My car shut off on 1604 and USAA recommended my car be taken here based on the location. It was obvious that my Serpentine belt had snapped however I was really worried that my alternator was also shot. They could have easily taken advantage of me but did not. I was in and out very quickly. I will be taking my car here from now on. I HIGHLY recommend this establishment! Amazing people with amazing service!

I cant say enough good things about Jon and Carrie. We are neighbors in our commecial building and he has become my GO TO mechanic. We have a fleet of about 15 trucks and Kindom gets us back on the road fast at a fair price.

Best experience I have had at an auto repair shop. Communication was provided throughout the whole process and I was kept up to date accordingly. The mechanic did an amazing job and took the time to explain everything. I will continue to use Kingdom Auto Repair for all my future car needs.

I have found our new family mechanic! I can't recommend K.A.R.S. enough, they were incredibly professional, personable, and thorough when I brought my car in with an unknown issue. Everything was explained very comprehensibly and I felt like I had been empowered to make informed decisions about my vehicle. As a woman, there is always a certain level of apprehension bringing my car in somewhere new, unsure of whether I'll be met with honesty and integrity or if I'll leave feeling frustrated and price gouged. Not here, the entire experience was incredibly refreshing and I very much appreciated the time taken to diagnose and explain my issue. 10/10, no notes- go here next time you need maintenance or repair.

I recently had my 2017 Jeep Wrangler, which has over 100,000 miles, serviced at Kingdom Auto Repair Service, and I couldn't be more satisfied. They replaced the spark plugs, changed the oil, and took care of several other maintenance items. The customer service was exceptional before, during, and after the work was done. They took the time to explain everything that was performed and what I should expect in the coming months. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough. Excellent service—I highly recommend this shop!

It was a good experience, minus having to spend money. I liked that, that there was a constant line of communication and transparency on on all fronts. Both sides of the process. The work was done quicker than I thought it would be so a plus there. Pricing for parts and work done was communicated through phone calls and also in emails. Which was nice, I could choose what I could get done and decline other items I could not do. Usually in other interactions at other shop experiences I don't get that option and or choice. This is best experience I've had in some time with car shops etc. Also it was nice to have the work explained to me by the owners of the shop, I've never really have had that done before. So A++ there. It was nice to know it wasn't just to get more $$ It was also nice to get to know them as people too, not just in a superficial type of way. Thank you for your time, work put in.

My check engine light in my Caddi had been on for a while and I was dreading taking in for servicing. A friend recommended this shop. It was quickly apparent that I was dealing with honest people. I was pleasantly surprised how quick and efficient this husband and wife team was. Great people and great service. So glad to have found a reliable mechanic. 5/5 stars highly recommended!

To quote my wife, "He didn't dismiss me like the other mechanics I tried to explain my car's problem to...". To provide more context on that, my wife's car had been having intermittent problems with steering and suspension issues on her car, and we had already been to 3 different mechanics to diagnose and repair the problem before finding KARS. John took the extra time to test drive - & replicate - the exact problems my wife would (periodically) notice when driving her car, then provided a patient and detailed explanation for the both of us as he discussed his findings and recommendations. We can't recommend them enough!
