Very rude attendant at front desk, very "I know it all" & no room to listen to what customer explains. No help at all, and kept acting like he couldnt hear to be dismissive on the issue that was explained. Do not recommend especially if you're trying to get help figuring out an issue & have questions to acquire information. Acted like he didn't care to even give service after initial encounter. Bad attitude Horrible customer service. NO STARS.

Ken Towery on Dixie…See Yelp review. Spent $1400 for them to NOT fix my car. They took the money and said it was fixed. Took the car and in less than 24 hours it died again. Towed it back and they said it was fixed. Then decided it wasn’t and towed it to a Chevy dealership. Refused to refund us. Customer service has not returned my most recent calls. Month after month. (Car was initially dropped off in July!!). Worst experience I’ve ever had with a business. I’m still offering to update my reviews if the business will step up and do the right thing. So far no responses from the District Manager. (Remember, this has been going on since July!)

Service was very poor....parts and service were very expensive for what I received.... employees created a new problem that needs to be fixed at a cost of $1400....I don't believe that I need to be liable for that repair...Ken Towery should be. Car was in shop for 22 days with no one to work on it....very frustrating with that and the new problem that arose from it.

Had an appointment at 5pm came in at 4.50pm drove 30min the guy didnt want to do my oil change because he dosent have too much guys so why u giving me an appointment i never used this company before and i will never use it again or recommend it to anyone

Was about to go on vacation and I had two side tire chunks missing on the side wall was turned away they couldn't replace the tore on the rental the so called tire mechanic came out and told me that it was safe to drive with tire like that all the way to florida with 6 people in the van poor customer service on both of their parts

I would be cautious. I purchased a $69 tire and was charged $30.99 to mount and balance. I hate to say it, but also grease or what not on the door. My spare was just thrown in the trunk. All in all, not what I expected. I will assume is Monroe, but Steve, my dude, you need to calm that attitude. I did not appreciate it as a customer.

The location at 4900 Dixie Hwy, ran by Steve, had my car for a total of 22 days and was “working” on the car for 17 of those days after they quoted me 6-10 hours of labor. I was originally quoted $1,100 for a fix to the water pump. It was then changed to over $1,400 because Steve said “we don’t know exactly what the problem is, so we’ll just fix everything and it will be $1,400.” I finally received my car on August 10th. The check engine light was still on and the car was still clearly overheating when they gave it back to me after I paid $1400 for the maintenance. After a short drive on August 11th, my car breaks down in the middle of the highway, nearly causing a crash on the Gene Snyder. Because Steve guaranteed a warranty for 12 months at any Ken Towery location, I got it towed to the nearest location on Westport Road. The Westport road location is telling me I owe $100 just to have them look at it. The man at the Westport location said “we usually don’t even deal with these cars, I always tell customers to go to the Chevy Dealership”. I have gotten the exact same problem fixed by the Westport location 3 times in the past 5 years, and then the Dixie Hwy location just also “fixed” it. They never once recommended I should take it to the dealership, and they guaranteed the high quality of their work each time. The only reason I continue to take my vehicle there is because they owe me extensive amounts of credit toward their failed fixes and all of the trouble they have caused me for their dishonesty and their lack of quality work. By far the worst experience I, or anyone I have talked to, has ever heard of.

Good clean place. Be careful with their charges though. They will trick you into spending more. I saw a tire for 126…he convinced me spend an extra 20 per tire for a better tire. He didn’t tell me that I could have gotten a tire free on the 126 price and the price he quoted me was with the free tire and therefore the tires I purchased were a lot more than I thought. I spent a couple extra hundred on a tires for my truck that I’m not even keeping because the salesman was slick with his quote. So just be careful.

Took my car in for a front end alignment they worked on my car exact date and time planned was there about 30 minutes or less. Very quick and friendly service. Cost was way cheaper than any other location I went to Ken Towery’s on Dixie/PRP Thank you

Somehow I got a screw in my front driver tire and decided to replace all four tires instead of patching the one. Cooper tires were suggested so i went with the suggestion. Turned out to be a good choice as they feel pretty good on the car. I decided to have an oil change done while I was there. I'd have to say I am very pleased with the products and the service I received. I'll be coming back in the future for any of my needs.

I watched 3 people stand and one work manager I guess he never said but would not answer me about anything but had no problem taking my 660 .I gave them 2 stars because of the poor mechanic. Maybe that's why parking lot was empty.mr Don was helpful and nice .he was only one to help me . Now my slippery when wet. Won't shut off.with new tires and alignment .
