I had a minor engine problem and needed my car fixed before Thanksgiving and Chris clutched up! Extremely nice and straightforward. This was my first time going to him but I will definitely be going back when my car needs it next.

Chris did an amazing job fixing my daughter's bumper. He even replaced a burned out bulb in my car while picking up my daughter's car saving me an expensive trip to the dealer. He is easy to work with and his prices are fair. I will be calling Chris for my automotive needs in the future!

I've been going to mechanics for 50 years. And all this time I've never trusted mechanics I went to. I'm going to sell my car. I did not want to spend any more money on it. I've had numerous jobs done on the car by Chris. He is expert, but most of all I finally have a mechanic I can trust 100%. Yes all the five-star ratings that he's gotten of course I agree with them. But at my age and the condition of my car all I care is about being able to trust him and his expertise. Oh he's got a wonderful dog named diamond, and his beautiful shop and surrounding area are secured much more so than fort Knox. Thanks Chris thanks very much

Chris Kidd is a wonderful mechanic and just about the nicest guy you’ll ever meet. He goes above and beyond to look after customers’ satisfaction and safety. Case in point: he gave me a ride home after I dropped my car off, and then after he diagnosed the issues needing attention, he came and picked me up. I knew then that he’s a man who’s trustworthy. I took our 2017 Ford Escape (recently purchased used from a local dealer) to him because it was making a thumping noise in the front end. He correctly diagnosed and corrected the problem. He also educated me about the importance on these Escapes of keeping the coolant system clean, or else you could be facing an expensive repair down the road. So I had him do a flush of the coolant system. Finally, he checked all the lug nuts and found some of them that had been rounded add and were only finger tight. Yikes. So he replaced them all with better lug nuts that won’t have that problem in the future. I’m so glad I found Kidd’s Automotive. Chris is now my forever mechanic.

Chris was awesome to work with. He is honest, communicative and got the job done ahead of schedule. He didn’t push me to do any additional work and his price was lower than google said I should expect to pay. I would highly recommend him and will be returning for all repairs in the future.

What Chris lacks in shop space, he more than makes up for in quality. He took the time to speak with me at length when I’d just moved to the area and was looking for someone reliable to care for my long-term project car, and followed through with being communicative and professional through the entire process. Detail oriented, fairly priced, friendly and honest. This is how a small business should be run.

Chris did an amazing job replacing my front bumper and grill. He kept me informed every step of the way and it fixed everything fast. I was on my way to pick up my car when my other vehicle wouldn’t start he came and got me. I really appreciate everything you’ve done and I glad I found a trustworthy mechanic (previous bad experiences). I don’t know no mechanic who would’ve done that. The best mechanic ever. I was having car trouble on my way to work and search for a nearby mechanic and saw Kidd's Automotive, LLC. I got with Mr Kidd and he look at my car and told me that I have a misfire. Which I had to leave my car with him so he can look to see what was causing it. He was very nice and gave me a ride to my job. I then received a text message saying my car was ready and that I had two bad ignition coils. Mr Kidd price was reasonable. My car is running great now. I truly will recommend Kidd’s Automative to anybody. Very outstanding Mechanic

Chris is hands down the best mechanic I've ever worked with. Not only is his rate more than fair, he goes above and beyond. I didn't have a ride home when I took my car in so he drove me home. I ran into some car troubles recently, and needed my car checked out as soon as possible. I have had some not so great experiences with mechanics before, so I spent a good amount of time researching places near me. I could not be happier with Kidd's! I love that I am supporting a small, family owned business, but they were able to get my ca in quickly for a great price. I truly felt that they had my and my car's best interest in mind the entire time. I am so happy to found such a reliable mechanic and will be using them from now on!

I was referred to Kidd’s Automotive by Advance Auto. At first I was a little skeptical. Once I reached out and we spoke Chris was professional & very detailed. He explained my issue and how long it would take to do the job. He also explained the reason for the cost. Had my car completed a few hours before the time I expected. Once I picked up my car he also listed recommendation on the invoice but explained in detail which things are priority. I would recommend him to anyone. I have already given his contact to a few people In this area. Happy I found him great guy, awesome work.

Chris has serviced all four of my vehicles over the last two years. Whether it’s a broken serpentine belt, a busted alternator or any other squeaky, clickity-clacking I’ve come across he’s been able to help. I have been taking my car and my truck to Chris for quite a while. A good friend recommended him a good while back. My expectations were exceeded. Aside from the fact that Chris is a personable guy, it’s nice to have someone you can trust to be fair. My car problems have been all over the board, yet each one was pinpointed right away and skillfully corrected (If you have ever owned a Jaguar, you know exactly what I mean when I say “all over the board”). My experience has been excellent. Maybe my streak will be broken down the road, but I have never had to go back for any reason. I am sure there are exceptions, but when Chris says your car will be ready by a given time, it will be. His work is excellent, the good service sincere and the price always fair. Unlike most, Chris repairs only what needs to be repaired. While maybe trite to say, he’s on your side. That will become crystal clear in short order. Give it a go. I think you will be glad you did. I recommend Chris. You likely will do the same.

I have taken a couple vehicles to Chris and the experience has been exceptional. The knowledge base of cars and customer interaction is what will keep me coming back. I felt comfortable, and confident in his ability to diagnosis and complete repairs WITHOUT the "traditional" mechanic vibe of being "nickled and dimed" . He is very professional and cares about his customers as well as service members across the branches and fields like police, fire fighters, EMS etc. I would recommend Chris Kidd to anyone that wants to keep their vehicle running.

I have used (Chris) Kidd’s Automotive for several years and he is hands down, the best auto mechanic I have ever used! He is extremely knowledgeable of all different makes and models and his pricing is very reasonable (because he works out of his home garage he doesn’t have all of the overhead that commercial shops charge). Chris will do what he can to fit your schedule needs even if means working extra hours to get the job done. Most of all, Chris is trustworthy and a genuinely nice guy. I’m never anxious dropping my car off at Chris’ shop as I am with other shops around town. I highly recommend Kidd’s Automotive!
