I got my regular oil change scheduled but also needed to find out why my 2012 Transit Van was trying to overheat. Turns out it was my thermostat needing to be replaced. I always trust any recommendations Ken's gives me. They have done me right for several years now. An older neighbor lady I had recommended them to me over 8 years ago, also found out an old co-worker uses them too. So that really set me up. I feel secure in trusting them with any service I need. Eric takes pride in his business.

These guys are excellent for anyone who may not know anything about vehicle maintenance , or just don't have the tools or time to do their own work. These guys do it right the first time ! I took my truck to them for a cracking sound in my front end ( that had just been overhauled by a shop here in Yukon OK ) both swaybar links had failed. They had me in and out in about an hour. You can literally sit in the lobby and watch your vehicle being fixed. If you're tired of being lied to , taking advantage of and paying through the nose for no account maintenance then this is your , SHOP ! Reliable, affordable and time efficient ! Friday, May 31, 2024, was the first time I utilized Ken’s Tire & Auto for automobile needs. I found Ken’s to be well-rounded and balanced (and no, that’s not just me describing the new tires I purchased). I was impressed from the moment I walked in the store, impressed with the front desk staff, the friendly and cute bulldog, and of course, the mechanic’s work. Ken’s people were honest, straightforward, and provided competent, affordable, quality services. I will be using Ken’s for all of my auto needs going forward.

I have waited a year to review! Kens’s owner Eric sat me down and really started with the work he felt needed to be done to bring my truck back. Now and I quote “Drive it like you stole it.” And I have hunted, hauled wood , couldn’t be happier! 2009 4 wheel drive, my wife’s Honda Civic “Excellent” thanks to the whole staff.

So they never reached out or responded. The repair wasn't stable because nothing was fixed. Ended up taking the truck to south side garage. They found the leak in one of the twin turbo's. So I paid Ken's twice and a third repair bill from the other shop. New Brakes. Coolant issues. Repaired and paid for. Still had coolant issues though so took back in to figure out the problem. Issue not resolved on second trip after paying another few hundred dollars. I've liked Ken's and Eric (don't know if he owns the place or if he's the manager) has always been honest till now. I wish it was corrected 1st time cause I was charged twice for same repair. Otherwise, no complaints. I can't see us using Ken's tire and auto again. With what I ended up paying out I could have replaced the whole engine. Pretty sad.

They were great and pretty fast for the work they had to do with my car. It was expensive but I think for the work they had to do it was fair. It ended up being more work than they thought but they didnt charge me more than the estimate they gave me. I waited a week to make sure that nothing went wrong with the car and it hasnt so I trust them. As a woman its intimidating to get work done you always think omg what if they take advantage of me cause I know nothing about cars but I feel confident that they did not do that with me. Everyone was so nice too and they kept me updated through the whole thing. Thanks Kens for helping me out and being trustworthy! I will use you again in the future!

They really helped me out with several different repairs on my Chevy express 3500. They were able to properly diagnose the problems and get them fixed in a timely manner. They had opportunity to perform unnecessary procedures and repairs, but did the honest thing.

So My friend took his 🛻 to get an alignment for $98 but they said that they couldn’t do it because the frame was bent and they still charged him $75 and for that information!!! 🤔🤔🤔 Please explain why??? Is Business so Bad that You have to Price Gouge or is an alignment not Really $98 or Possibly $75 is your assessment fee??? When My Friend was there he tried to talk but it made it Worse. Reviews are Deceiving he should’ve did his homework!!!
