You all deserve 5 stars to begin with as I was treated exceptionally well Today. The wonderful professionals handled me with excellent professional care. Very relaxed atmosphere and I hold that dear. I am nervous all the time in public yet I felt chill here. They are good people working in this location. I knew right away. Thank you to the people, everyone for making that a way for customers. Excellent value and I will return again because I definitely need more tires etc and I would trust being here in heartbeat ❤️ Keep up the good work, Robyn B

Great customer service from Ken Towery. I walked in on the New Year Day. Great listening to my story. He made a next day appointment. They did a very good oil change and tire rotation. The cost was good, and I appreciate getting my vehicle ready.

They were straight forward and honest with my routine service. They were very forthwith and came to me and explained a part broke and would be getting a new one for me at no charge. These things happen and I happy.

I bought my tires at another Towery location, but these guys are always happy to top mine off with a bit of air when needed. I work close to this location and they are very helpful and accommodating when needed. I will definitely have them quote when the time comes for tires again. I'm thankful for their help and great customer service attitude, even when it's 30 degrees out, the wind is howling, and one of the poor techs has to drag an air hose outside to silence my TPS monitor.

They try trick me and said my water pump was no good and try too charge me 2100 I went to another car shop and they said my water pump is good do not got here they are crooks and they charge me a 100 dollars to tell wrong my water pump wasn't bad and I got a copy of the Diagnosis I've asked everybody not to go here

I went for an alignment, they didn't fix it and they still charged me $130. It only took 5 minutes. I will never go back. They steal money from their clients.

Just pure laziness! Regardless of how much money you've already spent, unless you're spending more, they refuse to help you! Very quick to wish you a good day though.

Today i stopped in to see if anyone could help me with the plastic piece behind front fender on my Nissan Juke. Without any hesitation an Extremely super nice gentleman named Vincent took care of my issue without charging. I offered to buy lunch or dinner. But he refused. Very nice young man. For the price I thought everything would be checked and topped off. I asked before I left, tires was not rotated and the fluids was not topped off. I wish I could say you get what you pay for here but🤷🏼

My car broke down and I'm from out of town… Ohio. I needed a simple replacement of my alternator, which takes less than an hour. Based off of The fact that the part was $150 and what they wanted to charge me, their labor rate is $230 per hour. I actually think that they were trying to take advantage of someone in a bind. Would never recommend a company like this.

They did a great job. Got me in with a fast leaking tire late in the day and were able to patch it and get me on my way in just a few minutes. Much appreciated.
