Everyone at Kelly's Auto Repair was so friendly and helpful when I came to have my vehicle assessed. They saved me thousands of dollars that could've been spent at a different local shop that was attempting to rip me off. Definitely will be trusting my vehicles at Kelly's!!! 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Super nice guys and very accommodating, they finished my truck up fast and it looks great. Will be taking my truck there for all my needs. Very fair price for work performed. Also close to my residence.

Went in for a battery after talking to William. They took the car back and said yes the battery was failing. William was amazing. He actually told me there was a great chance my battery was under warranty. It was in fact under warranty for another 3 months. I actually bought the battery from William simply because of his professionalism, his honesty and will only take my vehicles there from this point forward. Steve Hardiman

Did the job fast for brake pads, expensive 1000.00 a year later brakes are squeaky. Went to them last month Dec 2024, said they shaved brakes and did routine inspection, sent me videos of inspection, said no warning lights on dash and there was low washer fluid on, brakes still squeak. Not satisfied with service, don't feel they did right by me. I feel they didn't tell me the truth.

First I would like to say I don't usually do reviews but this is the o ly thing I have to get back at this horrible service.....I took my truck to have 4 brand new tires put on...have an alignment done rotate and balance done and a door handle installed they took three days and I had to call to see if it was done because know one would contact me...finally I pick up my truck and the door panel had glue all over it and plastic piece was broken and left for my discovery....when I showed them the issue the first thing said to me was I'm about to fire the technician who worked on your vehicle and that thats what happens when you use after market parts lol wow....they did take it back and clean the door panel after my complaint so I drove off the lot and went home the very next day I went on a road trip and as soon. As I went 70 miles an hour on the Highway my truck started to shake and bounce really bad I k lnrw what ut was they did not balance the tires correctly so I called and told them to please fix it they said they can't test at that speed...what???? You don't do high speed balancing on your machine???? So they had my truck for 2 days smh and to my surprise they suggested weights that go inside tire and still could not test at 70 miles....I drive off and it did not fix the problem so I just took my loss and went somewhere else and to my surprise fixed balance issue what a shock!!!!!

Great job on the oil change. The crew was very efficient. The service rep answered all my questions. The waiting room was comfortable. I will definitely return for another oil change or for any service work.

Communicated the issue,explained the process and the price was definitely fair. Plus they have a nice dropoff option which let me leave my vehicle while on vacation to get fixed

Excellent repair and maintenance shop. My 2019 Honda Ridgeline needed regular servicing - brake fluid and transmission fluid replacement. I was able to get an appointment quickly and they performed the service in the time allotted. I received a text message when the work was completed (about 4 hours). They also checked my wheel alignment at no charge!! Thank you KARS!!

Highly recommend!!! Outstanding work, honest and will go the extra mile to do the job correctly. Hopefully I won't need their services again but if that time comes they will be my first call. Ps. They have a shop dog that will keep you company while you wait.

Kelly's is extremely reliable, dependable, honest, and trustworthy. They do great work, and are very fair. I just recently went to them for a turbo charger leak. And found out that wasn't the problem. It was a coolant hose that was leaking. I have been going to them for the last 6 years. And I have never had a problem with them. They work with me and get the job done correctly. Thank you Kelly's Auto Repair, I greatly appreciate it!

Edited to update: It's been quite some time since I left this original review since that time I've made this my regular garage. Never have to wait more than a couple of days for an oil change appointment. Easy drop off and pick up, prices are fair and comparable to the garage I used. I would pay more though just to be able to visit with the shop dog. Original review: Waited 15 minutes while they repaired my tire on the spot as a walk in. Sure, I may have bribed them with McDonald's at lunchtime, but I was done so quick and had expected to pay much more than what I payed.
