Do not go to Ken Towery on Southside Dr. They mess your stuff up then tell you they can fix it for a cost. Then tell you it was like that. They also use wrong tools for the job.

Charles & Robert are incredible!!! This location has serviced our vehicles for over a decade. They are always honest and offer up all possible solutions to every customer they interact with. I have always been taken care of in the most professional way. I would give this whole team a raise. From making sure I have good tire pressure and free inspections to laying out all of the options possible when needing a new tire or flat repair. I will go to this location every chance I get. I hate that I need tire service so frequently with all the pot holes, debris and railroad tracks in this city...but if you need anything tire related or any other service, talk to these guys.

Good employees but super terrible prices for one tire. And that's the cheapest. Being quoted a $233 for one tire is not a deal. I recommend if you have another place to buy your tires than avoid Ken Towery. Don't blame the employee but blame the outrageous price gouging.

Went for oil change was told I had a nail in tire and it was unremovable and I needed 4 new tires (bad tread )... went to different shop they removed nail and plugged tire... This time they said I just needed to replace the one tire because of "unremovable" nail and the other tires were fine..... Same tires same guy...lol The mechanic was informative.

My son was run off the road and actually landed in the parking lot of the store. Robert was wonderful. The did a visual inspection in the parking lot and aside from a bent rim and flat tire, it looked ok based on what he could see without actually getting under the vehicle. A couple days later the spare tire (full sized) that my husband put on failed. Again, since he works near the store, he limped his car over there. Robert remembered us and checked the car out. I'm a 57 year old woman, my son is 21 and naive. Did he try to sell us the most expensive tire? NO! Did he try to sell us more than we needed? NO! Did he find additional repairs we "needed"? NO! He was honest. I told him I would pay for whatever my son needed, and he was honest. 10/10 would recommend and go there again.

The guys at Southside drive are great but I DO NOT LIKE your call center. I could not understand the person, they could not answer simple questions and when I got to the location, there was no record of an appointment. Get rid of those call centers and let the guys answer the phone.

As a female you don't expect to get taken care of by a big name like Ken Towery, but it happened to me. The oil change I got says I also got my complimentary tire rotation. Upon getting in my Jeep I noticed my tires had not been touched. I went back in and asked them to do what they put on my receipt And was told you have to ask for that. When the description online and the last gentleman that made my appointment advise that it was automatic with the type of oil change that I get. I'm highly upset and now wondering what else did they not do that? They said they did and definitely having my car checked out elsewhere and I won't be back to this location

Fast, friendly, and affordable. They always go the extra mile. I suggest making an appointment, but they also take walk ins. Perks: free coffee, water, and Wi-Fi.

Michael & Beth (Technicians) are definitely an asset for your store. Michael went above & beyond his job. He explained & showed me different things regarding new brakes on the front end of my car. I wouldn't have done it if it wasn't for Michael

Friendly guys. Didn't input my vehicle's vin so the tire warranty ended up full price, didn't rotate tires even though it's on the invoice. Average. I like Preston better.

GREAT PLACE, GREAT PEOPLE!! I was on a road trip, and my lugnuts had flown off. I was scared and unsure what to do but the people here were all so kind and helpful. 5/5 for sure, would recommend to anyone living Louisville or anyone traveling though here. Thank you guys so much, don't know what I would have done without your kindness and help!

I was upset with a situation about tires I bought from this store and I ended up leaving without it being resolved but I came back to discuss it again and get my tire fixed (I bought 4 brand new 6 months ago with a road hazard warranty and got a nail that was said to be too close to the side to repair because they do not plug holes). I spoke with the manager who is the same person I had spoken with before and this time he resolved my issue reasonably. I like this shop and have been going there for a while but I will be more cautious in the future in regards to what the warranty means by "free road hazard repair". 🤔🙄😒🤷 Update.. Had a slow leak. They told me it was a small nail and fixed it on my warranty. 65 for my oil and told me come Saturday for my bearing with no appointment, we will see lol but over all great this time!

I’ve gotten it oil change here for 10 years . Today I went in to get an oil change at 8 o’clock appointment and the guy said I’m sorry our service tech didn’t show up. I asked if he was going to bother to call me. He said he hadn’t had time. You can’t tell me the first thing that you would do would is call your 8 o’clock appointment and let them know that you had no tech so they didn’t drive all the way out there for nothing. That’s good service and that something I did not get today. The really bad part that pisses me off is he said he was the manager and he couldn’t care less.

Michael was genuinely kind and very professional he really took the time to make sure I understood what was wrong with my vehicle and what repairs needed to be made. And he helped make a plan for repairs that worked for my budget. I will 100% be back and recommend the shop to family and friends.
