Kelvin is an expert! He’s quick, complete the job, communicates and offers 1 year X amount of miles guarantees! I took my Ford Escape to Capitol ford, they “claimed the issues was the battery” charge me $600 , had to take the car back as issue was not resolved. Kept my car for 2 additional days, no communication because agent “got sick”. 2 days later issue occurred again! Not worth the trouble. Took to Kelvin on a Saturday morning, car was repaired and working excellent by Thursday afternoon!

Dude tried to charge me 1300 to rebuild my transmission without even looking at the car. When I questioned it, he proceeded to check the fluids, roll it back and forth a few feet, and doubled down on rebuilding the transmission. Then he told me to find another shop if I don’t want to pay 1300. Incredibly unprofessional.

This Business kelvin Auto allows these folks with alcohol addiction to drink all day on their property. Litter the streets/gutters with garbage that flows into our water. Very irresponsible of this company. They are not neighborhood or pedestrian friendly. I do not recommend doing business with an irresponsible place like this. Take your business elsewhere.
