I had a fantastic repair experience with Kims Auto Body! I had the pleasure of working with Lupe and she was an excellent contact, keeping me informed on the repair, cost estimates, and the status once work began. The repair itself was great as well, I had some screw holes repaired on my GLC and it came out looking like new, like nothing happened to the bumper, which is the best praise you can give haha. Would use them again for sure!

Had a brilliant experience here. Very reasonable cost and very transparent throughout the process. They updated me on the work and I never had to chase them. Smooth from start to finish and they are the most polite and friendly people. More than happy with the result and I would highly recommend!

Just got our 2019 Jetta fixed by Kims Auto Body. Jetta sustained an dammage to right side lense and bumper. Mrs. Lupe was our rep that walked through entire process, remained in touch during unforseen delays due to additional parts order, which is normal, a shop can't have everything at their fingertips. The final results exceeded our expectations. Not only the car was fixed, polished, yet cleanned up inside out. Extra +10pts!! We highly recommend Kims Auto Body. Pictures b4 and after repairs.

I was rear-ended and had damage to my rear bumper. A friend of mine, who has lived in the area for a long time recommended Kim’s Auto Body Shop. I was frustrated with the situation since I had never dealt with anything like this before. From the start, their customer service was top-notch, and they communicated with me every step of the way. They were incredibly patient with all of my questions. Lupe stayed in touch with me throughout the process and handled communication with the other party’s insurance. They also arranged a rental car. My car was ready in just after a week, which honestly surprised me. James helped coordinate the pick-up of my car, and the bumper looks fantastic. My car was even cleaned when I picked it up. I want to thank everyone at Kim’s Auto Body Shop for their help and patience. Overall, excellent customer service and a perfect repair in a very professional environment. I will definitely recommend them!

My girlfriend recently got into a minor collision with a wall that was hiding in plain sight (unbelievable, right?). Luckily, the crash was small enough that only gouges and small dents were left on the bumper. I used the phone consultation service (outstanding by the way) and was told to come in in-person so that one of the techs could have a closer look. I took the car in to Eric (or Erik?) and he proceeded to immediately polish off every single scratch and scar from my car's bumper, not even asking for anything in exchange. I ask, what year is this, where shops do things since it's only a minor inconvenience to them? Not only this, but Eric was more than willing to accommodate a time change to the appointment the DAY BEFORE at 4:50 PM. Amazing! Regardless that it only took 15 minutes from Eric to solve my issue, what may have been a small blip to the tech was a huge relief and burden lifted from my shoulders. 5/5 service, communication, and offerings. I know I've found a place that I can trust and will return to. Thanks again Eric!

Amazing Body Shop and Customer Service. I had my car repaired at Kim’s a few months ago and the service was everything I could ask for. They kept me up to date on progress and even helped to get me to a rental car place. To finish off the great experience they took care of getting my rental car turned in. I highly recommend Kim’s for any auto body service your vehicle needs.

I don't usually leave any reviews, but Kims Auto Body is exceptional. Everything there was so good including repair quality, repair period, nice and punctual staff, and even their office is so clean with nice drinks. Most of all, I was very lucky to meet Lupe. She was the best staff ever that I've met here in the US. She updated every detailed information in each process, and always let me know when she will reach to me again, so I don't have to wait forever. I would definetely recommend this place and actually I have already recommended it to everyone near me. Thanks!

I brought my Audi in to Kim's, and I can honestly say I've never had a better experience at an auto body shop. I had some hit-and run fender damage, and a tail light that I broke myself. Kim's did everything they could to get a full repair out of the insurance, and to save me money on the self-funded work. It's a 9 year old car, with some dings and scratches, so didn't need to be perfect. They gave me a range of options, and even managed to source a used tail light, saving me $500 over a new one. The shop is very clean and well organized, and the service was white glove all the way. They were very patient and thorough with the initial consultation, and communicated early and often during the repair process. They even detailed the car before returning it to me. I don't think it's been this clean since the day I bought it! I think I've found my shop.

A friend recommended Kim Auto Body to me, and I'm very happy with the service I received from them. James was extremely helpful and ensured that everything went smoothly. Despite the other insurance company not responding promptly, he made an effort to push them so that I could get my car back sooner, which was greatly appreciated. I was also worried that the insurance would only accept aftermarket parts to fix my car, but James was able to upgrade to manufacturer original parts, which made a significant difference. While the car accident itself was unfortunate, my experience with Kim Auto Body was pleasant, and I highly recommend this shop.

I would have gone with this body shop based on the reviews (and although it's out of network for my insurance) but Eric is SO rude. He does not communicate well with the insurance company, does not take feedback in and hears what he wants to hear. He first said, the insurance will provide some check to me, confirmed my insurance that I will be moving forward with Kim's when I did not even confirm that! Denies saying all this on a recorded line and says he called me to inform me of my confirmation when I was the one calling him to clarify that I don't feel comfortable moving forward with Kim. Eric is just a nightmare. I bet the actual owner and other professionals are great.

I’ve used Kim’s Auto Body twice now. The first time was when someone hit my car and there was minor damage and the second was after a quite serious accident. Both times they were absolutely fantastic. They dealt with the insurance companies.They handled everything that needed to be handled so I didn’t have to. After the last accident the car wasn’t drivable. The tow truck dropped it off and they worked with the insurance company, submitting all of the photographs and getting the insurance company what they needed. The car was declared a total loss and they worked with the insurance company to get it hauled away. I never had to do anything other than authorize the release of the car after it was declared a total loss. I can not recommend Kim’s Auto Body highly enough. I will definitely use them again if I need their services.

Someone dented my car when it was parked in front of my house, and a panel needed to be replaced. Kim's Auto Body made the whole process really easy. They thought it would take about a month to fix, and they were able to finish it in just over two weeks. James kept me updated throughout the process, and gave me back my car good as new. Edit: This is the second time I've used Kim's Auto Body, and I continue to be impressed. They replaced the bumper on my car within a week, which included time to request an additional waiver from the insurance company for internal damages that weren't seen initially. Thanks again!

My experience with Kim's Auto Body (James) has been nothing but FIRST CLASS! It all started back in Sept. 2018 when my fathers brand new (less than one week old) Lexus RX he rear ended someone. James understood the situation fixed the car like back to the factory spec. Fast forward Jan. 2024, I got rear ended 2024 BMW IX and sure enough I didn't look else other than Kim's Auto. He kept me throughout the entire process and car looks flawless. I can honestly recommend anyone needing body shop. Thank you again!
