I’ve been coming to this place for almost a year now and they’ve been taking care of me ever since. Their prices are always fair and affordable. As a woman, I’m always wary of being taken advantage of but so far Kerry’s has actually offered me the lowest prices when compared to anywhere else. Love the staff, love the energy, and I will definitely die on this hill when I say that no other place can beat this!!!

I am such a big fan of Kerry’s! Every employee greets you or answers the phone with a smile! How refreshing! They are honest and fair with their pricing and seem to actually feel bad when something is wrong with your car! They honor their word and I never have to worry about them taking me for a ride (pun intended). I will go back and highly recommend!

These guys are nice enough, but I'm really not impressed with their service. First off, they were really slow. They told me multiple times I'd hear back in a 'couple of hours', but didn't call until the next day. Beyond slow communication, they're very pricey. It's $200 to have an issue diagnosed. In my case, they test drove my vehicle and detected a some cylinder misfires. Based on that, they proposed a $1900 (!!) job for new spark plugs and coils. While I acknowledge that the spark plugs are hard to access on my vehicle, that's an insane quote. Considering $1900 is more than the car's worth (and the fact it actually drives fine), I declined their offer. Overall, they had my car 3 days and charged $300 for an oil change and for telling me that my 2012 Sentra might need spark plugs. Thanks guys, I think I'll try someplace else next time.

My car was at 188,000 miles when I brought her in on her last legs from lack of maintenance and accident damage I thought there was no hope. The time, dedication and heart this company and shop has is unreal. By far the most trusting auto repair I’ve ever gotten, with being giving correct and helpful insights my car has now made it to 202,500 miles and my car has never felt better. This is the only shop i come too the honesty and integrity from all staff is such a blessing to find nowadays, my car means the world to me and you guys treat her the same way so thank you for all of your service and help🙏🏻

I went to Kerrys for broken motor mounts previously and had a positive experience so when my BMW needed new brakes and rotors I went back. I was told it would take 1 day and was told several times it would be ready at a certain time which it wasn't and it ended up taking them 3 days to complete which is unacceptable for a simple brake and rotor job. I ended up having to taking time off work because my expectations were set incorrectly on the timing to complete the job multiple times with little communcation. After I finally got my car back the brakes squeaked which is normal for the brake-in period. However, after 100 miles it was still squeaking so I returned to Kerrys only to be told it's not the front brakes they replaced that was the problem but the rear brakes and it would cost an additional $500. Something didn't feel right and it seemed as they were just trying to rip me off so I ended up going to a different Kerrys since I no longer trusted this location. Come to find out they put the incorrect brakes pads on and a different location repaired it correctly with the correct parts. The level of incompetence and level of unprofessionalism is laughable and would never recommend this location and frankly do not trust Kerrys as a company any longer. I wouldn't allow or trust these guys to even valet my car. Save yourself the headache and lies and go somewhere else.

Kerry’s has been taking care of my vehicles for 5 years now. Always top notch service and fair prices, and they always go above and beyond to get us taken care of. We moved last year and I went to another shop near my house out of convenience. They charged me for diagnostics and gave me a quote that seemed high for the repair (throttle body replacement). I called Justin at Kerry’s and he got me in that same day, and was able to offer me half the price of the other shop. My family and I are grateful for the team at Kerry’s, aside from regular maintenance, they have replaced the engine in one of our vehicles, the transmission in the other, and everything in between over the years. We would (and do) highly recommend anyone looking for a great mechanic to visit Kerry’s Car Care in Norterra. They have even serviced my work vehicles over the years. A big thank you to Kerry’s Car Care🙏

This is by far one of the best Car Care places out there that I could find. My mom introduced me to this place when I got my first vehicle like 2 years ago and still go here for anything. I don’t know a lot about vehicles but they help out their customers the best that they can do, very politely and professional. If they make a mistake, they come back and fix it along with other stuff. But over all would recommend checking out this place and they have good and reasonable prices on everything. 10/10

Best thing about Kerry’s is the waiting area. Every time we go in they try to force you into services you don’t even need. For example, last time I went in for an oil change they tried telling me we needed front brakes I told them they just did front brakes. And he paused and said no we did the back I bring the car to brakes plus to do inspect the brakes (for obvious reasons) and the front brakes are literally brand new and the back brakes still have 7-8 mm. we can go another 30-40 thousand miles. On top of all of this last time I was at this location I heard the manager telling all of his service reps to “up sell everything even if the customer is there simply for an oil change”Kerry’s will do anything to scam you. Avoid them!!!

Henry and staff did an outstanding job checking for a possible leak in one of my truck tires. They didn’t have to repair after all but said it would be a complimentary patch if they had to do that. This was late evening on a Saturday night thanks for being open and waiting on me right way. You guys saved the day! Thank you.

I had a couple tires and wheels that needed to be swapped for my Can-Am Maverick. Justin did it for free. I don’t think anyone’s ever done anything for me for free. I’ve gone to them before they’ve always done good work decent pricing so they get five stars.

They are fast, efficient and I trust them when they tell me something needs to be done on my car. It is so nice to have a car service company that you can trust. These guys are the best in Phoenix! I am a customer for life. I can't speak high enough regarding their integrity. I trust their opinion and quality of work 100%!! They are the Great service and knowledgeable staff.
