Under the worst case scenario, 20 year old C70 with parts impossible to find Kenny Jones comes through! I had already paid others only to fail, Kenny Jones comes through. Exceedingly rare “Customer Service” at Kenny Jones comes through! Sympathetic, empathetic, informative and friendly, Kenny Jones comes through! Thanks Craig, Chris, and the rest of the staff. Service people are always listening to what you tell them and then diagnosis what is to be checked by the mechanics saving you time and then mechanics not only check what was diagnosed they run a complete check on the vehicle and see if there is anything else that could be wrong and repair it. Prices are very affordable with highest quality work.

I brought my 2010 V70 wagon into Kenny Jones for a general service with an appointment. I left the car the night before and it was serviced the following morning. I always appreciate that if they find an issue that wasn’t expected, they always call and discuss the options before proceeding with the repairs. As a single woman, I appreciate that they discuss the service of my car with me, explaining not just something they found that needed to be addressed but positive comments about the car, tires , oil. They explain what I could do to stay on top of problems that could effect the car. Always appreciate the respect, patience and time that I am shown when I’m at Kenny Jones. Building my confidence for sure!

My 2006 Volvo XC70 was having an issue with the battery. I kept losing charge. I had roadside assistance come and jump the car here at home and drove down the street and had it checked out. They told me the battery and alternator were fine and that I should drive it a bit and keep it running for at least 20 minutes before turning it off. I did all of that and came checked it the next day and nothing. I did what I should have done in the beginning, I called Kenny Jones Automotive and made an appointment. I had been referred to him by the guy I bought the car from. I again called roadside assistance and had it towed to Kenny’s. My appointment was a week out but they didn’t have a problem with keeping it there. That way if there was any time they could at least start gathering information. As the shop is exclusive to Volvo, they didn’t get to it until the appointment date, but within a couple hours they had an answer and the car was finished within a couple hour’s of the phone call. I would highly recommend Kenny’s to anyone who needs their Volvo just looked at for something minor or needs a good looking over! I have no doubt that they will be able to assist you!

Repairs and costs were carefully discussed up front. Service was performed promptly, and follow up recheck scheduled (dye check on a/c system). I wholeheartedly recommend these guys!
