Manager was extremely helpful to me and other customers. Oil change and tire rotation for 39.99, which is a very good price. Made an online appointment (which I recommend for faster service if you need or plan to wait on your vehicle). I'm a repeat customer of this Ken Towery location and will continue as one.

After a very long day of multiple calamity's, 3 women on their way to NC. The Ken Towery staff in Middletown were fan-freaking-tastic. So understanding, so patient and kind to us. Did us an enormous favor and service! Won't go anywhere else from now on. Will have all 3 of our cars taken care of here.

Does not accept the Groupon- did not receive tire rotation or air filter as promised. Had to pay extra on top of the Groupon!

Recently had a malfunctioning part replaced, and got my oil changed at the same time. They were accommodating, informative, and very reasonably priced, with great customer service. Would definitely recommend and will definitely return

Not great. Bought 4 new tires. Going for a 3rd visit to try and get the tires to retain air. Never had a problem before with getting new tires at other places around town. After 3rd visit, I have 2 tires still with slow leaks. And no apologies. Done with Ken Towery.

Austin (Store Manager) and Harley (Technician) went above and beyond! Very efficient and very honest about what needed to be done! Transparency the entire way!!! I will not go anywhere else. Thank you both for everything!

The guys that work there always very helpful and always willing to help me with any kind of problem I have with my car and I have a lot of those. Since I insist on driving a high performance sports car you know I have issues with it quite often, they're always more than willing to help me find ways to fix my problem. Those guys are the best there, very courteous very helpful.

I stopped in to have my vehicle checked since the brakes were making a noise. Thomas waited on me immediately, took my vehicle for a ride. Told me what he thought it was & quoted me a price. I went home to double check that the front brakes had not been done when the back were done 2 yrs ago at another tire store. They weren’t. I went back to see Thomas he gave me the next available appointment. Dropped the vehicle off Monday night it was done Tuesday morning. Everything works great! Very satisfied with the service & how friendly, and helpful Thomas was.

Chris and his team are fantastic to work with! I had a low brake fluid light come on. They quickly got me in and found a loose brake hose that they tightened and topped off the fluid. Super honest and reliable! Would recommend to anyone!
