here, chances are, they will not repair everything and you will have to deal with all sorts of problems having the insurance company pay for outside repairs after approving the ones Kelly's initially diagnosed. Pick another body shop.

I called simply to get a quote. The man Jessie while I will say he nice at first, all I wanted was a simple estimate quote for a full bumper replacement. He was unable to tell me how much it was be to get the bumper and estimated pricing for labor. I just wanted a ball park of what I could possibly be paying. I have photos and video I could have emailed the gentleman just to get a quote but it seemed like he was unwilling to do that. Now just take my review as salt because i have not been to this location I'm just posting based off my general phone call. To me if i cant get a simple quote I would not take my car in and then get surprised later.

My car is currently in the shop. I used them through my insurance and I thought everything was going to run at a speedy time. They gave me an estimate of 10 days which has become 14 days. Insurance has stopped paying their portion far as a rental and now I’m required to full price daily until they (Kelly’s) get the part. The guy who answers isn’t really informative and just says it should be today. Today is today and they are now closed and this is another day that I have to use a rental. I just paid the car note and it’s still sitting over there. I understand things happen but I don’t want to feel like I’m walking on eggshells obtaining information about MY car that I have to pay for.

Customer experience and empathy make all the difference between gaining trust of a potential client or losing a sale. Additionally, it costs nothing to choose to be helpful but could cost you a good reputation when you're not. It was like pulling teeth speaking with Jessie to get clear instruction for estimate repair and quite obvious he would rather be doing anything else than be helpful. If you are looking for basic assistance or confidence and clarity in next steps after an accident, I recommend considering elsewhere. If you have been hit in a car accident and want to work with someone who doesn't care about your best interest or just want to be made to feel stupid for asking any questions in the first place - please give Jessie a call!

The body shop had a hard time fixing a simple bumper job. When they called me to pick up my car, there were gaps between the bumper and the car/it was misaligned. I asked them to fix it. This happened twice before I actually pick up my car and even then, I wasn’t completely happy with the repair job but just came to the conclusion that they couldn’t do the job right. I didn’t want to wait an additional week/or make that drive a 4th time. Driving the car home, I heard a sound coming from the front of the car that wasn’t there before. I called them to tell them about this sound and to see when they could take it back. However they would not warranty their work and told me to take it to another shop. I was so shocked and disappointed. I had been a customer for 3 years, and have taken my car to the mechanical side of the shop for repairs even though it wasn’t the closest shop to home. I will not be returning or giving them my business anymore. I cannot trust their work anymore. They do not warranty the work they do and that is completely unethical!

All my interactions with Kelly's Auto Care have been first rate. Jesse, my first point of contact, was very straight to it and customer service oriented regarding repair on my XFR. They fixed significant damage to the front, driver area which was estimated as a two-week job (fender, tires, bumper) within 4 days via an insurance claim. The end product repair work was immaculate. A week later, I was side swiped by a road-raged driver in the same area of the initial repair. Frustrated, I brought the car back to them. Jesse shared some similar stories of this type of craziness happening to other customers (which helped) They immediately began repair work on the car and within 4 days it was ready, again. Pristine again. They even worked out a solid discount since I was paying out of pocket this time. I highly recommend Kelly's Auto Care. De facto body shop of choice moving forward.

If I could give zero stars I would! The front desk representative Jessie was very rude when I walked in. I could tell I was not wanted! When I did a quote with another gentleman, he was rude as well. He made me feel as if they did not want my business. I left and will not be returning. State Farm needs to take them off of their collision list ASAP! They are so bad for business.

Been using Kelly's for 10+ years, and no matter how far away I move, I'll continue to bring my car there – I wouldn't bring my car anywhere else! John is the best! :) My initial experience with Kelly's was after bringing my car to Pep Boys for brake pads. I went to Pep Boys late in the day, so they looked at my car and gave an estimate, but they didn't service it. Their estimate was a laundry list of things that "needed" to be done to my car. At the time, I worked close to Kelly's, so I dropped off my car to see what they said. I get a call a couple hours later saying all I needed was brake pads – which was what I thought! Pretty much, Pep Boy's insane estimate was them trying to have their hands in my wallet. I immediately knew I had found a mechanic that was honest and wouldn't screw me over – and if you find a mechanic you can trust, you definitely don't let them go!

Came here on a Saturday at 11am. When I arrived all the signs were off but there were people inside. There was a Caucasian guy with white/grayish hair that saw me & walked to the back. Google stated they were open and so did the hours on the door. Very confusing, poor customer service and a waste of time driving here. Totally unprofessional.

Great experience. Riaz and his team made my car look new after a stationary, but surprisingly dangerous pole scraped the side of my car. Riaz said he would make it look "like new" and he did.

Insurance claim WELL I wasn't gonna bring vehicle back a third time. (2nd time THEY KELLY CARE DAMAGED my interior. Yes, after a quibble they acknowledged repaired and cleaned third.) Insurance company gave oooooook to get fix elsewhere. Fog light doesn't work etc... well I'm convinced an employee is sabotaging.

Really quick service - gave me a promise date of 8 days out but actually had the car ready for pickup after repairs in 3 days. Jesse was a very easy and friendly person to deal with in this process and ensured everything went smoothly.

The repair work, scheduling, and turnaround time was great. However, customer service in my experience was poor. From the beginning the manager wasn’t very clear about the process or explaining what was going to be done. I was told it would take 7 business days to repair my vehicle, so rather than get a rental car I scheduled it to be fixed while I would be out of town for a week. I was called after about 3 business days and told it was ready which was great, but when I explained I was out of town the manager mansplained that an estimated 7 days doesn’t mean exactly 7 days and was a little pushy about picking my car up ASAP. No acknowledgment or understanding that their estimate was way off on his part. Lastly, when I picked up my vehicle there were two new very apparent scratches/scuff marks. These were clearly not on the images sent to me before the repair. They were able to be buffed out but I had to ask for this to be done and absolutely no apology was made or concern shown by the manager. I will not be using Kelly’s for any future repairs.

This place I introduce to a few years back. This is a place where a woman , old and young, white or black that can come and get great car work. Being a single black woman this is a place that I can get my 2006 car work done with a good price and know he actually did the work he said he did. ( been had so many times over). It was a blessing to find this place. Great people

Do not take your vehicle to this repair shop! I had to use State Farm’s choice repair shop after my car was rear ended and this shop was where my vehicle went for repair. They quoted me having all my lower bumper parts replaced and full repaint of my trunk door on my Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. After 3 weeks of repair I went to pick it up and couldn’t believe the lack of quality of work. Not only did they charge the insurance for a bumper that they did not replace and made a story how they ordered it but it wasn’t in the shop even though it was marked delivered, but they damaged my back up camera by prying it off and touch up painting it. The bumper valance was glued back in when it is held in by clips. They also didn’t replace any 3m tape for my fender flares after they removed them to access my bumper and they damaged my interior of my trunk (several broken clips and damaged panels) they also buffed my tail lights and damaged those which weren’t damaged in the accident. My vehicle is now being re-repaired by ed voyles Jeep and seeing the panels/parts they installed having to be ripped off because they used glue to attach and non oem clips is disturbing. Save yourself the headache and I will be forwarding to the Georgia insurance commissioner.

He sounded as if me calling was an inconvenience, so I definitely wouldn't do business with him. First impressions are everything. I called my insurance company to have my repair company changed to another auto body shop.

John and crew have been fantastic keeping our family 2006 prius running for as long as possible over the last few years. but all good things come to an end at some point, and now the prius is in it’s final death throws. In it’s final hours, John took him in one last time in the middle of their busy day and gave us the the grim prognostic news. just wanted to thank John and the Kelly’s auto crew for outstanding and honest service over the years. Cannot begin to convey how grateful we are at all the the money they saved us in the long run. They have been and will always be our go to place for our crew.

Kelly's did rear-side panel repair and paint on my F-150 in 2022. I thought they replaced the rear-side panel as it was on the quote (minor collision, someone backed in to the truck in a parking lot) and the repair & paint job looked great when I picked it up. One year later, and the paint job is not holding up well. Routine scratches are more visible in that area and there are chips in the paint with white showing through. When I inspect in sunlight, I now see ripples in the paint and variation in the surface that looks like bondo-type repair work. This work definitely does not approach factory quality, which is disappointing because this is an expensive truck that is permanently devalued from a minor collision and below-avg paint/repair quality. I was very happy with Kelly's quote, and they delivered on time, but I will never take a vehicle there again or recommend to family because of above.
