Talk about fast. Talk about great service. Talk about reputable!! This will forever more be my go to for major car work. Kelz was able to fix my alternator same day, within 2 hours, and at a affordable price. The reviews are legitimate and his service speaks for itself. Thank you for getting our family back on the road safely! (I also liked that it is black owned)

I called to request services on Friday and needed a brake job, oil change and asked to have the AC checked out. Owner was attentive and followed up .. let me know what time I could pick the car up. AC is blowing cold air and all work was completed for a great price. Thank you. I think I’ve found my new mechanic!

It was difficult to see if they were even open! No activity, no sign I could see listing hours of any operation!? As a result had my vehicle towed to AAA Summerwood Auto Center and they took care of problems.

After we had someone drill into the fuel tank and pump of one of our company vans over a weekend, we called Kelz on Monday by Thursday he had the van finished. So thankful for his ability to quickly fix our issue. Very kind customer service, very fair pricing, and very happy with the work done! Thank you Kelz!

As a single female it's always a struggle trying to find a mechanic that I can TRUST. I saw a RAVE REVIEW for Kelz Automotive Service on FB, liked the fact that it was an MBE/SBE and decided to support it. Let me tell you.....James is EXCELLENT! He is very knowledgeable and thorough. He asks questions, test drives and pulls codes in order to make the BEST INFORMED DECISIONS about the real issues. He walked me under my car, pointed out the areas of concern in great detail, then explained what needed to be fixed. He quoted the price upfront and we agreed upon the service plan. He went a step further by educating me about well-known issues with my make and model and talked about the recommended maintenance and up-keep. At the end, I received an itemized receipt that matched the service provided. Four months later, I went BACK for standard maintenance service!! I'm at this shop at least 4 times a year for regular maintenance and oil changes. kelz is a very warm welcoming owner and he takes pride in the work that he does for each customer that's very evident. I highly recommend this shop for you car needs.

Kelz was incredibly helpful. Our truck broke down on our road trip and had it towed to his shop. Very nice, knowledgeable and friendly! Thankfully it was an easy fix but he had us back on the road in the no time. 10+ Star Rating if I could. Great shop!

I’ve been going to Kelz Automotive for every bit of 6 years. We’ve brought every vehicle to him from a wheelchair van to our personal vehicles! Never a problem that he could not fix and definitely the price is way better than the dealer!!!!

I will never ever ever go back there or refer my co-workers. My friend had referred me to him to fix my Buick he replaces fuel pump without my knowledge then told him I had replaced the pump myself he then kept my money. He never answered phone or responded back on a status update and I have all message and calls as proof. Just FYI this repair shop is a joke.

Wanted to sell my car and one of the cylinders wasn't firing right. The big shops quoted me $1000 or possibly more to replace it. Kelz did it in 45 minutes, charged me $100 and was super nice about it. Highly recommend.
