Five stars all the time! they are always courteous and time efficient in getting the work done. i recently brought my car in for inspection and explained i would need to walk back and asked if it was possible to pock it up before sark, Chester was very understanding of the situation and had it done in less than 2 hours! I've taken my car here multiple times over the years, and it's always been a great experience. Very fair pricing, no upselling, great service, very easy drop off and pick up - you could not ask for a better auto shop. They've done mechanical work (new alternator) and body work (replaced shattered window and cleaned out glass shards, fixed busted headlight lenses, etc.) for me and it's always been great and fairly priced service. The guys who work there are also very easy to talk to. Couldn't be better!

My first time at Ken’s (I just moved to the neighborhood) and everything was great. I only needed an oil change (well, my CAR needed one, not me) and I appreciated the lack of upselling, the no-hassle drop-off and pick-up, the casual but professional demeanor, and the free pressurized air for my other vehicle’s tires!

Ken's did diagnostic work on my car's brakes, and sent pictures of issues they found (a leaky axle boot), as well as following up with a phone call explaining the issues, whether they would affect the car passing an inspection, and what might be covered under a warranty from a previous place's work. I was thoroughly impressed at their transparency and communication, and the fact that they didn't do any unnecessary work -- we were only charged for the diagnostic in the end. Definitely would recommend them!

Sai remembered me, the history of my car, did not try to upsell me on anything. I was in for annual inspection, but have taken for work before. I consistently have found them to be reliable and straightforward. Appointments happen as scheduled, communication is clear.

Wouldn’t take my car anywhere else. Sai is the man and they won’t try and quote you on extra BS like chains (literally any chain shop) will try to do.

I’ve used Ken’s Automotive twice now for my PA safety and emissions inspection. They are very easy to work with and extremely professional. Makes getting a state inspection hassle free, I would recommend for anyone with automotive needs.

Small shop which concerned me at first. I didn't think they could get my car tire fixed today. But Saeed was great. Personalable and helpful. He explained the issue with my old tire, why it couldn't plug. He did not recommend plugging it for safety reasons. So, i brought a hew tire, which really wasn't in my budget,but i had to tighten my financial belt and got my old tire replaced with a new one. Also, saeed told me about my lug nuts being bad. So, one was replaced, bilut recommended all five needs to be replaced. When i get more money within my budget, i will get that done at Ken's automotive. See ya soon and God bless you.

I don’t have enough good things to say about Kens. Not only are their prices great, but their customer service might be the best of any business I’ve encountered in recent history. They are always happy to sneak in my cars for appointments when they can, they give honest opinions without trying to sway me, and they even examined my car for free briefly when the city towed my 4WD car when there was a pop up flea market where my car was parked. When that happened, I was having a terrible day. I took the car to kens and saw that the guy at the desk just brought back some fresh dumplings. After saying how good I thought they looked, he sensed I was having a bad day and gave them to me. Where else in the world do things lie that happen? Not saying you should expect to walk away with dumplings, but you can expect to walk away with a good experience at Kens. Kens4L!

Last Friday I made an appt via phone with their team for an inspection this morning. Agreed I'd arrive at 9:30am for the appt. Just showed up at 9:30am and there were two other (lost) customers already waiting at the door. The place was completely shut up and they'd already walked around the property to see if there was any activity and there wasn't. They'd also made appts for 9:30am. We all left. This was to be the second time we'd be using Ken's for any form of service. Bye Felicia.

Went in for an inspection & emission (have been there in a couple past years). When there last week, I saw a small nail sticking in my tire. Asked for it to be taken out and plugged as needed (was hoping I did not need a new tire). Ken took it out during the inspection, said it fine/tire not leaking so it did not go in all the way (and did not charge for it). Honest place.

I recently visited Ken’s Auto for my inspection again—i’ve been coming in for the past 4 years or so, and I wanted to share my experience, particularly about the excellent service provided by their front deskman, Si over the years. Si is seemingly effortlessly great at what he does, making each interaction feel personable and informative. I truly appreciate how he takes the time to educate me on the various parts of my car, explaining what each part does, and advising on what I should keep an eye on and what not to worry about. His ability to remember customers and greet them by name, whether they come in for an oil change or an inspection, adds a welcoming and professional touch. Ken’s Auto is lucky to have someone like Si on their team, and I highly recommend their services!

Just moved to the area from Hawaii and was lucky to find this place. Fit me in quickly every time I had an issue. There were up front about the repairs and took the time to show me the problem and what was going to be replaced.
