Victor at Ken’s has now been able to get me in last minute a couple of times and has been really helpful and honest while keeping prices affordable. He’s up front about any possible costs that may be incurred if his hunch about what’s wrong is correct (and it always is) and I really appreciate how aware he is of budget concerns and what’s “worth it” to repair right now vs what can wait.

Great place to bring your vehicle. Excellent service I had a good experience at this shop. Victor was awesome!! I took my car in, he told me the issue, and had my car fixed earlier than expected. I will definitely refer people and use this shop for future needs.

At Ken's Automotive, Victor is the lead ASE certified mechanic on site. He has helped our company many times when it comes to our light duty mechanic needs for our moving company. He goes over and above to not miss any detail. Example: We dropped off our shop truck to get work done in it since we thought the AC was about to go out on us. He not only noticed that the AC compressor needed attention, but some other parts in the system should be replaced in the process. We like to replace it with OEM parts when it comes to our fleet. After he asked, we gave him the OK. The truck runs great, still smooth as ever, and I have no complaints. If you are looking for a great AC mechanic or need help with anything else.

Excellent service! Victor was very professional, and clearly explained what was wrong with my car and how much it would cost. He got it done in two days just like he said he would, replaced a wheel bearing for no extra and charged me less than the initial quote. I'll definitely return for any future auto care.

I had my truck driveshaft U-Joints replaced. Ken's Automotive replaced them in a reasonable time and at a reasonable price. I expected to see vice grip teeth marks on either my driveshaft or yoke, but they did a fabulous job. I'll definitely come back.

I went in to get work done on my vehicle and they were very kind , professional and reasonably priced . Great place to bring your vehicle for work with trustworthy and kind mechanics . Everyone was nice and that made it more easier . Will be bringing my vehicle back for other work .

I've had a good experience at this shop. I have a classic car that has needed alot of work and the main guy at the shop has been very helpful and honest and reasonable. Alot of shops like to rip you off without explaining in good detail what's going on with your vehicle. A trustworthy shop that'll I'll be using for a while.

If you are looking for a mechanic that will fix your ride RIGHT the first time then go see Vic at Ken's Automotive. Great customer service and quality work. Tried going to the other shops in the area and had bad experience. At Ken's you don't have to worry if your ride is going to be fixed. I've been using Ken's Automotive since last year and don't go anywhere else. These guys are not cheap and when you see all the work they put into having your ride fixed better than it was when you left it you see why. These guys are worth every penny they charge. If Vic can do it cheaper then he will. Vic is always trying to help out the customer no matter who they are or what there issue is. Great guy and a great team of mechanics that will get your ride fixed and feeling like new. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Ken's Automotive to anyone trying to fix there ride right the first time.

My friend's Nissan Pathfinder broke down and I was having it fixed for him. We took it to Ken's and it was first thought that the starter had gone out. After Ken's ordered and installed a brand new starter, it was discovered that the starter wasn't the issue. The computer had actually gone out and was affecting the starter. They told me that they didn't have the ability to program the Nissan computer and that I would need to take it to a dealership to have it fixed, but they refused to accept payment for the starter or the installation. He wouldn't even let me split the cost of the starter 50/50. It's so hard to find fair and honest mechanics with integrity, but at Ken's, that's exactly what they are. I would recommend Ken's to anyone. I live in Dallas, and I will be taking all of my future business there.

I have been in the Air Force for 23 years and have lived in many states and Kens Automotive is the best auto repair shop I have experienced . Victor Is very knowledgeable, stands by his work, professional, and delivers excellent customer service. I do not trust anyone else with my vehicles. Definitely recommend!

The EPS light on my wife’s Corolla was coming on intermittently, locking up the steering wheel, so I needed to pull over and find a place fast to get it repaired. I figured I would be dropping it off somewhere and taking an Uber home, but as soon as I got to Ken’s, Victor (and I believe Chris) started working on it right away and had me out of the shop in less than 30 minutes. I can’t reccomend this place enough. They know exactly what they’re doing, and they do amazing work. I’ll be coming back for all my automotive repair needs, and I suggest you do the same.

Victor was great! I stopped by last Saturday to get a lug nut on my truck rethreaded or replace. We arranged an appointment for today and he got it done super fast. He even helped me with another small problem with my truck and gave me some advice on how to keep it from happening again. Great service, cool guy. So check him out!
