Only go to this place if you need to put air in your tires or do minor things. Terrible. They give the impression that they do everything in an improvised manner. A este lugar solo vayan si tienen que poner aire a las gomas o cosas menores . Terrible . Dan la impresion de que todo lo hacen de manera improvisada.

El lugar perfecto para que te estafen , llegué para alinear las ruedas te preguntan para que lado te jala la dirección y después sales peor jalando para el lado contrario además con vibración,mal trabajo , nada pero nada recomendado (The perfect place to be swindled, bad work, nothing recommended )👎🏻.

DANGER! Due to a break change at this location, technical issues caused vehicle to become dangerous to drive. A $350 break change caused $1600 in repair damages. When confronted, the owner told us to get a lawyer and even threatened to "put us on the floor". Zero accountability, keep loved ones AWAY for their own safety.

Just went to get my brake pads done and they said my suspension was messed up and calipers although Firestone said they were a ok . When they gave my car back they said the tire was wobbly and not to drive at all although the tire was okay when me n my husband were trying to fix it came home and tightened the bolts and no more wobbly tire thank you for putting our life’s at risk.

The owner of this business is misleading clients with partial prices for their services and also charging tax to everyone for their labor services. I supplied my 4 tires for a 1 to 1 replacement which only require labor and the owner told me it will be $120 plus tax. Then he charged me additional $20.84 for environmental fee plus (he never mentioned that to me when we agreed the 120) and also $10.14 as tax. As per FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE :”…Charges for repairs of tangible personal property needing only labor or service, are not subject to sales tax or surtax.”….. I’ll complain with the FDOR.

Horrible service. PLEASE LISTEN TO ME & DO NOT GO HERE!! They charged me $28.95 just to put some water & soap on my tire to make sure it was flat. After that they said $30 for a plug. Then they told me they could only do a patch for $40. Overall, they took off my tire and wanted to charge me $40 JUST BECAUSE THEY TOOK THE TIRE OFF MY CAR!!! NO SERVICE WAS DONE. I DID NOT AGREE WITH THIS AT ALL, they laughed in my face STATING I had to pay that amount. Then finally they told me I could do the plug for $34 when it was previously $30. This place is a textbook example of predatory business practices. It was clear they were preying on customers' fears and lack of knowledge to squeeze every last penny out of them. Save yourself the stress and financial strain – steer clear of this place unless you enjoy being scammed and ripped off.

Lo peores mecánico del mundo si es que se les puede llamar mecánico, le pusieron el compresor del aire acondicionado a mi auto y al principio no funcionaba por algo eléctrico, al otro día lo arreglan supuestamente, y lo que hicieron fue darle electricidad directa al compresor lo cual hizo que se fundieran exactamente al mes de haberlo puesto, gaste con ellos en mano obra 470 incluyendo los 170 de el arreglo de electricidad, son unos incompetentes, si tiene problemas con tu auto llévalo a un lugar serio, porque ellos solo te van a robar el dinero y no vas a resolver tu problema

The worst car repair place ever! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE!. On 2/102/2023, I took my car to replace the alternator. They quoted me two prices: one for one year warranty, the other for lifetime warranty. I agreed to the lifetime warranty quote. Upon completion of work, they refused to write lifetime warranty on the invoice. And when I asked for a copy of the work order, the Indian owner got angry and started to curse in profane language. I called 911. Police arrived and finally gave me the work order. They charged extra 3.5% for paying with credit card and added unnecessary fees. The bill total $760! never take your car there. If do, ask for detailed printed estimate.

UPDATE: 1 YEAR LATER, Came in for the usual, the knowledgeable alignment guy quit sometime ago, the 4 guys there do not how to operate the machines, they were struggling and had to ask me the details of my car and failed miserably, they charged me $140 and I still left with my car pulling to the right. They lost a customer. Came in for an alignment on my charger , $80 and 30 minutes later I was driving home with a perfectly straight driving car, guy did a great job.

I've never waisted time and energy leaving a bad review but here it is: If you come here you'll only waste your money. Don't be like me and think the bad reviews can't be so true. The man in charge here; the owner, the manager- I dont know- has really bad manners while dealing with the costumer and only cares about taking your money. The guy who tried to fix my car was ashamed to hand me the bill because even he knew it made no sense to charge money for something that wasn't done.

Yesterday I went to do the oil change and the guy told me "hey you have to change the rubber of the car that is cracked" and he tells me the price of the car tires they have and I tell him "yes of course I have to do it but not today", and then I saw him throwing synthetic air and I said "wow good costumer service" and when I get to my house "mysteriously" one of the tires of the car bursts. He puts more air to the rubber than he had to put on it, and that's why it burst, all for charging me a few more dollars.

HORRIBLE ! WAS QUOTED $600 FOR A TUNE UP, TIRE ALIGNMENT, AND RE WIRE THE SPARK PLUG CABLES. WHEN I WENT TO PAY THE BILL WAS $1,299.48. WHEN I ASKED WHY HE SAID BECAUSE THE JOB WAS COMPLICATED AND HE NEVER CALLED ME TO EXPLAIN HE JUST DID THE JOB AND BILLED ME FOR IT. STAY AWAY FROM THE CROOKS.

Licensed and certified latino crooks! 2 top post battery terminal and some black electrical tape for 200 dlls in less than 2 hours! The car stopped working 20 mins after been repaired and the elderly mechanic (Roberto) said that has nothing to do with his job. It's another thing! Outrageous! I used to have them as my main shop but since Chris left nothing is the same! Zero stars! Dishonest practice! Shame and disgrace for the community!

The worst place to take your car. Be careful they broke my tire nut and they said they are not responsible even after I showed proof of receipt. They wanted to be paid for something they installed improperly. And i have to pay for everything.

This workshop is the worst in Miami. I went to get a punch from a tire and I didn't have any punch, they charged me almost the same as if they had done the job. just for lowering the tire they charged me $25.68
