Customer service was excellent, the staff there are great and see to it that the job gets done to the best of their ability. Mr.William guid me through out my time there . Making sure to keep me up to date while my car was in the shop , Ashley etc. Everyone at king collision did there part in making sure that the customer was satisfied with the work done . I thank you guys for helping me out with the fixing of my vehicle. I would recommend anyone to you guys

I stopped there this afternoon. I had a minor issue that needed repair. Instead of scheduling me for another day, the manager took the time to review what was needed and brought out a technician. My husband needed an auto body shop after an accident with his 2023 honda civic (that was not his fault). The employees at King were helpful and kind. Calling to keep him up to date on parts being ordered, when his car would be ready, etc. It took less than 2 weeks to get his car back and it looked as good as the day he bought it! They used all Honda parts to stay compliant with his warranty, which we appreciated immensely. I have already recommended them to friends and family, but thought we should reccomend them to everyone on Google too!

We have used King Collision twice now for our vehicle. The first was an accident and required alot of repairs/repaint,the second was a smaller job. The shop did an excellent job with everything from initial estimate to detailing vehicle before returning it.Would recommended to everyone.

King Collison did super great fixing my 2018 Tundra. The auto body work is great as is the attention to detailing. I'm soooo glad that King did my collision repair ! The repair was done in a very timely manner and they kept me well informed as the repair progressed. They worked seamlessly with my insurance!!! I'm a repeat customer and that says a lot. WOW 👍

The repairs were made perfectly and professionally. My car is only a year old and it looks like it did brand new. Kudos for a great job. The process in getting the work done is another story. It took over 4 weeks for a lift gate replacement and recalibration and would have taken longer if I had not demanded my car at the end of week 4 and paid the amount they were still haggling with insurance over. There were so many miscommunications and disconnects between the estimator and my insurance, that I was constantly having to step in and restart a stalled process, and the issue was not on the insurance end. There is room for improvement in either King’s policies on the process with insurance companies, or additional training needed by an estimator. Either way, the customer is trapped in the battle and is not the focus. Great repair work, but needs improvement in the backend process.

The folks at King Collision were fantastic. I didn’t know where to take my car that needed body work from a collision. I went with the one that had the best reviews and word of mouth recommendations. I’m so thankful I did. They kept me updated the entire time & worked directly with the insurance company. I didn’t have to do anything but drop off and pick up. My car looks like nothing ever happened. I love that they back their work with their warranty and even detailed it. If I ever find myself in a position to need body work again, they will be my first call!! A big shout out to Ashley & Tracy for keeping us updated. Thanks again for a great experience.

These guys go above and beyond. The insurance was pushing for used parts and they said “we got this”. All new parts including trailer hitch. Detailed inside and out when I picked it up

Did an excellent job on hail damage. We’ve had to wait a while on new trim delivery but they did an extremely good job of keeping us informed. Car was very nicely detailed when we picked it up. We would totally recommend King Collision Repair.

King Collision did a great job coordinating expense payment between them and the insurance company of liable party. Performed great repair and did a fantastic job blending the paint. Can’t even tell where it was worked on.

King Collision was awesome. My car looks amazing and ot was cleaned when I picked it up. Brandon and Kelly walked me through everything with my rental car and dealing with Insurance. I have highly recommended them to everyone I know. I won't be a nervous wreck if I have another accident. They made it so easy.

My experience with King Collision was phenomenal! The work they did was so good. My car was definitely cleaner when I picked it up than when I dropped it off, and the people were so kind. They provided updates multiple times while my vehicle was there. Overall amazing experience!

They did an excellent job on my Silverado and when done they detailed it to the point that it was like new. They go above and beyond what i extected. I hope I don’t need them again, but if I do, that’s exactly where I’ll go back.

Very impressed with the service I received from King from drop off to pickup. I thought my car would take a couple of weeks but it was completed in 3 days. I was also very impressed that my car looked brand new inside when in picked it up. Thank you King Collision for taking such good care of my car. Will definitely recommend to others.

Awesome place for body damage repair!!! Can't even tell the damage ever existed! Moreover, the process was easy, & everyone was as nice as can be. They did all the insurance paperwork for me and even sent text messages updating me on my car's status along the way. I was concerned about matching the color since it's newer & somewhat unique, but they did so flawlessly! We used enterprise for car rental. They met me there when I dropped the car off, & I was able to leave the rental car with King's when I picked it up. Easy peasy. 😁 To add the cherry on top, they even cleaned the interior of my car!! I was NOT expecting that since the damage was to the door only, & it was a MESS when I dropped it off. I'd planned to clean it when I picked it up but was VERY pleasantly surprised. The only way to have made the process any better would have been to waive the deductible for me. 🤣 It was worth it, tho, & I'd absolutely recommend them to anyone in need of repair!
