Quick and friendly! Had my car overheating and they replaced hoses. The next day I brought it in to fix my engine light. They figured it out and we're able to get the light off and able to pass emission. My only reason for a 4 star is the cleanliness of the lobby. The front door glass was broken

Got my car serviced here back in October / November 2023. Body work was pretty good, they put in a front bumper and painted it to match my car. They didn't fix a flap under my car, which took my dad 5 mins to do :/. So I was disappointed they wanted to charge extra for something that was relatively simple. If you are a woman, I recommend going with a man, particularly if you're not knowledgeable about cars and prices. But, front bumper was in much better shape that it was when I arrived (it was completely de-attached from the frame). Would give overall service a 3.

KG Auto Services has been a true blessing to me. My vehicle is extremely difficult to say the least. Khareem has been been extremely amazing. With his busy schedule, he still manages to help me. I heard about KG through a friend of mine. I was told to go to the location and ask for kareem specifically, that is exactly what I did. I had to get my oil change and my car ready for emissions. (KG specializes in emissions repair)Everything was done in a timely manner . He was very good at keeping the communication about the updates on my car. From the very being when he did his diagnostic he was very honest .He told me if it was something he couldn't do himself he would give recommendations on someone who could help. I was very hesitant to take my car to someone new .The last time I got my oil change at the jiffy lube they almost tore up my engine, with no remorse. The owner of KG auto was a very nice and respectable gentlemen. He gave me tips and tricks on how to maintain my car properly. He was excellent at explaining everything thing to me. He is extremely affordable and reliable. I'm pretty sure I found a forever mechanic. Thank you to much for easing my anxiety about mechanics.

Picked up car yesterday worse than when dropped off at the shop. Loose screws, hose clamps not secured, coolant reservoir cap fell off under the hood when picking up the car. Do yourself a favor and avoid the headache of poor quality service!
