Made an appointment for an alignment but was told ‘the rack was down/out of order’ after waiting for an hour. They called from an unknown number that’s different from the one I called to schedule to inform me, but didn’t leave a voicemail. They let another hour pass before calling again and leaving a voicemail the second time. And when I picked up my car I was told ‘they don’t know when it will be fixed so…’ I frankly don’t even know if I believe them. They’re trash. Spend your money elsewhere. They obviously don’t give enough of a shit to want it or earn it.

Wes and Chrissy are amazing!! As long as they are there I will send any and everyone thier way! My car was so messed up and they made sure I was safe to drive and was very honest and caring. They won't tell you that you need things you don't and will make sure the work is done correctly. Finally a place you can trust. Thank you!

Stopped by on a Sunday with a damaged run-flat tire. They fixed my tire and corrected the mis-assigned tire pressure sensors. Wow! Just when I was ready to give up on humanity, they restored my faith. Thank you!

The woman at the front desk was courteous and professional, but the man was extremely unpleasant—rude and openly discriminatory. He became visibly offended when I requested an estimate invoice before any work was done on my car. To make matters worse, he intended to charge me for a courtesy inspection of my car's brakes, even though your website clearly states it is free. He expected me to remain silent about my concerns and the discrepancies in the bill, showing no willingness to address them. His actions were blatantly racist, and he judged people based on the car they drive. He even had the audacity to say, "I understand you're poor." Additionally, the price for the part was marked up to four times its market value. While I understand that expertise and labor deserve fair compensation, inflating the price of a part to such an extent feels dishonest and exploitative. This was, without a doubt, the worst experience ever. I will make every effort to warn others to avoid your car shop.

They took amazing care of me! I got there an hour before they closed and they still were able to do my tries that night! The manager was amazing and let me know about a buy one get one free deal and I was able to do all 4 tires for the price of 2! I highly recommend this location! They’re awesome and super nice!!

Excellent service. Son had a flat and they made sure to get us in and fixed promptly about 30 minutes before they closed. Everyone was polite and respectful.

In this month he is returned 3 times because of the same problem, in the end problems with the parts the mechanic and his wife are 5 star the manager is OK But you need to be better with the tim, the man of the entrance, I have to concentrate on your work and let the tim work in general, I recommend the place, the woman of the mechanic was very nice with my son and very quickly in solving my problem.

My tire had a nail and I arrived right at closing time and they were nice enough that they stayed past their closing time to put a plug on my tire so I could get home. Chrissy saved my night weather was cold and she states she would help any lady like if it was her daughter. 🙏

This is the second time I was in a pinch with a screw in my tire this time it was Sunday the week before Christmas the wonderful lady at the desk got my tire repaired right away and sent me on my way very quickly this is the tire shop in the highlands area!!! I will always come here for tire needs

Was traveling through town to get home for Christmas with a packed car and an anxious dog when we got a flat tire. Took the first exit and found this tire shop. The two employees (Christie and Kenzie) were closed up about to leave when we caught them and they helped us and sent us on our way quickly. We can’t thank them enough for their generosity and great work to get us back on the road.

Greg worked very patiently to get me out the door with my car in the safest condition, within my budget. He also took the time to give me quotes on future services needed; needless to say, I will absolutely be returning here to have those done

Showed up right when they opened on a Sunday morning to get a nail out of my tire and an oil change. Was able to get in and out in a reasonable time and Chrissy made sure to set me up with the best deals before I walked out the door. Another great experience at Ken Towery! Thanks again!!

My friend renectly went here to get his car worked on the customer service was amazing but on the other the tech wasn’t to sure on what he was doing my alternator was brand new and they took it out and replaced that my battery also was new they replaced that . Then I spend 850$ to get it worked on I got my car and it was still dying and not starting I gave my car back to the shop and they was naming a whole bunch of thing that needed to be replaced witch I was okay paying for but on the other hand I feel the tech doesn’t fully know what there talking about .

They got my issue diagnosed quickly, Chrissy got me as many discounts as she could, and they even helped me figure out a schedule to pick up my car after they were closed because I had to rush to work. They go ABOVE AND BEYOND to help their customers & I will absolutely be back the next time I need assistance!!

I found out Sunday morning from another tire repair center that I had a nail in the center of my tread that could have been patched, and a screw in the sidewall that was un-repairable. The other tire repair center said they did not have in stock any tires that fit my car’s tire size. I drive a 2015 Lexus IS 250-The front tires are smaller than the rear tires, the flat was on the back. I called the store and spoke with the service technician manager, did not get his name. He searched the system to see if he had any tires in stock that would fit my vehicle, and he said he was showing a tire on hand and he told me to come on by. When I arrived, he recognized me and told Chrissy/Christie the blonde lady working the counter about my phone call. She got all my vehicle information keyed in and they got my vehicle back within about 15-30 minutes of my arrival. About 30-45 minutes in while trying to swap out the tire, they informed me the tire they were showing in the computer inventory was not physically located in the store, but that they had an alternative brand of tire that was comparable in quality to the other tire and that fit my vehicle. I told them the other tire was acceptable, and Tarrence/Terrence went to work on switching the tires out. They even let me take the bad tire with me to show the Lexus Store of Lexington, because I just bought a new set of tires recently back in April/May 2024 and need to check and see if I have road-hazard on them. Chrissy/Christie checked me in and out, she added road hazard onto the tire I bought, she was very friendly and helpful in explaining everything. From Start to Finish, it took this center about 1 hour to get me back on the road. I’m a very satisfied customer, and I’m now a Loyal Customer to this Ken Towery Auto-Care Center. I will be returning to this center in the future.

I purchased the Groupon which advertised an alignment for $70. Upon talking to the cashier at the store, he informed me that the Groupon in fact only gives you a $70 credit towards the normal cost of the alignment, which only results in a very small savings. This is clearly an extremely shady bait and switch tactic to get people in the door, as the Groupon doesn't mention anything about this and implies you are getting the full alignment service for $70. Also, the technician mangled my steering rack boot which I had to fix myself. I also suspect that something they did caused my fog lights to stop working, as they worked earlier that day and then after the appointment they no longer worked. All in all, an extremely duplicitous, shady and incompetent company I will will never patronize you again and will advise everyone I know against it as well.

I recently visited this Bardstown Rd location for some minor concerns regarding my vehicle. Their service was top notch. They checked my concerns and went over my priorities. They made the needed and necessary adjustments.Now, I feel safe and happy. They are under new management! The new management is A-OK in my book💯💯💯💯💯 Thanks to all. Your help is greatly appreciated. On 10/20/24, I was at the shop to make oil change and told me not to take half an hour but it took longer than one hour and another thing the lady was charged me $112.03 but she told me $78.80 cents. If she told me the price exactly like I paid I wouldn’t be change oil change there.

This business lied twice about rotating my tires with oil change. Manager got mad when I showed I had marked my tires. Blamed Biden. Then brought out an employee to tell them I called them a liar. Terrible and dishonest business experience twice. Don’t recommend.

I found a piece of metal in my tire- they got my van right in, took it out, and then let me know that it hadn’t pierced through! They didn’t even charge me anything, even though I wish I’d at least had some cash for a tip! So fast, cool, and awesome! 🤩
