I forgot why I didn’t like this location I thought it was because of poor customer service but that was not the reason. It’s because I decided to use a Groupon and paid $70 for the Groupon for a full synthetic they say the original cost is $94 but then when I get there they have me pay an additional $20. So I end up paying the $94 anyways is for Services and taxes. I could’ve just went to Valvoline which moving forward I definitely will be going to Valvoline. The gentleman end up telling me they charge $116 for the full synthetic which More than the Dealer charges. I have a fairly new Kia so Ken Towery is just not going to be an option it’s either going to be Valvoline or going to the Kia store.

Damaged a tire on my 2020 F-150. Had it off the truck and in the bed. I just wanted to find a tire store that had the matching brand/type in stock, drop it off, have a new tire installed on the rim, then pick it up when it was ready. Called the local number to the Ken Towery store on Cane Run Road in Louisville, explained my situation to the person that answered and that I was leaving on a trip in the morning, gave him the tire size, brand and type. The person just did not seem to understand that I wanted to drop the tire off, just kept asking if I wanted to make an appointment and buy 4 tires (quickly realized he knew nothing about tires). So I explained it again, he eventually said he had the tire in stock, so I made the appointment and dropped the bad tire off. Was called a short time later by the store to let me know they did not stock that tire and it would have to be ordered arriving the next day. Found out the local store does not answer when you call, it is routed to a call center. Wasted a good portion of my work morning dropping the tire off and going back to pick it up. I then called another large local tire franchise where a tire specialist answered the phone, worked at that location, had the tire in their warehouse and could have it at their store within the hour. By the time I got there they had it ready to install. Will not be using KT anymore. To be fair, the young man at the KT store was very professional and apologetic about the situation.

I will NEVER come to ANY KT, EVER!!!! They have different rules at each store. The one on 4900 dixie hwy would not honor the diagnostics that I got from Auto zone. They charged $100 to do a diagnostic even though I showed them the one I got at Auto zone. The KT on Cane Run was going to do the diagnostic for $100, but they said I would get 50% back after they fixed the car. Two different answers. The man at the one on dixie hwy tries to talk down to you as well. Don't waste your money, they are a crock

Very bad experience in this location had an appointment at 5pm today came in the guy said i cant do your oil change because i dont have enough staff never got into this before with any other oil changes companies wasting my time for nothing i dont recommend this place to anyone

If there was a ZERO!!! Horrible experience! I used a Groupon & after I used it, the staff member called me back to the desk to say that there was an additional 18 dollars fee for disposal & a couple more things. I told him that the Groupon paid for everything! I use these all the time & have Never been charged extra for an oil change/tire rotation. So I told him, forget it & cancel. Well he did & I tried to cancel my Groupon but had forgotten that I had "swiped" it to "redeemed" & could not get a refund. So i go back in & told him so & to go ahead with the oil change/tire rotation. He told me that he could lower the 18 dollars for the extra to 7 dollars. I said OK. So the Tech pulled my truck in & under 15 minutes, he brought my truck back out! I said, Are you done? He said yes, I said with everything including the tire rotation? He said Yes. So he left & I looked at my driver's door & hood had OIL all over them! I opened up my hood & looked & saw that the same oil filter was there! Plus the old sticker from Meineke was there from my last oil change! I brought all of these issues to the staff(3) including the tech. They all got defensive & had attitudes. The tech finally put a hand written sticker on my window & never wiped off the oil from my door/hood. At this point words were passed back & forth & I told them that 'This is THE worst experience EVER & I will not step foot in ANY Ken Towery again!. BTW, I did report this to higher ups and they made out a report(#477927) but I have not heard back.

Cane run location overcharged for services purchased on Groupon. Then corporate offices said it would be almost 2 weeks for my refund to be issued! SWINDLERS

This particular location I went was VERY unprofessional and rude. I came in with a flat tire that could have been patched or plugged but I was lied too and was told I had ti replace the whole tire. Then was told the most expensive tire they sell was the only one they had left. They made it clear to me several times they didn't want me there and did not want to fix my tire. I felt disrespected and lied to. Will NEVER go back

Unfortunately they do not have a technician so they closed at 4:17 pm. There was a teenager there that was going to put my spare tire on but did not know how to get to it on my truck. They said I could buy a new tire. Covid has really raised havoc on getting and keeping workers. Keep going down the road for service. Stranded old lady! 🤪

Terribly unprofessional business. Appointment time means nothing because the technicians don't show up on time. I'll never go to any ken towery location for anything again

I have been to alot of tire stores and not one of them wanted to help . but ken towerys was very helpful and knew what i needed did not try to sell me anything i did not need because i am a female some tire stores try to take advantage of me .But these guys here were polite and awesome. Thanks Taylor and all you guys i would recommend them anytime over any other shop. That's why i gave them five stars.

So I dropped car off for a diagnostic. Not a repair . I was told it would be $150 plus $75 each day the car was there. I was told it be $400 (ok) Picked the the thing up. Went to pay asked for a print out was told there wasnt one and wasnt charged. Was the most stupid thing....

There were no other customers when I arrived. I had a truck tire with a small leak and it took over an hour and a half for them to patch the hole. And the tire was not rebalanced.

We took my daughter's car there for a tire issue and they were great. The wait was a bit long but it was a Saturday and we weren't on the schedule, but we were treated respectfully and professionally .
