The techs here are great. Front desk is so polite and uplifting when you first walk in. They make sure your car is running smoothly, fast service and at a great price. I took my car in for repair last week engine light on they repaired my car but in 3 days it kept shutting down and it did it on the highway so I got it towed back they figured out the problem and took care of me thank you guys ...enjoy your lunch 2017 Ford fusion

Initial service was for check engine light and my suspicion of bad coils. Kevin was my main contact through the process. He was very good at explaining the issues to me and answering any questions I had. I decided that I also wanted new tires after the problems were taken care of. Again, Kevin went out of his way to give me options and went into depth in describing what I would be getting out of each option. Kevin was great and your other team members I came across were friendly and helpful as well. I walked away with a good piece of mind, unlike some of my other experiences with other companies. Thank you!

Needed a belt put on. They said it would be $250, but they refuse to do it unless I did other repairs to my car that was gonna cost me around $2000. Went some where else. Cost only $100.

Bought tires from Amazon not too long ago, had them delivered here for the install with no issue about a couple of months ago. Caught a nail in my rear driver's side tire and Jeremiah patched it like it was nothing. This is OFFICIALLY my store for maintenance services.

I don’t live in Louisville. In fact, I live about an hour and 15 minutes away. But the service of this particular Ken towery is miles above any other garage I’ve been to. David, I think is his name, the front manager is awesome to work with. These guys have been taking care of me for years now and I don’t think I’ll ever change. The shops always busy and there’s a reason why. Because they’re a great group of people that do an awesome job. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I stopped at Ken Towery because my tire light was on. From the first guy at the desk to people in the bay sitting on buckets, to 2 people who came out to tell me they would air it up, they were not interested in “checking” the tire that was terribly low. They all said “change in weather:” I stopped a block away at a competitor. There was a nail close to the outer edge of the tire. Clearly visible. I am so glad I didn’t listen to Ken Towery.

They were so nice and got my car ready to go in minutes! 10/10 definitely come here for anything you need done. They’re really the only place in town i trust when it comes to taking care of my car and also explaining things to me like I’m 5, because idk what they’re talking about but they’re not condescending about it. And then they explain it a second time to my husband, who actually understands what they’re talking about. They’re so fast and really great I can’t say enough nice things

As I’m sure most people can relate, realizing you have a screw in your tire puts a damper on your day. On top of the already not so good day I was having, that’s what I found when I walked out to my car. Luckily my dad recommended Ken Towery’s and I was able to snag a same day appointment. Everyone was very nice and polite and I was in and out in around 15-20 minutes, luckily I only needed a plug in my tire, and they topped off the air in the rest of them as well. I would definitely recommend this location from my experience.

I needed two new front tires on a Saturday. I was able to get a same day appointment online and was prompted to call the store to make sure they had my tires in stock, which they did. Dropped my car off and picked it up a couple of hours later when ready. Employees were friendly and got me in and out which was much appreciated on a Saturday. My only complaint is that they didn't check the air in my back tires so when I left I realized my front tires were at 37 lbs. but the back tires were only 30 lbs. Would have been nice if they had topped those off but overall it was a really good experience. I would definitely come back and would definitely recommend others to come here.

Quick, friendly service! I usually hate stopping at an auto shop bc you never know how it's going to go - This was not the case. Jeremiah was friendly and listened to what I thought was the problem. He confirmed it, showed me, answered any questions I had, and then fixed the problem. Overall enjoyable experience and I will definitely go back there next time I need tires or my car fixed.

We came to Louisville for the weekend and picked up a bolt in our tire. We were losing air pretty quickly and found these guys 15 minutes before close. They patched us up and saved our weekend!

Had an amazing experience at this shop. David gave an amazing deal on 4 new tires. They were able to get me in fast and taken care of when I got nails in my tire. Overall very positive experience! Also the best place to get an oil change. They get you in and out quick for the best price!

Just left this location and I have to give a huge shout out to David and his team. I stopped by for a patch on my tire and they took care of me immediately. In and out was less than 10 minutes and everyone was extremely friendly. Thank you David!

Today in the morning, Ken Towery’s Tire and Autocare provided excellent service despite an initial scheduling mix-up. Kevin and Jeremiah were friendly, professional, and quickly changed my oil while checking my tires. Highly recommend bringing your own filter and oil. Shout out to Jeremiah and Kevin for making it a great experience!

Came in for an oil change and tire rotation. Upon completion I noticed they didn’t even bother to rotate my tires. They thought since I was young I wouldn’t know anything! Very dissatisfied
