I bought a used mazda 3 a couple weeks ago that had a rough idle when I turned on the AC. One of my spark plugs was completely stripped out and apparently exploded in the cylinder. The guys at Ken Towery managed to get it out on a busy saturday morning. They solved my problem and it didn't cost an arm and a leg to fix. I really appreciate it!

I had a car towed here after a breakdown on a busy Saturday. The crew took the time to make me feel comfortable and provided stellar customer service, in addition to quick, efficient, and very reasonable pricing. They had the car ready an hour earlier than expected. I would highly recommend this location for any repairs.

Had a screw in my tire and needed to be downtown for jury duty by 9:45 that morning. Got to store at 7:30 without an appointment. They took me right back, fixed the tire, rotated them and did an oil change all in plenty of time for me to get where I needed to be on time. Very nice and professional. I would recommend and would return myself next time I need work done.

I booked an appointment for 6pm today and when I arrived around 5:52, the doors were locked, lights on, but no one was to be found. The sign on the door stated they closed at 7pm.

Very unprofessional employees who were arguing with each other. Wife went in at 12:30 for an oil change and didn’t leave until after 4:30 which is ridiculous! I will NOT BE BACK!!!

Had an appointment at 730 this morning. Arrived at 7:25 sat until 8:15 and no one ever showed up. There were 2 other customers there as well. Myself and one of the other customers left, not sure about the third. Hours on the door said 7:30, hours online said 7:30. I will not return as this is no way to treat customers or run a business.
