Made an appointment to have the bulb changed in the headlight. Appt was for 11:30 am. Got there 10 minutes early. Was told there would be a wait. At 1:05, after asking about the car, I was told they were waiting for the light bulb!!! I left. Why didn’t they ask for the make and model of the car at the time of scheduling so the bulb would be there for the appt? Why was there a wait time when I had an appt? They just lost a customer.

We had a small issue from a past service and Towery made it right. They went above and beyond to take care of us. I recommend Towery!

I drew a flat tire on my way home from work the other night and Towery's was the only place open. The desk associate was incredibly nice while getting me check in and told me they could have my tire fixed before closing (less than an hour). Sure enough, they had my tire off the were checking the damage in no time. The associate give me a couple updates and the good news that they could patch the tire. Just a few minutes later I was driving home with a patched tire. I hope I don't have any tire woes in the near future, but when I do, I'll be coming back to this Towery's location.

Have had a number of great services at this shop. Had a leaking tire on the way to work this morning and brought it in right around store opening. No appointment of course, and expected not to get my car back today. Not only did they fix my tire before my shift was over but they did not charge for the service! Always glad to have them looking at stuff.

I have had to run up there twice in the past few years. Both times so nice, professional and caring. This time they would even let me pay them. Nail removed from tire.

I would give this place zero stars if possible. Had 4 tires put on a few weeks ago, got car home noticed a horrible grinding and scraping sound coming from the passenger front. Noise wasn’t there prior to getting the tires. Took it to a local mechanic and come to find out the lug nuts on the passenger front tire were loose!! The freaking lug nuts!! Apparently whoever worked on my car was sick on lug nut day at whatever school he went to. Avoid this location at all costs! Edit: I want to update this review. Not only was I never able to get ahold of customer service after making over a dozen attempts. I received a prank call from someone at this location last week using threatening and expletive words. I was a loyal customer for many years and would recommend everyone I could. Now I will happily pay more money somewhere else and will never support this company again.

Originally came by to get a flat tire fixed since it was the nearest place thats open. Folks running the place fixed it for "free". Two days later, my tire has an embolism and could have created a blow out dropping off my kids. Took it to a different mechanic, said the inner wire ring on my tire got snapped leading to the tire wall unraveling, most likely due to negligence when replacing the outer tire. Take my tale as a word of warning; avoid this place if you can.

After a long trip, I was about to have a blowout and needed 2 new tires. They had what I needed in stock and had me out the door in less than an hour from when I pulled in. Friendly and helpful staff fixed a problem so well!

Thomas was excellent! Very professional and helped me to quickly get my tires on my car after getting two flats. There are not to many places I go that the customer service is great, but Thomas got it right. He needs a raise.

Waited 2 hours for service to finish. Over the phone quote was $96. Charge was $134+. Service indicator on the car was not reset, and I had to return later in the day to get it reset.

Daughter took car in for oil change and tire rotation. Got home and I could see tires were not rotated. Called and told manager. He said they didn’t rotate because they were busy. He assured me that the oil had been changed, though. Won’t be going back. One on Brownsboro Road.

Had to stop here after getting developing after a leak. They squeezed me in and found two large screws in the tire. Repaired and on my way. Great service!

I am from out of town and was visiting a hospital in Louisville KY when a brake caliper came off and locked up a front wheel. The car was towed to the Brownsboro Road location and they, especially Thomas were great in response to my emergency. I highly recommend them.

I purchased a new tire for my 2023 Tesla. It had a screw almost in the sidewall. The tower was replaced without issue. However, when I got into my car, the radio station had been muted the air conditioner cranked to 60 in the settings changed. The music in the work bay, Hip-hop/Rap, if I could hear it in the lounge. I did not appreciate the settings in my car being adjusted for the preferences of the technician nor the loud music permeated the entire building.

I bought tires last year and only put 8k miles on them when one separated. Took it in and they refused to replace it at a pro-rated price. The tires were originally about $350.00 a piece and rated for 40k miles. I will never go back to them.

Made an appointment, 3 days out, to look at a noise in the steering and to fix the TPS Went in, was told a mechanic wouldn’t be in until 0900. I was leaving the car for the day, so no big deal. Received a call a couple of hours later with info on the TPS. I agreed to the work and asked about the steering. They couldn’t look at the steering because they didn’t have a mechanic available. It was the steering that I needed looking at at, the TPS was a distant second. I can’t imagine the guy at the desk really didn’t know that he wouldn’t have a mechanic available. Wasted my time.

Schedule an appointment online. Showed up 30 mins before appointment. Store manager showed up 15 mins after my appointment and I was informed they couldn’t do the brake work I was scheduled for. I asked why the website let me schedule brake work when they didn’t have the workers for it and I was the online scheduling “was just to get the customer in the door” First and last time I’ll be using Ken Towerys
