I'm not going to lie ... Rick and his team really fixed my car and made it look brand new again. He fix another shop's mistakes. My car was so bad before it had 2 different tones of color (Pearl & White). So Rick explained what needed to be done which was paint all 4 doors plus side skirts, both back fenders plus the back bumper . Here are the before and after. First 4 picture shows that bad work the other shop did. Last 3 pictures show Kendall Collision fixing the mistake. Thank you Rick for making my car look pearl again. Great job 👍

Several words immediately come to mind. Impeccable. Trustworthy. Immaculate. Factory results. Richard and Caesar are heads and shoulders above the competition. Personable, but not full of time wasting words. The office should be the first hint that they run a tight ship. Super clean and organized. Their team put my "hit and run" victim of a car back to factory status in record time. Don't be cheap and go to Hialeah and cross your fingers that paint colors will match and body lines will be straight. USE KENDALL COLLISION INC! They take all insurances however I have Progressive, and that was another great review for them. A big thanks to the guys in the shop and also the great detail work on the way the car was presented when finished. SPOTLESS!

Richard and the team at Kendall Collision Inc were nothing short of amazing. Richard was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me file my claim with my insurance company and guided me through each step of the claims process. He went out of his way to keep me informed at every step of my car’d repair process. I never had to call for a follow up. He always made sure to keep me informed on the progress. The work on my car was excellent and I was very happy with the service I received. My car was detailed before it was returned. I highly recommend Kendall Collision Inc for all body shop needs.

I brought my car in because I got into a slight accident . I brought to Kendall Collision due to your reviews . I met with Richard who was honestly one of the best customer service rep I ever met in a long time ! He made me feel comfortable to leave my car there for repair & assured me that everything was going to be perfect. He helped me go to Enterprise rent a car & didn’t leave me until I was helped! Richard told me that the car would be available and done by Friday & he wasn’t lying! The car is absolutely amazing I couldn’t even tell where the damage was and the paint job was spectacular! I will definitely take it to Kendall Collision for any car repairs in the future & will highly recommend to all those that need car repair. A Satisfied Customer Thank you

I have had body work done on my 2020 Mercedes CLA 250 at Kendall Collision twice and most recently this week. Each time I have entrusted my car to Richard I have gotten it back like brand new!!
