I went there today for new breaks and a malfunctioning 'low tire pressure' warning light. They said the warning light sensor wasn't malfunctioning, and the tire pressure and warning light were fine. Within five minutes of driving the vehicle from their shop, the warning light continues to malfunction. They did a good job with the breaks though.

Cameron and Cayne and their crew are phenomenal people that also do phenomenal work! I went in to get my tire checked and I’m so glad I did! They are very understanding and patient. I was able to make it home for the holidays and I thank you all so much for helping me do so. The car drives amazingly! Especially for it being an 05 with 219,xxx miles on it! They did a great job and really are nice genuine people.

In desperation, I called late into the evening to inquire about a single run-flat tire. Cayne informed me that they could meet my needs. When I arrived, she told me the bad news. The tires must all match, and they close in thirty minutes. Cayne was professional and courteous and assisted in purchasing a new set of tires. The tires were installed promptly, and she even assisted the tech in putting the wheels on and having us back on the road safely and securely. I couldn't be more impressed by the service and promptness we received in our emergency.

Came in for rotate and balance on my tires . Worked with Cayne Dewitt , she was extremely nice and helpful . Also dealt with Cameron and he was very informative . I will be using this Ken Towery again . Nice people 👍

Great experience, I stopped in 10 minutes before closing because I noticed my car was leaking oil and the team diagnosed the issue and fixed it within 20 minutes, couldn’t thank them enough!

Very rude, went in for an oil change and tire rotation and asking for the tire rotation seemed to be a big deal and very inconvenient…. Car overheated a few weeks after oil change due to no antifreeze in which I was told that all fluids were topped of and good…they definitely didn’t put antifreeze in my car, it’s never overheated and hasn’t since I put antifreeze in it there for my fluids were definitely not checked

Tyler (the store manager) is great!! He is very helpful and knowledgeable! I came in with a nail in my tire him and the other technician had my tires replaced in under 30 minutes!

Been going there for twenty years to service my car and buy tires. New manager is terrible and not customer friendly. I will never go back.

Never have I talked to someone in the auto care and repair industry with such utter disrespect for a customer. I walked in after being bounced out of the KT down the road when this guy looked at me like I was dumb just for disturbing him. Just telling him what was wrong made him look at me like it wasn’t his problem. Sounded so annoyed I was there. Told me to go wait inside when he went to look at my wheels because he didn’t want me over his shoulder. This jerk lied to my face about the other KT calling him and letting him know I was coming, made me repeat myself when I didn’t say which of my tires was leaking “correctly”, and to top it off he said “yea you need a new tire I can’t fix it” and tried selling me another tire. Sure it’s sales I get it, but when I said I was okay and leaving he kept asking me why I wasn’t going to fix it right then and there. None of your business pal!!! Maybe try having at least an inch of customer service. Never going to this KT again. Ever. I’m sure they get a lot of people every day, maybe some of them don’t have a lot of knowledge on Car lingo. But when a place of business is not friendly, rude, disrespectful… Why would anyone wanna come do business here?

First time I “dealt” with them, I made an appointment while being on the phone with an associate and showed up and they weren’t even open. And this time he just goes- we aren’t servicing the car 🤷‍♀️ and hangs up after trying to figure out if I could get my car that needs to fixed towed there because i couldn’t drive it due to it needing to be fixed. Lol

Never in my life has anyone treated me so badly as this type of customer service, the manager was super rude, he yelled at me, insulted me and simply said that he had no time for me, I would never return to this place or any of its branches, it was frustrating how a merciless man treats a woman so badly.

Was with my daughter traveled 800 miles from Connecticut to Kentucky for run for the roses aau tournament for women’s basketball..Had a flat from a nail in my tire and had to drive back up to Connecticut that day and was worried! Another shop I called said I had to wait all day to get it fixed since they were fully booked! These guys are the best told me to come on down and they would take care of it right away! Professional and fair on the repair of the tire! Thanks again!

Takes a certain kind of person to be abusive to the elderly. The manager, Tyler, seems to have a serious rage problem. My 70 yr old MIL stopped in because of a low tire pressure to ask if someone could give it a look. Before she was able to get out of her car, Tyler, coming from his car in the parking lot, began raging at her, cursing her, calling her names and telling her to get out of the parking lot, the whole time coming at her. She fled terrified. I later called the business to speak with the manager. Tyler answered, said he was the manager, I said ok, thank you very much, have a nice day. I figured I'd just go at through their corporate office, Monro Auto Services and Tire Centers (they haven't responded). Seconds after I hung up, I got a call from a cell#. When I answered, a man says aggressively, I guess if you wanted something you would have said. I asked who is this. He says you just called Ken Towery’s and I'm calling to see what you wanted. Tyler harvested my number from company records to call me on his cell phone, pretend it was a recorded business line so he could try and bully me into explaining why I called the business. (Seems an indication that he knew exactly why someone would be calling for the manager today). He was aggressive, intrusive, rageful and frustrated that I had no desire to explain myself and don't respond to intimidation. I have also found out this appears to be normal behavior for him. Monro Auto Service and Tire Centers, you are on notice. I'm creating paper trail, screenshot harvesting, social media reporting, notified police, filing with BBB and anything else I can think of. You have an employee regularly displaying unhinged behavior. That is a danger to your customers and you have a duty of care. UPDATE: Ken Towery’s parent company Monro apparently does not care that their employee aggresses against their customers. Ive filed through their complaint process and was able to contact the CEO's exec asst to no avail. They will not communicate with me and the monster of human being is still employed. Going to report to the Attorney General at this point.

My previous visit a manager was bragging about putting his hand through the glass out of anger. The time before my tires weren’t rotated, but luckily I marked them. This time my wife brought in our car for an easy oil change. First they rudely argued about the appointment schedule. Then they way overcharged for a blend oil and rotation ($92) when we didn’t request it need a rotation. They had great management a few years back, but it’s gone downhill. For the record the Acura dealership charges $94 for a full syn oil change and rotation.

The manager should be reported and this business should be shut down. My car broke down on the highway and it was a very scary situation. I was coming in to town from Nashville, where I reside. I grew up in Middletown and I’ve bought tires and had oil changes several times before at this shop, so I came to the shop in a time of crises yesterday in a tow truck. As soon as we got there the manager came out screaming at me, cursing, and threatening me! He treated me like a piece of trash. He was yelling and telling us to get off his property. I’ve never experienced anything like this before. I tried to explain to him the situation, I had tried to call the shop, my phone died shortly after my car broke down and I had been stranded, I was scared to death on the highway for two hours. You would think he could have at least said, I’m so sorry I can’t help you or take your car. But he chose to yell and curse at me and the tow truck driver instead. It was very upsetting and unprofessional. The manager needs help and this shop should be shut down after being treated like that!

Called this exact location after a quick google search, said they could diagnose my car and we settled on a time. Went to the store, said they couldn’t do it & questioned me on whether or not I called this location (dumb because I had work done at this specific location before) I was told I would have to make an appointment. Proceeded to move forward with that and request dropping the car off in the afternoon, so it could be DIAGNOSED and not worked on because at this rate I was unsure of pouring money into the vehicle, then was told I would have to wait until Friday to get it done. Absolute insanity, better off finding a local shop.

Came here for a leaking tire that a different place said wasn't fixable. It had a tiny leak but they took the time to find and fix it for a decent price.

I have been a customer at this location for over 20 years. And today, you have permanently lost me as a customer. I had front brake pads and rotor replaced at this location about a year ago. It started shaking not too long after the brake job. I have been back to get this fixed three time and every time, there is a new person and each one came up with some thing to fix and end up not fixing the vibration problem. I went to a Honda dealerships to get this checked and they said the rotors need to be turned. But the Ken Towery shop keeps pushing out fixing the rotors until the one year warranty expires. What a disgraced way to do business!!! Hit the one star button by mistake. It should be a ZERO star!!!

I have taken so many trucks to this place and I don’t know why. They forget so many things I ask them to do every single time without failure. Check this, rotate that, is this ok? All forgotten requests. Every time I go there, there is a total staff turnover. Bad service.

My brakes were making an awful noise and I didn't know what to expect. Called Ken Towery yesterday and they said they could get me in right away. Tyler helped us out, he was very informative and professional. He made sure I understood what my brakes were doing, even showing me with a demonstration. He called me a couple times during the day with updates, keeping me informed. My car is working great, I really appreciate this guys.
