Every time I've used this location, the employees and manager have always been incredibly nice and helpful, and happy to answer any questions I might have. They are always reasonably quick to get back to you over the phone, and when they're behind, they're very apologetic about it (which I appreciate). Quotes are super reasonable, and I never feel like I'm being upsold.

Disappointed in the service to receive new tires. Walked in to the store to get 4 tires ordered and installed. The employee was kind and helpful. Also, I scheduled an appointment. -About a week later I called the store, they couldn’t find me in the scheduler. When I came in for my appointment, I was quoted 2 hours. After 3 hours I called because I didn’t receive a follow up call. On the phone they quoted another 30 minutes so I showed up immediately afterwards. I waited there for another hour. It took a total of 4 hours to get new tires installed. I didn’t receive any information about my rebate. I was disappointed about the situation I didn’t say anything at the counter. But I wouldn’t recommend this business to anyone, they don’t value your time.

I was a walk-in. I was told it would be some time before they could get to me. I asked for oil change and tire rotation. I said okay. I was there approximately 4 hours. I wasn’t upset b/c they agreed to service my auto. When my vehicle was done I was told my front tires would need to be replaced soon. Also the technician/rep agreed to only charge me $8.25 for my inconvenience on their part. I was grateful and would still recommend Ken Towery and have to many of my friends and family. Came in because I had an air pressure sensor not working when I have paid my bill. The tech came in and said I have two sensors not working now when I only had one not working your manager said $300 and they would fix it I will never go back now. It’s going to cost me more money to fix what they messed up. The manager now is denying he ever said anything about $300 Fix what they did.

I took the car in for a slow leak and discovered a nail. Three of the tires were very worn, so they were able to order new tires and completed the service within two hours including fixing the alignment!

I came in last minute on a holiday night before closing, and they had me in and out very quickly very professionally and quoted future work much better than the competition. Will definitely return. Glad to have such a great shop close to home!

Got my oil changed a few months ago and it was about 80$. Went back a few days ago and it was 130$. Insane for an oil change. They also charged me 100$ to read a code. They take advantage of people so be careful. The older man up front was talking about how this generation is stupid and can’t do anything for themselves while there was a room full of people right behind him. He was very rude and unprofessional. Please save your money and go somewhere else.

Worst car shop I have ever been to. Dom spoke to me on the phone several times throughout the day of the service and was completely patronizing, condescending, and on top of that he charged me an extra hour’s worth of labor for 17 minutes of work. He acted like he knew he could take advantage of me with price and he really tried his best to do so. The price was ridiculous, near $1000 for a front hub bearing replacement and an alignment. I brought up my concerns about price with the math to back it and he made up some excuses about feeding his mechanics family. But forget about the customer’s family right? Let’s just drain them for every penny we can get if they’re a young naive woman! The alignment made my car worse too! My steering wheel shakes awfully now and I have to turn to the right for my car to drive straight. Y’all need to get rid of Dom, his attitude and entitlement is disgusting, and I am feeling robbed by the insane price which messed up my car further. Now I have to get a new alignment to fix the issue THEY CAUSED with poor work. Update: I went back to have a complimentary alignment fix, and they told me it was the front struts that was the issue this time. So, Dom adamantly told me the rear struts were out initially. He’s so incompetent it is insane. I will never be back here.

Absolutely fantastic team! Came in for a tire repair/replacement, the gentleman let me know it would take about 20 minutes, it took roughly 5 minutes. Absolutely amazing team and service.

I wish I could give a zero star review. We made an appointment to drop off my car for an oil change between 9-11. We got there at 1030 and there was no one there- it wasn't open. Very disappointed. We will not return.

My drivers side window had come off the track & I was unable to roll it up. Ford couldn't get me an appointment until the middle of September! Or I could have left my car for up to a week & they may have been able to squeeze me in. Someone at work suggested Ken Towery & they got me in within the hour! They did need to order a part but still had it ready for me the next morning. Sam was great at keeping me informed & Carlos even offered to stay late if he had to get it done. I was scheduled to leave for an out of town trip at noon & they had it ready at 11:45! I really felt like they cared & that really helped because I was extremely stressed out. Thank you to your amazing staff!

Quoted a price of $96. Bill was $134+. Service took almost 2 hours, way too long. Tech did not re-set the "oil change needed " message, so I had to go back later in the day to get it done.

Would not recommend. Went there emergently because of a flat tire and they said they couldn't fit us in with over an hour left on their shift which is totally understandable if they were slammed. However, they then proceeded to stand around on their phones not working while watching my husband change the tire himself. Not where I would go if having a worse issue than a flat tire....

I have always had amazing service at this location but blown away by my most recent experience. They weren't able to fix our issue but looked at the car dis research on the part and known issues and helped out in so many ways. Truly impressed and they will continue to get all my future business. They have good and honest people in the business world! Thanks Ken towery on chamberlain and westport!

This place is a great place to get your car serviced. I am a young woman and my car broke down a couple of states away from where I live. The staff made me feel completely safe and comfortable. The mechanic took a look at my car, even in 100 degree heat and after he was finished for the day. If I could give this place an 11 out of 10 I would.

Took my car in because of low air pressure. They removed a nail and patched the tire. 5 minutes from the shop, on the interstate my tire blew down to the rim. I was lucky that I was in the right lane and able to get over in the shoulder. My nephew came and put on my spare. This could have been a lot worse.
