I love King Auto! I’ve been a loyal customer for over 20 years and about 15 cars! The customer service is always excellent and I never have any issues with my cars! They are the best in the Chicago and surrounding areas!

Wow, I can not thank the brothers enough that worked on my car. They turned a $ 2,000 job into $240. saving me a bunch of money and time. They fix my problem and gave me a cerveza. Talk about hospitality. Thanks, King Auto .

Came up from Columbia South Carolina, family wedding/reunion Kyle took care of my mom's SUV went and purchased the coil pack from auto zone, +2 spark plugs, had us back on the road in 15 min.

I went for an estimate and was told it was $500 for a headlight assembly. Fine. Then he asked me to pay 😑 when I asked when will he be able to get the part, how long will he have my car and when can he get my car in....he told me that part was sold out 🤨 Sooooooo whhhhhyyyyyyy exactly was I asked to pay for the 🤔🤔🤔🤔.

My radiator was fixed for over $600, and my ac was not blowing out. I was told to get a relay switch that could only be purchased from the dealership. I spent $80 on the switch only to find out that was not the part I needed and it was non refundable. Kyle then told me it was my motor blower resistor and the best he could do was give me a number to another shop. I should’ve never been told this was the part I needed unless he was 100% sure. So now I’m stuck with no heat and a part I don’t even need. Absolutely unprofessional and neglectful on the mechanics part. He did offer to put the switches on free of charge but what good would that be if it doesn’t solve the issue. It’s very disappointing when you try to support black businesses and they do things like this. Sad, but lesson learned.

I loveeeee this shop. I found them on google and took my car in. They fixed another mechanic mistake in just 2-3 days. Had me back on the road in no time. I take my car to them for everything!!! They are great people and really love what they do. They have a life long customer in me.

Had a check engine light , car was stopping and over heating they fixed everything literally ! knocked that check engine light right off reset my dash and everything! i’ll definitely be back if i ever have to with any car ! they the goats for real ! black owned. pure excellence. 🙌🏽💪🏽

I took my car there because I needed a motor installed. Oz got me a motor that had 100,000 less than what I had for a great price. They were professional, reasonably priced and timely. I would recommend these guys to everyone.
