Kilgore’s charged me 400 after they did the work on my Kia. I was recommended for the previous owner and management. Now i all of a sudden have a slow leak a month later & it is 1500. Now my ac is not working at all after picking up my vehicle. A scam.

I took my used 2012 Nissan Rogue SL for an A/C inspection because the A/C wasn't cooling when I bought it. I took it to Kilgore's because it was highly recommended to me by the staff at O'Reilly's Auto Parts. Boy, were they right. When I arrived at kilgore's, I was attended to by the owner, Ron. He gave my car a thorough inspection and fixed my A/C. The price was very reasonable and I left there a happy customer. Their service is excellent and their customer service was above par. I highly recommend Kilgore's for any or all of your car repairs, maintenance checks and inspections.

Kilgore's is my guardian angel. My car had been overheating and I felt the smartest thing to do was take it to a mechanic near work. The bad mechanic replaced my radiator, oil cooler, oil pressure sensor and water pump $3,555.00 later. A week later the check engine light came back on. We took my "sick Wrangler to Mr. Ron and Damian". Little did I know my Wrangler was so close to death. The bad mechanic did not tighten clamps or do anything he should have. My girl is happy and well now. Kilgore's is the most HONEST shop I have ever visited. Thank you Mr. Ron and Damian. We are customers for life.

They do a great job at a fair price. Several people recommended them after I wasn't happy with my other mechanic. We have used them several times and will continue to use them. Every time, my car is done on time and for the cost quoted.

I live in the neighborhood and trust the owner and his employees. Reliable service and reasonable prices. I found them through a neighbor. I've been going there for a while now. I had an old Ford fusion, and he has done basic repairs on it. I honestly wouldn't go to anyone else. I am very satisfied with the quality of work and the great customer service.

I was visiting from out of town and when I started having car problems I was recommended to go to Kilgore's. They did not disappoint! They fit me in and quickly diagnosed the issue. In the end it was a simple fix that they took care of for no charge. Seriously. These guys are great and they saved my trip.

Kilgore’s auto dealt with my issue in both a timely and trustworthy manner. Long story short, I had an issue with my new battery which could have been misdiagnosed. Instead, I left with a new new battery and some other minor services. Extremely relieved that the situation was just the battery and that the proper diagnosis prevented wasted part $. Thanks a lot guys, I will be returning and recommending your shop to my friends and family.

We have been working with Kilgore's for about 4 years now, and they have become our go-to place for car repair, especially tricky or complicated ones. We had a complex issue with our Mazda5, including battery acid damage and hard-to-get parts. Kilgore's worked with a transmission shop (as they don't do that work) and did an excellent job on the whole thing. I highly recommend them.

One of the worst shops I have ever been to in Florida. None of the staff at the front desk wear masks which make it the best place to spread the virus. Wife was very rude and disrespectful while scheduling my appointment for service and has no customer service skills what’s so ever. This place is very overpriced and they try to rip you off by explaining stuff which does not make sense at all. Had no other option but to have my car fixed here and will never come back. A week after service, I found that some of engine parts were STOLEN and lost control of my vehicle while driving on a highway. Do not believe any of the positive reviews that were posted here, all were done by shop partners and family members. Spread the word and advice your loved ones not to fix their car at this place and save their life. BE CARFUL AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOUR LIFE MATTER TO YOU

I could not ask for a better experience - the owner always explains what went wrong, what's required for repair, and then shows the old parts he pulled off and explains the specific failure - a free education to go w/the repair service.

This Husband and wife team are the real deal! We were given many high-praising recommendations on the Next-door website for Kilgore's Automotive Services. We took our 2009 Hyundai Santa Fe to them because we had some strange noises coming from the from the front end, the alignment was off, and the breaks were squeaking. Ron, the owner, said we needed some front end work. Our struts got stuck and the rubber was almost gone! We did more research and it appeared that he was correct in his diagnosis. Ron had even pulled the car fax so he could understand the history of the car maintenance. Very old school, and very impressive! Ron showed us the parts that were removed and explained what they were and why. And the price ended up being less than the quote. Who does that? Ron even called the next day to see how the car was running! The car runs like new now - it was like night and day! They have earned our business for all of our cars for life! If you want experienced, honest and high quality work on your cars, Kilgore's Automotive is the place to go. You will not regret it!

I went in to have an oil change because this business is close to my work, and I like to support small businesses. I was literally laughed at. Apparently they work by appointment only. I was not offered one. I can only conclude that they do not need my business nor yours. I suggest you go somewhere else.

Ron and Luanne are as honest and reliable as the day is long. Ron is highly experienced and qualified. Over 10 years his work has been impeccable. I take both my cars to them twice a year and I've not had a breakdown on the road. My big worry with auto mechanics is integrity. I would trust the care of my children to Ron and Luanne (though they have their hands full with grandkids). And in addition to getting a great job done on your vehicles, they are delightful people and a joy to visit. You can't go wrong with them.

Ron has been so patient with me and does a great job of explaining issues in a way that I, as someone who is not auto savvy, can understand. His prices are fair and the turn around is quick. My brother has been using him for the better part of a decade so I knew before I even met Ron that I was in good hands! Highly recommended!
