This shop and its entire staff gets my highest recommendation. They were fast, friendly and professional. They went way beyond what I expected and did it for a fair price. My truck hasn’t ran this good in years. It’s fun to drive again. I recommend them to all my family and friends. They have earned a life long customer for sure!

excellent service, the customer service man was very friendly and attentive, I left my Honda Civic for an oil change and a balancing service, since a few days before my custom wheels by myself and removed the ones that came from the factory with The car, everything was great with the oil change, I appreciate it, the balancing service was not possible because I was informed that 3 of my four tires were damaged and they did not have that size and type of tire. Why 2 stars? I remembered that not long ago I bought these tires in another place and therefore they should be under warranty, so I went to that place, there they gave me a quick checkup with the diagnosis you gave me in your business of my three tires in poor condition, previously they gave me an appointment for a week later, because they did not have these tires in their inventory and they had to place a new order, 7 days later I went and... Surprise!!!! It was only necessary to change 1 tire, not 3, however Despite this, my other 3 tires were never Balanced nor was there an attempt to do so previously when the Diagnosis was given, that is, I had to pay 45 Dollars extra for a service that was not given to me nor was an attempt made to give me, thank Heaven for the guarantee It covered the balancing. I only had to pay for an 1wheel extra balancing service and the installation of the only new tire. Now the car runs smooth and great Conclusion: Don't charge for something you didn't even try to do. The oil change service included a tire rotation. Just at that moment it could be used to Say NO, and in this way not cause more expenses and discomfort to the client, this was like a trip to Antarctica, becase unfortunately it will be a place you only go to once in your life. sorry 4 that, I know than you can do it Better

The guy was very nice but Wanted to charge me $138 just to LOOK at my wheel. Idk. Where I come from, places just do not charge you just to have a look at your wheel… I Guess that is what you should expect in a big city. I wouldnt have had a problem paying for a diagnostic charge if it were a REASONABLE amount. Went over to the Firestone down the street, paid them $20 to check it out, found the problem and got back home safe and sound. Maybe they do great repairs, I don’t know, but judging by my experience I bet those repairs cost a fortune. Sorry Guys.

Been here a bunch of times for various tire needs. I love coming here because they are very thorough and honest. They always do a total inspection regardless of the work being done and have caught serious problems with my suspension that would have cussed major problems down the road.

Horrible Horrible Horrible customer service from representative. I spent over 2k for tires on the past and he did everything in his power to not allow me to get a tire patched for free. I will never in life do business with them again. 100% do not recommend. Customer service is trash.

I had my 2006 Jeep liberty 2.8 liter turbo diesel's engine replaced with a good used engine, I had told the shop about a recall on the glow plugs for these vehicles and told them to check the ones that came with this engine and if they were the recalled glow plugs to replace them with the proper glow plugs. Well they didn't check them and they put the engine back in without replacing them, will here I am a year later the defective glow plugs did to my engine what they were recalled for which is blew my engine, I went back to have it repaired with the two year 24000 mile warranty which came with that engine and they do not want to warranty it and they're charging me 3,500 dollars to fix it on top of the 10,000 dollars I spent 1 year ago, I do not recommend kens tire and auto to anybody and if you do take your vehicle there then good luck because you're taking a risk on losing money the way I did. Ps my 2005 Nissan Sentra was taken there too 3 months ago for a starting issue they charged me 600 dollars for the repair and here I am 3 months later having the same issue, nothing was repaired.

Never buying Goodyear tires again! Paid $800 for tires last year, got a flat, brought it in for repair and they want to charge me. Didn’t know Goodyear started to charge for flat repair. Discount tire has free flat repair so they now have a forever customer.

The gentleman were very professional, and gave me an Honest estimate/ inspection! I felt very comfortable with my repairs. Ask for Daniel, the Manager, but everyone was very helpful! Don't get get taken advantage at other places. I felt very, taken care of!

Went in with warning light for low tire pressure. They were super fast and very polite and friendly. Would definitely go back with bigger problems.

This company is full of lies always a leiesto customers saying that somebody else is wrong and it's not and they're going to replace the item they keep the parts for turning for core charge money and they make the car worse when it comes back

Always does an amazing job on my car and I have never been disappointed! They have been very helpful and never tried to tell me that I need anything more than I asked for and never once tried to talk me into getting anything done that wasn't honestly needed! Always had a great experience with them and they tell you what you might want to get done next or what will need to be done down the road and how soon! 💯 grade A shop in my book!

Called them because they were the nearest tire shop. I have a brand new 2022 Ford explorer with a almost flat tire. In stead of taking my money for a new tire, they checked my tire and explained I have enough air to get to my local dealership to get it repaired for free due to my warranty. Great customer service here. They were quick to respond to my concerns and help me out.

My family and I were visiting San Antonio when we noticed a screw in one of our tires, we found this place as the closest tire shop near us on Google and we were so glad it brought us here. The manager and employees were so nice and friendly and fixed our tire in no time! Highly Recommend this shop!

Very disappointed in their customer service. I had scheduled an appointment to check the alignment. When I arrived as the first appointment of the day, they informed me that the alignment machine broke the previous afternoon. The tech said that he should have called me. I went to the location on Austin Highway. The tech at the McCullough location told me that he would call the Austin Highway location to let them know I was coming over. He did not do that and my car was not ready until late in the day. Not the fault of the Austin Highway location as they were not informed I was coming. Very frustrated.

What can I say, amazing customer service!!!! I came in before closing with a flat and they took me in no questions asked. This is the only place i I come in san antonio for tires , 5 stars!!!!
