After a crazy $1200 diagnosis quote from les schwab , I do a lil google research and saw this place had only 5 star reviews so i took a chance. As a woman who doesn't know anything about cars i'm very weary about going to shops i've never been / wasn't a recommendation bc of a high risk of getting scammed. I went here for just my breaks and they even did a whole checkup on my car and fixed a few other things i knew it was prob time to get done, that led schwab couldn't do. I got more done here then i even got quoted for in the first place and i left k&h auto with a fully fixed car for only $700!!! The work they did was honest and fast. They got everything and more done in less than 7 hours AND saved me a few hundred bucks! All of the mechanics were extremely nice and even explained everything they did and go over it all before you even swipe your card. I am definitely only going here from now on to get any work done on my car. Your journey for an honest shop ends here because you FOUND IT :)

Had an issue Saturday afternoon and they had it fixed by Sunday morning. What mechanic does that?! Also the nicest, friendliest people you could have. This is the place to go!

friendly owners, very kind and communicative. very fair pricing, my car needed a new battery and brake pads and they got it done really fast, and gave me good recommendations for car care. will be coming back for any auto needs!

Was traveling to Portland and my truck started making an odd sound, assumed it was the serpentine belt. These guys got me in with almost no notice on a Sunday!…awesome work, turned out to be a loose bracket - in and out!…can’t recommend them highly enough - super trustworthy and knowledgeable!

A small repair shop that absolutely gets things done with efficiency. Car was towed in on Sunday and is good to go in 3 hours. Come and support local small family business!

Thank you to K&H for being so helpful to me when I was most overwhelmed. My car wasn’t able to start while I was at QFC store. After navigating the neighborhood, I found K&H Auto Shop which he came to see what was wrong. It came to the point where I have to tow. Since I was in a tight budget at that moment and telling my situation, he offered me to try his best to bring to K&H Auto Shop. That helped me a lot which saves me like $100. Excellent shop! They for me in on Sunday, and diagnosed and fixed my car bery fast. They kept me updated on the progress the entire time, which was nice. They did a great job, and prices a very reasonable. I'll definitely come back when I need an oil change.

I have never experienced such great customer service from an auto body shop! My car broke down on me while at the beach and the tow truck didn’t get me till 12 at night. We arrived at 3:30 in the morning with no notice Saturday night. When I talked to them Sunday morning they gave me assurance that they were gonna get it done and get me on the road. They had be set same day on Sunday! They were super on it and respectful even when I was not the ideal customer. My only suggestion would be to give them a call if you’re gonna be arriving at 3 in the morning even if you know they are closed 😅😂

I came from Seattle, and I had problems with my battery. My friend called and asked if they could help us right away. It was Sunday, they said “yes”, as we had to go back to Seattle the next day. I am happy with their work, I was saved. They are very polite and do everything conscientiously, thank you, guys 🙌

I cannot recommend this shop enough! I was referred to this shop by a friend and talked to someone on the phone before having my car towed there. I gave them permission to do one piece of work, they then found more problems, and this continued until I had to decide whether or not it was worth repairing my old car. They ran numerous tests to help diagnose a huge problem that should’ve been caught prior (when I went to a different shop). They did not pressure me either way but clearly explained what the pros and cons would be and whether they honestly thought it was worthwhile. Dealing with car issues is stressful enough, you don’t need to worry about being scammed on top of it at this shop. Abdul was overwhelmingly kind, communicative, and helpful throughout the entire process, and the mechanics knowledgeable and thorough. They are a hardworking family-owned shop with fair pricing and I will come back for all of my car needs!

I have never written a review for anything in my life but I couldn't not share how incredible the K&H team are. They diagnosed and fixed my car within a day when I was passing through town and in a bind. They are honest, incredibly lovely people and super kind and patient when explaining your issues (Abdul - you're an absolute legend). They were also very helpful in providing general vehicle advice beyond what I had gone in for. Super sad I don't live in Portland and won't be able to go to them again!

Travelling to Portland, I had a surprise flashing "Check engine soon" light come up. I found these guys on Google close to where I was staying and I'm grateful. They were honest and fast. They did what they said they could and would do on the timeline and the price they said they'd do it at. Plus they did it on a Saturday evening of a long weekend. I was rolling by Sunday morning. All very straightforward and appreciated. Thank you.
