This change of management has been one of the best things that happened to this repair shop. They have been doing an amazing job and everything has become very smooth. We work with them for our cars and is always such an easy going process and always top notch costumer service. As always, thank you for your help and your fast response to our emergencies. DO NOT take your vehicle here for repairs unless you want to get ripped off. You will see that your car repair bill will be highly inflated. I took my wife's SUV here to replace all shock absorbers. I was billed for 4 Shock absorbers replacement but several months down the road I found out that they had only replaced 2 of them. What's sad about this is this shop used to be a great place when they first opened up. I used to take my vehicles here without problems. They were very courteous, their prices were fair and they fixed my vehicles quickly. Now it seems very scammy. Prior to this terrible experience I had taken other vehicles there and they have quoted me exaggerated prices. Needless to say, I will never take another vehicle to this place again and I recommend you do the same.

Realmente si van a ir a este lugar les recomiendo preguntar sus precios antes, cometí el error de ir y decir que me hagan un cambio de un foco que se quemo en la parte trasera sin preguntar antes cuanto seria el valor por el cambio, realmente nunca pensé que me iban a cobrar $70 de mantenimiento por cambiarme un foco, son unos abusadores en cuanto a sus precios, realmente no se tomaron más de 10 minutos en cambiarme el foco, esta bien que cobren por sus servicios pero no precios así de elevados, se que el trabajo de todos cuesta pero esto es un abuso de parte de ellos, además que te cobran fee por todo, me cobraron un fee por Shop y otro por disposal, es la primera vez que veo que me cobran algo como esto cuando voy a un taller.

They agreed to fix my car...its been a month. My car has been there a month. I call this guy Dustin every week and twice he incorrectly talked about the wrong car. Has anyone ever had a car in mechanic shop for a month without even being told whats wrong with it? Still waiting on the diagnostic result.....

I dropped my car off and asked if I’d receive an estimate and a pick up same day to which I was told yes. They ended up keeping my car for 2 days outside and did not communicate it at all. By the time I got my estimate it was 1,925 including tires that were already recently replaced. The lack of communication ruined this place for me and I had to walk in the rain just to get my car back because they didn’t properly update my information on the system to call me. I’m heavily disappointed.

I have used Key Auto Repair many times now that my Chevy warranty is up. I recommend this shop over the dealership for quite a few reasons. For starters, the owner diagnoses the issues which is great. He also works on a lot of the vehicles himself and cares about getting the fixes right and standing by their work. Pricing is given up front once the issue is understood. When they have the parts on hand, they will work to get your vehicle taken care of as quickly as possible. I have had no issues at all any of the times I have visited Key Auto Repair and highly recommend it to anyone in the area.

They were and are fantastic! I had to get my nephew’s car repaired along with a replacement key. Had a hard time trying to figure out what to do and how to go about it from out of state, they made the process easy. Got his car fixed and new key. They even stayed later to get the job done. I am forever grateful. The car runs great and we are satisfied. Highly recommend.

We were traveling with our 5th wheel trailer and lost an injector on the 6.6L Duramax 3500. Mo diagnosed it and had us back on the road in 24 hrs! The Chevy dealer would not even look at it for 2 weeks. Thanks to Key we only lost 1 day, couldn't be happier with their service.

I'm not sure why this place has gotten bad reviews. We've had nothing but excellent experiences here with our past 4 used cars in 5 years. We always deal with the owners and are very satisfied. They always replace what is needed without trying to upsell us. We even had a car on it's last leg and they recommended we don't keep putting more money in to it. They could have just taken our money even though the car was no longer worth it. We always research what the costs should be and their prices are industry standard. We will keep bringing our cars here as we've had nothing but positive experiences here.
