I was told by Hyundai to resurface the rotor and they charged me 400$ . I took it to Ken and they said it is just balancing issue and no need of rotor resurface. Thanks for saving me some money and being genuine !!!

I went for air due to a very low tire. They found the nail causing my tire to lose air. And then they were kind & efficient about fixing my tire.

Mike, Joe, and Case are some of the nicest guys in the business. Not always the fastest place to get work done but I’ve never had anything but a good experience with the work they do, and things are always made right if there’s an issue

Avoid this shop at all costs. This Ken Towery location put the wrong sized tire on my car, which is a safety hazard. Manager Casey handed me the keys after I paid and the traction control wasn’t working, which I questioned. After I brought the vehicle back they eventually put the right sized tire on my car. No apology, no discount, nothing. 2+ hours out of my day dealing with their mistake. Completely unsafe and unprofessional. I will not be returning to this location and I urge everyone else to avoid it.

Dropped car off at 3 o’clock for tires the oil change and a battery and was done by 5 o’clock. Couldn’t ask for better service.

I was a walk-in but they were very friendly and got me in. I didn't have to wait too long. They solved the issue and it was very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this location

After visiting 4 other tire shops for quotes I walked in to your store close to closing time on Tuesday. The employee behind the counter was extremely nice and very helpful. Much better than my other tire shop experiences that day. I had a few questions and he answered them quickly and gave me a few recommendations which I ultimately ended up choosing. He ordered my tires and set me up with an appointment the following day. I dropped it off at 1230 and needed to pick it up around 6pm. it was ready by 5:15 and everything was correct. The only issue I had is that the date code on the tires. 2 are from 2021 and 2 from 2022. I know this is a warehouse issue and not KT's fault so I do not blame you guys at all. Thank you for a great experience.

I found my tire flat 2 hours before a very important event. I walked in and the staff were more than kind and efficient. They had my tire repaired and I was back on the road in time to make it to my event. 10 out of 10 recommend!

Really, the best customer service. Casey, who was working the front counter, also took the time to work on my vehicle. Terry, I think the master mechanic, I know he shot me straight and gave a very understanding answer to me (A non-car guy). The place was clean and very friendly. This place is setting the standard for all other car care shops. Go here, you will not be disappointed!!!

Technician didn’t ask what oil change/pricing I wanted beforehand and did an $80 oil change when I was expecting the $40 option. Disappointing.
