I’m so upset and disappointed that all I can say right now is Kevins auto is a complete fraud. Don’t let the articulation fool you. SMH. I’m out of close to 1k dealing with this establishment only for the car to still have the same issue(s). The only positive is that an oil change was done on the car that it desperately needed. Once I gather my thoughts, I’ll be back to provide more details. Kevin you should be ashamed of yourself sir. If you want to make this right, you owe me a refund or I need you to rectify the problem pronto. Re:2010 Ford Fusion

Thought i would try a different shop for once for some basic maintenance. I usually go to ColoradoLand in Greenwood Village...they quoted me $130 to flush cooling system ($80 for labor). Kevin's charged me $230 ( $175! for labor) & when I got home my rear tire was totally flat (obviously could just be coincidence), but at least my trust in my previous shop is higher than ever.

Kevin’s Automotive is my go to mechanic for my 2011 Tacoma. Was able to get my battery/alternator issues addressed and fixed super fast! Was very easy to communicate. Text, email & by phone. Highly recommend!🤘🏻😊

Great service, reasonable prices. I just had a brake job and alignment done by Kevin's on my GMC Sierra. They were able to get me in quickly, got all of the work done in a day, and at a very competitive price. I got to shoot the bull with Kevin a bit as well; super nice guy and straightforward about everything. I will certainly be returning in the future.

Kevin's was able to get my car in while I was out of town and started having car problems. I really appreciated how fast they were able to service my car. They weren't able to recreate the issue however, and unfortunately, it started having issues again that night. I ended up buying a new car instead.

My car was stolen early this year and I chose this mechanic to assist with repairs. One issue I had was with getting my car to start. I'd turn the key, and nothing would happen. I'd have to keep trying until eventually it would start and run just fine. I brought it here on 2 separate occasions for then to troubleshoot and fix the issue. They did the repairs quickly and were pleasant to work with! Here's hoping there are no more post theft surprises 😁

To be honest I really was expecting the owner of an establishment to respond to my review more professionally and say something like “Colt please check your spam mail because we did send you the quote, and please try to give us another call as we would love to work on your vehicle to give you a reason to change your review”. Instead you said that you’re probably not the mechanic for me. I know this review isn’t going to make much difference to you at all, but you might want to reconsider the way you respond to potential customers.

Friendly, Attentive and Thorough- very reasonable rates, and prompt; Update; every time I take my car in to this man and his shop, I'm so impressed! I have a '94 civic which has been through some frankensteinian changes, and he takes incredible care of my eccentric little car. not long ago, I heard something in the rear brakes dragging, and took it to him on an emergency run; he found the pads needed no replacement, but the emergency brake lever was set oddly, got me ouot for way beneath the quote; this man is an AWESOME mechanic Update: bringing my 2008 Honda fit to him now, and he remains solid and awesome to deal with!

I was a little nervous due to a bad experience with a local mechanic years before, but going to the Dealerships was getting too expensive. So, I decided to give Kevin a try and he was great! I'm very glad to finally have a local mechanic I can trust!

I've always been very happy with the service I've received at Kevin's Automotive. I've been using Kevin's shop for 7+ years and he's always been fair and honest, even going out of his way to fix something that was rattling under my car as I was leaving on a road trip.

Really kind and honest, was quoted a huge amount somewhere else that basically would have cost me more than the car is worth but got a second opinion here and was quoted much less. Really nice people would highly recommend!

Big thanks to Kevin for helping get the brakes and rotors replaced on my new to me 2018 Impreza. Actually ran into some issues with the process but I think that allowed Kevin to show how helpful he could be. I brought it in on a Wednesday for a service that was quoted as taking 3-5 hours to complete. After not hearing back all day I gave them a call to find out the status of my car and to let them know I would be needing it back by that Friday afternoon for work, new brakes or not. They let me know They were waiting on the parts to come in as they had received the wrong parts but would get it started as soon as the parts came in. The next day I received a text that the parts order was again incorrect and that they were waiting on the correct parts to come in but would let me know when they had but it would still be completed by the time I needed it. Friday morning at 7:30, 30min before the shop officially opens, Kevin texted me again letting me know the proper parts had come in and they were starting the process of changing out the brakes and rotors. By 11:50 they had sent me another text letting me know the swap was done and I could come in to pick it up. When I got there I asked Kevin what exactly was going on and he was nice enough to explain exactly how my car's rear braking system was set up and how there were different variations, mine being a less common one I'm guessing because its a manual. He also gave me some advice on some aftermarket mods I was researching online. I definitely plan on returning and with Kevin's help getting my car to 1/4 million miles and further

Found this gem of a shop when my car broke down across the street and so glad it did. Kevin's been taking care of my car for 7-8 years. He is always straightforward with me about the issues, and he ALWAYS takes such great care of me and my car, telling me if it's something I can fix or if I need to bring it in. Even answers my questions over the phone. He's one I'll always drive across town for.. if you need a reliable, honest mechanic bring it to him.

I took my vehicle in to get repaired and have an oil change. I have a exhaust leak that he said he couldn't fix because it was done by a different repair shop but then went ahead and did the oil change and charged over $100 for it and it's not drivable. I wish I was told that the exhaust leak was not fixable before the $100 oil change was performed so that I didn't have to spend all that money on a non drivable vehicle.

Kevin & Alonis are GREAT to work with! We were looking for a place to service our company vehicles where we could build a relationship and not have a new person to deal with on every visit. Kevin & Alonis worked with us to get all of our vehicles serviced even sooner than we expected and at a fair price. Alonis scheduled what we needed and made suggestions for future services. Taking care of what needs to be done TODAY and not trying to get everything done in one visit is exactly what we were looking for. We have found mechanics we can trust!

Kevin's is by far and away the best mechanic I've ever been to. Not only is the service fairly priced, fast, and efficient, but they also make sure they you have a detailed receipt of everything that was done and how it was priced. They have good communication and don't ever try to force or trick you into anything. The work they do is very very well done and everyone there is super nice and friendly!

We have taken our vehicles here a few times now and so far we haven’t had any issues. They are always really nice and helpful ready to explain anything. And the repairs have been ok except we have had to have the alternator replaced twice after the initial repair under warranty. First time I was told it was a manufacturer malfunction second time an oil leak caused it to fail, we shall see how it goes from here. I don’t foresee any issues. I would recommend Kevin. Update- I went for more service everything was great. Prices are a tad high for labor but I guess you get what you pay for.

Kevin has great customer service and is very friendly. They did great replacing our breaks system and have a very cheap inspection fee. It was hard getting ahold of them on phone for updates and repairs took a little longer then estimated, but I will likely go there again!

Fast, friendly, and a very professional experience is what you should expect. I found Kevin a few years ago when my vehicle broke down near by and I had it towed to the nearest mechanic possible. He replaced my radiator and had me up and going within a couple days. I have taken a couple vehicles to him since and he is now my go to guy. I recommend him to everyone who asks if I know of a good all around mechanic. Kevin's Techs are over the top and I assure you a great experience at Kevin's Automotive.
